Very happy with our gutter installation. Our sales rep Dillon designed a good solution for gutters in our courtyard and the installation crew did a great job with the install. This company was very professional and easy to work.

The installation itself was good but they use contractors. They want to charge a 3% fee if you use a debt/charge card. They won’t accept any form of payment the day of payment install which is 3 weeks after the estimate. They didn’t send an email invoice until days after the install then didnt answer the phones or return my call until 3 days later. The estimator was then knocking on my door even after telling him I would let him know if I would be available.Edit: the issue wasn’t when the email came, it’s the lack of communication from the billing dept when I tried to get ahold of them then having the salesman come knock on my door hunting down money like you were being avoided. If you used your own installers it wouldn’t need to wait until the following week for you to even know that the work was completed. If you’re worried about transparency and keeping costs down then be 100% transparent that the homeowner won’t be able to pay with a check or cash on the day of install.

I unfortunately can no longer recommend Arizona rain gutters. We had them out to install gutters around the perimeter of the house a few years ago. Recently we got our house painted and the painters noticed that the gutters were not draining properly (I.e they weren’t installed at the correct angle to allow drainage). We would never have known this since we don’t have a ladder to check up there but it now makes sense why we’ve had mosquitoes in that area. I called them to come out and readjust the gutters and they told me since they were out of warranty they’d have to charge 250$. I can not get on board with a company charging for a product they never installed properly to begin with. This company does not stand behind their work.

AZ Rain Gutters installed on the south side our house. There were some complicated angles but they figured it out. Not a lot of rain in AZ, but when it comes you need gutters. Give them a call.

From the first phone call to the installation, everyone was friendly and courteous. Steve worked with us to get us exactly what we needed and what the HOA would approve. The installers showed up right on time and were gone in no time. A very pleasant experience and fair pricing. I would recommend this company to anyone who needs gutters installed.

Steve came out and measured my house providing a detailed sketch of my layout. I was able to select a product color that was very close to the fascia trim colors and would blend right in. The price was very reasonable and we schedule the install. On the scheduled day, the truck and crew arrived on time and got right to work. They mold the gutters right from the roll of metal onsite so there are no seams. The install went as planned and was done in a few hours. I decided to add an extra short section and they installed that immediately for just a few extra dollars. As an owner of a small business, I attend to customers needs & wants everyday. It's great to work with another company as concentrated on customer satisfaction as I am with my business.

Called them for a quote for sunscreens. Salesman came out at scheduled time and quickly gave me a quote. No high pressure sales, just straight forward service. I told him we wanted to proceed with installation. I was contacted shortly thereafter by office staff for installation appointment. Installers arrived right on time, were courteous and cleaned up after themselves. I am thrilled with the quality of my screens and even happier with how much cooler my house feels immediately. I am very happy with the service and work of this company and would recommend them to friends and family.

Every step of the way, the screen installation was smooth and efficient. Jon treated us as though we were his number one priority, checking to see that we had been contacted by the fabricator in a timely manner and that we were satisfied. He listened carefully to our preferences for the project and helped us develop a plan. When time came for the installation, we were given a time frame that was respected to the hour. A while later, an unusual problem surfaced and the team immediately resolved the issue. We would highly recommend AZ Rain Gutters as they truly are experts.Service: Installation

