I returned to Alaska to find my rental home in extreme neglect and disrepair. Nate was recommended to me by a friend in the realty business. He was a life saver. The home required earthquake repairs from a few years ago, fixture replacement, appliance installation, door replacement, among other things. Nate was responsive and professional. Nate is a true professional which isn’t always common in the handyman world. He does what he says, and says what he does. Very honest, and hardworking. He helped us do some sump pump work on an emergency type situation and found some other electrical problems we were completely unaware of.
