Well.... it was the day I was moving from Fairbanks to Anchorage, mid January, roads were icy, it was night time and I hit a moose around mile marker 101. Gary with Trapper Creek Towing and Recovery came to the rescue! As opposed to an expensive tow to a mechanic in Wasilla and waiting weeks for parts and paying fortune, Gary had a parts F150 that matched mine in his yard in Trapper Creek. He worked through the night and had me back on the road not but 12 hours later for a very reasonable price and my truck looks and runs great, better than it did before I hit a moose. He and his crew worked through the night and I made it to my first day of my new job in Anchorage! You don't come across many like Gary anymore, genuine, fair, hardworking and kind.

Kevin was amazing!! We ran out of gas 6 miles from trapper Creek. He brought us 5 gallons of gas and the rental car we had wouldn’t shut off. So after putting the gas in, he had to jump the car as well. He was smiling and laughing the whole time, assuring me I’m not the first tourist that didn’t know leaving Denali national park that the next gas station is a million miles away!!🤪THANK YOU KEVIN!!Services: Battery service, Fuel delivery

Leaf spring failed on right rear axle of my 5th wheel. Thinking I'm stuck for days waiting for repair. Found parts in Anchorage and returned at 10pm. Kevin started by 11pm and had it done by 2am. Above and beyond service at reasonable prices. Got to stay the rest of the night in the parking area at no charge. Back on the road by 10am. Thanks Kevin!

My husband had them pull him out they were only 10 minutes away charged him $325 tried to charge him 400 they're ridiculous absolutely ridiculous we will never use them nor will we tell anybody to ever use them