TL;DR: The product (at least the gutters) is solid. The gutters have performed wonderfully in heavy downpours, but something about their management/sales staff has changed in the last year or two. I would not recommend them.EDIT: I received a call the same day I posted the review and was told they had come up with a solution and would come out in the near future to install it. A week later, they showed up (no heads up unfortunately) and installed the updated the downspout for us. Finally resolved 2 months after the initial install.Original Review:We've used AZ Rain Gutters three times now, first our builder used them, then we added more to the back of our house, then finished the rest of the house. The first time they showed up unannounced, but I can likely blame the builder for that. The second time (mid 2016), everything went smoothly with Nicky as our sales rep and our installers were quick and efficient. However, over time the supports began falling out due to our fascia boards being slightly warped and when the wind would pick up the gutters would rattle. Easy enough fix for me to do at home, so we completed that work on our.The fun begins with the last round of gutter installs, beginning in June 2020. Tony came out and provided us a quote and answered all of our questions. However, due to Covid-19 and high home sales in the Phoenix area, we were told it'd likely be 6-8 weeks before installation could be begin. Not a problem for us and they were up front about it. A few weeks later we received a call asking if they could come out the following week to install, which was a nice surprise. The guys came out, but never did any work nor attempted to contact us (we were home). Later in the morning I received a call asking if the installers had installed our gutters, which is a really strange question to ask your customer and not your installers. Apparently one of the team members had tested positive and did not come in that day; it's 2020, so we just roll with the punches. It would have been nice had the installers explained that to us when they were there, but whatever.They rescheduled for the following week, but nobody showed up. Then we received another call the next week to schedule for early July. The installers came, were super friendly, and accommodated to our requests of where the downspouts would go. However, after they left we realized that they did not install two downspouts in one location as per the original plan. I reached out to Tony to see if one needed to be added or if we could get a refund of the difference. He said he'd contact the office and find out more information. For the next month, I'd reach out to Tony to see if there was an update - always would reply "nothing yet, checking with the office". So I reached out to the office via email to see if they had an update. Tony immediately called me and apologized for the delay and had me go over the issue again, which was basically me reading my original email to him. He said he'd talk to his boss and see what they could do. Another week went by and still nothing, so I reached out to the office again. At this point I've been ghosted by them and I'm honestly done wasting my time. I originally was going to give them more business to have some window screens installed too, but there's no way they are getting another penny from me, and I'll be sure that my neighbors don't either.Services: Installation, General repairs

Shady sales practices. Steve will come to your house and only tell you what he wants you to hear. He will then write stuff down on the sketchup (in small & not necessarily legible print) of stuff he did NOT tell you verbally. Our gutters were not installed with any slope and we are having issues with standing water in them. When I called the company about this I was given "well it was on your order and you signed it". Now, I had to buy $200 worth of lumber in order for them to come back out and fix the issue. They even tried to tell me that I need to upgrade a downspout (at a cost of $195). Why would they install a downspout that is too narrow in the first place?! They didn't even show up for today's appointment or call me to tell me they were running behind. Now, I'm waiting for a resolution to all this. I just want my money back and these gutters gone. It was such a bad decision going with this company. I regret it so much.

A++ Customer Service!We ordered new window sun screens for our home. The salesman "Nicky" was highly professional, knowledgeable and thoroughly explained their products and installation process. After completing our order, we waited 4-5 weeks for them to schedule our installation appointment. Something wasn't right? There was a change in management and somehow our order fell through the cracks. Our screens were never made. We were really upset to say the least, however, mistakes happen - especially when there is a major change in business management. The new manager "Tim" and his assistant "Mandy" jumped in immediately to fix this situation. They total redeemed themselves and turned a bad experience into a great one! On install day, the two technicians "Conner" and "Chris" did an excellent job, we could tell they had years of experience installing sun screen. Tim followed up along the way, making sure the product and installation was a success. Business credibility is built on systems that run smoothly. Character and integrity is portrayed when things go wrong. Tim at AZ Rain Gutters and Shade Experts showed the highest levels of character and integrity. He fixed a situation he had nothing to do with and made it right. We are grateful for his commitment to customer service. We highly suggest this business and will be referring friends and family!

I was in a very tough position after the company I hired to reshingle my roof destroyed my current gutters. I had Tony S. come out and give me an estimate on a Tuesday afternoon and the new gutters were installed the following Tuesday. The communication was great and I was never left wondering when they would be out to do the install. I did have some concerns during the installation, but the installation crew was fantastic in working with me on the spot to correct it. There were some materials needed that were not on the truck, but then Carmen, the installation manager, came out the same day to review the job and finish off the downspout with the correct materials. Thank you again to Carmen, Tony and the installation crew.

We were looking to have shades installed in our backyard. Our appointment was scheduled for 3 weeks after we called (which wasn’t a big deal), but we have now been waiting for over 2 weeks to receive the quote back after Jon came to take a look. He was about an hour late to appointment and didn’t call. He also told us the quote would be ready in 24-48 hours. I’ve emailed and called at least 3 times. Obviously they don’t need our business since they can’t even get the quote back to us.

