I moved forward,William worked with Michael, they listened to all the details, I could not be happier with the way it turned out. William and Michael took my hopes and vision and turned it into exactly what I had hoped for. 5 star work by Michael, a true craftsman. On time, on budget. These guys were speedy, efficient, extremely professional and took great care of my place. I called them after experiencing water damage from ice dams. They were communicative and helpful throughout the entire process. As a first time homeowner, I was a newbie with the insurance process and much of the language. They explained everything with kindness and patience and even made it a point to be at my place when the insurance adjuster did a walkthrough to assess damage. These guys were so knowledgeable and knew to send the insurance adjuster with a section of carpet so that I would be reimbursed for the maximum amount. Big thank you to Brynn, Josiah, Rodney and Ian. Roy Briley General Contracting was hired to renovate the building that I live in after a devistating fire in 2021.They recently completed exterior repair and painting here. The Condo Association Board called them back because the quality was so poor. The photos here are of the finished job after they came back!!They painted around a ball of lint and hair hanging from the stairs!! They didn’t completely paint an electrical cover, didn’t edge around the doors and windows, dripped paint on the flooring they just replaced, and painted over wood that should have been prepped and repaired before painting.Their repair of the decking was just as shoddy!! They didn’t grade the subfloor away from the building, so the rain water pools up against the building.They obviously do not intend their work to last or look professional. Chad and his crew are excellent. I decided to try a different company after not liking several of the other companies. I saw a Roy Briley van and decided to give them a call, and I couldn’t be happier. This is the first company that I felt I could completely trust. They are honest and great with communication. They double-check to make sure what they’re doing is what we want done and give good suggestions. This was a heavy job, but they are doing fantastic work in a reasonable amount of time. Christina is very nice and answers all our questions and helps with insurance issues, which we all know can be challenging! The crew always makes sure all of our questions are answered.

We had an older home with a tiny (3' wide X 10' long) primary bath. Lee and his team were incredible in helping us expand it, using a nearby room. They always showed up when they said they'd be here, were always clean, quiet (as could be) and professional. They offered us options and explained the potential pros/cons whenever anything unexpected arose, and in the end saved us more than $13k compared to the next closest quote we'd received. We now have a modern, functional AND accessible primary bath we can enjoy for years to come. The result is absolutely beautiful and fits seamlessly with our 1950s home!

Lee helped us assess a situation with our ceiling drywall after a leak. Rodney came to our house to fix the issue and was efficient and did a really nice job. I think one of the most important things to note was that Rodney understood that the mess of drywall dust wasn't good for our kids to be around, so he kept things nice and tidy even while working on both levels of our home, and even offered to stay late to finish the job while our kids were in daycare instead of extending the job for an additional day.His work was exceptional and FAST. He knows what he's talking about when it comes to trim, drywall, paint finishes, and even a dirty bathroom fan :)

Lee, the project manager was easy to communicate with and always answered his phone and text messages promptly. Joe and Jacob got right to work when they were scheduled and continued to return until the job was finished. They both did exceptional work. I was most pleased by how well they prepped the work area and also cleaned up after they were finished.

This company was hired by my HOA to work on unit. They called to alert me they were coming to do the work when they had already at my home. They got paint on my ring camera and misplaced my exterior rug. I never knew the name of the contractor that did the work, but when he asked me what I thought about the repairs, I was honest and said I had concerns and he basically said that the work done was as good as it was going to get. Additionally, the work performed on the exterior of my unit caused damage to the interior and they said they were not at fault and drafted a separate bill for those repairs and to fix the paint of the exterior that they did totaling more than $1000. This company has great ratings, but unfortunately that was not my experience.

I didn’t wait long at all; the sinks were soon fixed. In Anchorage, a plumber is tricky to schedule. Every business seems understaffed. Additionally, the bill was half the price of a plumber.
