907 Handyman came into our house and transformed our beat-up old bathroom and defunct sauna into something quite different and wonderful. We first met with Dustin to go over the details of our project. He was easy to work with, knowledgeable, and helpful. Rodney was our 907 man on the inside – he did a great job tiling our shower walls and bathroom floor, as well as overseeing the project on a day-to-day basis. He is very efficient and organized. He worked with the subs and scheduled inspections. Khayl helped later in the project, and we also saw Reese a few times as well. We found them all, including the office manager, to be friendly, professional, courteous, and reliable. Although they are a busy company, once the project starts they are there to see it through. Overall, a good group to work with and we would hire them again – in fact, we did!

907 Handyman did a great job replacing a window broken by the Taku windstorm. We have metal siding which adds another challenge to the replacement that others in town wouldn't do. They were professional, did a great job and cleaned up after themselves. Tim was great and it looks amazing! Great match to my condo and no cutting into the metal siding. They are flexible enough to come up with solutions!!My very favorite thing is that 907 Handyman has great customer service. They call you back. If you live in Juneau, let me say that again. They call you back. Right away. Brooklyn is great to deal with, clear scheduling, text reminders, clear billing and she ordered my window as soon as I called to accept the estimate. She called as soon as it got in too (I didn't have to call her to check on it). The whole process was a dream, especially for Juneau. I would give them 10 stars if I could.

This was our first remodel and we didn't know what to expect when hiring a contractor.Dustin was very easy to work with from the beginning of the process. All our emails were replied to in a timely manner and he made the process way less overwhelming than we had expected.Khayl and Rodney did a great job on our bathroom remodel. We noticed that they both took great care in moving things in and out of the space they were working in as to not damage any of the walls/doors/floor in our home. They were also both very nice and always confirmed with us if there was anything that needed our approval.Overall, we are very happy with the remodel. It is such a pleasure to have the help of 907 Handyman! Both times I have used the service, staff who came were competent, efficient, and pleasant to work with. They knew what they were doing and were able to solve little issues that would have stymied me if I had taken on the tasks myself. Services performed during these initial visits included installation of an over-the-range microwave, interior cleaning and inspection of sky lights on a high sloped ceiling, replacing smoke alarms and a high ceiling light, weatherstripping the hallway door to my condo, recaulking a bathtub, and cleaning the dryer vent.
