Fantastic service. I arrived about 20 minutes early for my appointment. Techs know what they're doing. They got me in right away took about 35 minutes start to finish. They even wiped all my other windows down upon completion.

This company has the worst customer contact process in the world. I tried to get a quote on a window chip repair. You can not talk to a live body by phone for a quote or inquiry if they do chip repair. The system wanted to know my car model but did not recognize the make and model which is irrelevant to a chip repair. Trying to contact them by phone is a complete waste of time. If your time is worth something, avoid at all cost.

Absolutely terrible experience. Hands down worst Safelite I have dealt with. Had an appointment scheduled a month in advance with insurance(progressive) they stated that everything went through with insurance and even had a claim number and that I would not be charged when I dropped my vehicle off. When I went to pick it up, they decided to tell me that "progressive was unable to verify" and charged me 450$ and told me that I would have to file a claim with progressive. I live over 7 hours away and would of just kept rocking my Alaska windshield had I known

Great experience getting the windshield replaced on my car. Scheduling online was easy, received courtesy texts and emails. The facility is clean and the staff was awesome. They even vacuumed out the interior and washed all windows for me. Would definitely choose this place if I need another windshield replaced in the future.

They will NOT honor their warranty. After the very first rock strike the windshield was already bullseyed again. Either it’s the worst luck ever or they use inferior glass than OEM.Asked them for a resin fill since we just got the glass replaced earlier this winter, and they wanted to charge $107 for it. Don’t state that you have a warranty if you aren’t going to back your own product.Shop somewhere else.

When I left my car for them to work on the steering wheel area was fine, upon my return to my car after they worked on it the steering wheel was now touching the column on the lower portion(where there is normally a gap) and rubbing when I turn it and the key hole alignment with the plastic was off. When I scheduled a maintenance appointment to report the issue they sent the same technician who fixed my windshield and therefore did the damage to assess the damage. When I called back to check on the status they said it was not parts they would have touched during a windshield install so I was on my own and could take it to a Toyota dealership to get it repaired. I informed them if I did that I was be stuck with a repair bill from something they did as it was not an issues before they were in my car. They did nothing to help me or resolve the damage they created. Very dissatisfied.

Had a brick tossed on my windshield. Safelight was by far the fastest service I’ve experienced in town. Great communication, fantastic service and good prices, especially considering all the other factors. 10/10 would recommend.

I had to get my windshield replaced. They kept rescheduling and the last time they rescheduled they made my appt for a time when the recalibration center in Texas was already closed and they had to reschedule again. Then come to find out they broke the clips holding my side window moldings down. I came the shop in Virginia Beach because we moved immediately after. I came in July, they said they would have to order the parts (no big deal) from KIA and they would let me know updates on when they should be expected. I didn’t get any calls back. I called about 2 weeks later and they said it should be there in the next couple days. Still never got a call. I called back again and they said they would have to look into it and call me back. NO CALL. Then in September I get a call from the shop in Alaska saying they just got my file dropped on their desk and she was looking into what’s going on. I let her know this should have been being done through Virginia. She then scheduled me an appt for today and got the Virginia office on the phone. They again said they would look into it and call me back. NOTHING until I got a message the night before my appt to confirm. I went in and they weren’t even sure if they had the right part. NOPE, it was for a wrong car. So again, they will have to get back to me after they re send the order to KIA and cc their supervisor. I’m so fed up with Safelite, I will never use them again. USAA referred us to go there and I will be letting them know that they shouldn’t be using Safelite.

My wife’s side glass shattered and the employee wouldn’t even tell her if they had glass in stock it was middle of winter and she had to drive over an hour to get home with a broken glass in freezing temps. I tried calling them and your call service sucks I couldn’t talk to anyone at the location she went to. I’ll never try to use satellite again!!

When I discovered my rear window had been completely smashed out, I was anticipating a complicated insurance claim and long wait time for repair. Turns out, the repair directly through safelite was less than my deductible and dealing with them directly was so easy. They scheduled me within days. The repair took half the time they quoted and the technician Jordan was professional, courteous and clearly cares about the quality of work he provides. I was expecting to have to follow up the repair at another shop to have the window tinted to match the others but they matched it for me. Couldn't happier, keep up the good work!

Excellent workmanship, speedy and accommodating. Everybody here seems to be happy with their job. I had my back window broken out by somebody and was able to get it replaced the same day it happened. At first they didn't want to do it, sighting extra RTV around the window as a liability, but after explaining that I live 6 hours away and can't be missing a window for two months, they made an exception when I agreed to not hold them liable if there was underlying body damage or rust that would prevent them from installing the new window. It all worked out in the end and they finished an hour ahead of schedule. Appriciate it fellas

I had someone break into my car over the weekend by completely breaking one of the rear windows. I looked online and called several places for quotes. The Safelite website was able to generate an immediate quote (the least expensive one) and I was even able to schedule my appointment on online for the very next day! My mobile tech, Garrett, was on time, so nice and professional, and did an amazing job. He even cleaned up the broken glass I was planning to vacuum up at a car wash. If I ever need glass services again, I will definitely be going here!

Don’t waste your time with these people. I was in the process of making an appointment online and called the shop to ask if they had my windshield in stock before I made the appointment and traveled there. The girl that answers the phone tell me she doesn’t know if they have my windshield. Then said she needs the part number to find out. Evidently VIN number or year/make/model isn’t enough. How the hell am I supposed to know the part number of the windshield? If I was the “expert” on windshields I wouldn’t be calling this place to ask questions and get the glass replaced. Chances are these people aren’t experts they claim to be but what did you expect for the big corporate company I guess. I’ll call the local guys, maybe they’ll have better customer service and knowledge.

Literally impossible to get someone in the phone. Infinite robot loop that ends with it telling you to visit their website. They installed my windshield about a year ago and it is leaking... I was bummed when a rock dinged the windshield of my new car. My granddaughter’s boyfriend suggested I get it patched. I went to Safelite (the one by Carr’s on No. Lights) to make an appointment to get it fixed. Amanda at the front desk was great! She offered to have a technician come to my home to do the repair in my garage between 1-5 on the same day! The technician, Jason, called me just after 1 to say he was on his way. Jason was amazing! He was professional and personable. He explained how the repair process works. I am so happy I asked Safelite to help me. Thank you!

I was happy with the service I received from safelite as they were easy to work with and very quick to get the windshield replaced. What I'm not happy about is the quality of their product. The new windshield has been in the car for less than a year and already needs to be replaced due to several cracks. Took me 10 years to break the original windshield.

We discovered that a vertical crack had developed in the windshield of our rented minivan after it had sat in a parking lot for two days. We did not want to return the van to the rental company and pay extra for a repair or the down time to the van; we also didn't want to run it through our insurance company and risk increasing our rates. We called Safelite and scheduled an appointment for the day before we were to fly out. When we arrived, we found that the phone rep had scheduled a fill rather than a repair. Even so, the manager and his assistant were ready to help us with the replacement, even given our time frame. Then the manager inspected the crack and found it was a defective windshield, so we'd not be charged at all! Even better, he called his contact at the rental company and made arrangements to schedule the replacement after we left. We were stressed when we arrived at Safelite, but left so happy with the outcome. Safelite really went above and beyond to help us out, all the while staying positive and friendly.

Local number but transferred to call center. Over 20 minutes on hold before i gave up. Have no doubts could of scheduled in less time had i been able to speak to local shop. So decided my time is worth something going to Speedy Glass.
