From the first phone call to schedule an appointment to have our roof shoveled to the final cleanup, Spit Shine was amazing! The crew that did the work was good at letting us know when they would be arriving, keeping us updated on the progress, respectful of the property, and did an awesome job! I know it can't be easy moving massive amounts of snow/ice in dangerous conditions but these guys did it, then cleared it all from the driveway and did way more than expected! We have never had a bad experience with Spit and Shine. The young men that come to put up and take down our Christmas lights are timely, professional, courteous and extremely friendly. During the take down we also get our gutters flushed out. They thoroughly clean the area when they are done with the task. The office staff is also super friendly - I cannot recommend this company highly enough!

Amazing customer service.just had the work done. Well worth the wait. The non-service plan - so waitlist service- was expensive because we waited to call till there were feet of snow on the roof. The waitlist was long but I knew that going in.When we consider the depth of snow, roof area, roof height, speed they worked, clean up after, communication before during and after… lSpitshine was worth it.We could not be happierwith the work done and the staff communication. (Calls and texts).Colton and his crew were professional and had all of the right PPE. Important because one of the main reasons I couldn’t do it was safety. They do this right!If you need a roof cleared of snow call them.

I had rain gutters installed this summer while I was out of town. Spit Shine respected my property, color-matched the gutters, and now, in February, during this warm spell melting everything, the rain gutters are effectively diverting water away from my crawl space and into the street drain. They are still holding up solidly, even with all the snow we've had. The quality of these rain gutters gives me 100 percent confidence to explore other services this company provides.

We just had Gemstone Lighting installed last week and absolutely LOVE it! The whole process was so smooth and quick. We received our quote within a few days of the request and install about a month later. Billy was professional and responsive to any questions. Called 5 different gutter cleaning services / Spit Shine was the only one to respond - a couple days after I contacted them they showed up to do estimate / crew showed up a few days later to do the job - the cleaned all the gutters and installed some gutter screens on one side of the building with trees nearby. I called on 2/22 and heard back immediately from Spit-Shine. I was put on the waiting list to get my ice dams removed- I was told the wait was roughly 30 days- I heard from Tyrone yesterday 3/08 and today he and the crew came over and 40 minutes later- Ice dams were gone!!!! It was over and done before I even knew it!!Fast-efficient and so friendly- I was asking questions about Spit-Shine services and they were both really proud to speak about their jobs/services. Spit Shine is never allowed to go out of business. I was referred to them a few years ago and they have been a big part of me being a responsible homeowner. I will probably start using them for roof snow removal next winter as well as gutter cleaning. Easy to schedule, price is beyond reasonable, employees are prompt, quick, thorough, and incredibly nice. Went with Spit Shine to hang my Christmas lights up on the high roof line for my Christmas show display. Despite unforeseeable manning issues, they were able to reschedule timely and showed on day promised. Their work was wonderful. They were professional, safety-minded and very knowledgeable with my light equipment. Their owner even stopped by to see how things were going and even assisted in hanging my 5’ wreath above my overhang porch. I would recommend them for anyone needing help with their exterior Christmas lighting. Professional with great craftsmanship!

Spit Shine did roof snow removal for me recently. They were able to work me in the schedule quickly. The men actually doing the work arrived on time, listened to my concerns on where I didn't want the roof snow to end up, worked fast and efficiently, and cleared the snow from the driveway as well as ensuring I still had trails for the dog afterwards. My older home has cedar shingle siding which I have not had cleaned in many years. Spit Shine soft washed the shingles and removed the lichen and other build up, and cleaned the gutters and roof. They really washed down all the siding, driveway, etc. and left things looking immaculate. I am so pleased with the professionalism and the work as a whole. Spit Shine came today. They put up the lighted reindeer and made space for two additional outlets on the house. They had put up the lights last year; the young men were talking and laughing all the while. They seemed happy at their job! They make me so proud of my home.
