Once it was determined the old one was not salvageable he was able to schedule a time to get a new dishwasher up and running. He was knowledgeable, pleasant, had the crucial repair parts with him, and left with my Lennox forced-air furnace running reliably and much more quietly. His immediate responsiveness and execution sold us on his product and skills. This spring (2023), when we decided to replace the compressor and evaporator units, it was a no brainer to reach out to John. He assisted us right away, facilitated the proper sizing of the units and ordered the equipment organized delivery to AML in Seattle. Once in Skagway, John mobilized and got us up and running without interruption. Had them install a new heat pump system in our house. Quote and timeline for completion was better than the others in town I called. Levi, who did our install was great to have around and very dedicated to details and ensuring everything was installed exactly how we wanted it. It took a little longer to install then originally quoted due to a few reasons beyond their control and when I asked about labor costs and our quote, the price we paid stayed the same as quoted! We are very happy with our new heat pump and it won’t be long with diesel prices to recoup our initial investment. It’s also great walking into each room with its own unit and having a consistent temperature throughout our house. Would definitely use John and Levi again to install a heat pump if ever required for our future home.Service: Ductless heating & A/C services
