Red's has been great to work with over the last winter! We needed our roof repaired with a full reroof, but needed to deal with other things when winter hit. They helped us out with venting our roof to deal with the ice dams in November, which made a huge difference. Then they got us on the schedule in march to repair the roof with the best estimate and highest quality materials. Ben and Karley were quick to communicate with us and always responded when we had questions. Really appreciate their understanding and patience with us this year.You won't be disappointed with their services.

Fantastic customer service! With our record snowfall this year, our furnace intake vent appeared to be blocked causing our furnace to be inoperable during a stretch of sub-zero temps. I called Red’s and actually spoke to a friendly human, not a voicemail like so many others I had called. After explaining our situation, they said they would try to get to us that same day after finishing a similar job elsewhere. Just as promised, they arrived later that evening.The crew were friendly and professional after what had be an extremely long and frigidly cold work day. They looked at our furnace as well as looking on Google Maps to see where our vents were placed on the roof. It was determined that snow was not the problem. They offered to go ahead and clear the vents we have, but it would not help our furnace issue. They even called us back a bit later that evening with some other suggestions to get our furnace issue resolved.While we didn’t have them get on our roof to remove any snow, I would definitely call them again for any future needs! It was refreshing to have such great snd honest service.

Ben and his crew were extremely responsive. They cleared our roof within 2 or 3 days of contacting them. What’s more impressive is that they cleared the roof while the temperature was -2 degrees.

We hired Red's to come in and do the drywall for our ceiling after our roof was repaired. he got it completed within a couple of days. Did not leave any mess behind. They are very friendly and easy to work with and appreciate him being able to get to us so quickly! The roof repair took a long time.. so getting these last parts done so quickly has been a blessing! Ben came by on a Sunday evening due to water coming in from the garage roof. He came by referral and quickly responded. He gave us a thorough inspection of the effected area, but also confirmed what we suspected and that was we did not need a complete new roof as told by another contractor. He saved us $$$$!He brought my son up on the roof and told him how to keep it clean and clear of moss.