Jon came out within a few days for an estimate. We told him that we would like to proceed with the installation. He said someone would call in 2 weeks to schedule .We emailed him to let him know nobody called. He told us that he did not tell us 2 weeks, but 2-3 weeks. After another week we called the office and was told that they would contact us the NEXT week to schedule...no calls. It has now been 6 and a half weeks and still nothing. What kind of company waits weeks to schedule an install. This is no way to run a business. We went with a competitor. The whole process was a week and a half and they did a fantastic job!

Do not seem organized, left 3 messages to get a quote for sun screens. Finally they answered the phone on my 4th call. Sent someone to give a quote. Unfortunately they measured for rain gutters, not sun screens. I am as frustrated as he was. Have not herd back from them. Might be an isolated issue. Not sure.Update, they saw my review and called me. They apologized and wanted to give another bid. But I've already decided on another company. It was nice that they called and tried to do it right. A call back the same day may have been a different decision.

Requested someone to contact me on for a quote for rain gutters. The quote was sent in on a Sunday 7/7/19 so I knew I would not receive a response until Monday. On Monday I received a very professional response back from Jen. She explained that a gentleman by the name of Nick would be reaching out to me to set up an appointment for a quote. I never heard anything as of Tuesday late afternoon so I called the office and told Jen that no one has reached out to me yet. She advised that he should be calling but if I did not hear anything I should call back. (Not exactly what I feel a potential customer should have to do) nevertheless I gave it two more days and never heard a thing from anyone. I emailed Jen then on Thursday asking for a manager to give me a call in regards to my inquiry and yet no one followed up with me by phone or email on Friday. Hopefully this will be reviewed by a higher up at the company for a great opportunity to train on communication.

Gutters and downspouts installed today 12/17/18, had two gutters that didn't line up evenly. Called and sent a picture of the joint as they requested and before the day was out they were back out at our home to adjust and level the joint. So surprised and pleased with their customer service and the great job they did not to mention their response time.IT WAS OUTSTANDING! One of the best companies in the valley to do business with, highly recommended.

I would never use these guys. Nicky gave me a quote to install gutters and screens which i told him i was having the house painted as well. When the installer got there the first time, he brought the wrong color and said he would need to reschedule which put a damper in my day because i took off work to be home. So they rescheduled and i took off work again, which the installer proceeded to tell me he needed to install the front gutter at a later date because the painters needed to fix the trim before install. He said he could come out and install when he was in the area again and after painters fixed the area. Some time went by and i have reached out multiple times to Steve the owner and Nicky to install. Nicky scheduled a time which i was not home and to my surprise when i got home, the front gutter was not installed, it was a new quote on my door. A quote for $407. Keep in mind, my original quote was only $700 and this front gutter was maybe 10% of the job. They said they now have a minmum trip fee ($395) which is ridiculous because i agreed to the original price and the installer, nicky, nor steve never mentioned they'd do a $395 trip charge if they came back. I would have waited to do entire job after paint. I have reached out to Steve the owner through email, text, and phone to see if any way to resolve this -- he will not respond to anything.Poorly ran business, dont let them scam you too!

Very disappointing! We agreed to move forward with our quote to install rain gutters. Arizona Rain Gutters cancelled our first install date, and then would not reschedule, even after I called twice more. I shouldn't have to work so hard to give them my business. Going with Booth Brothers who were happy to have my business. Also decided to build a shade structure. AZ Rain Gutters lost out on a nice project. Take your business elsewhere.

Can't be happier with Steve and AZ Rain Gutters. Very helpful and informative and they do great work! After doing an initial install, I called to have some additional work done.... Steve came by just to give me a quote and ended up fixing my issue right there on the spot, and didn't charge me a dime.

This company is a joke. I've been trying to get them to install gutters on my house since first calling them on 12/18/2019. I've made multiple phone calls ranging from trying to get an agent to my house for an est, then trying to get it schedualed, and today they were suposed to come and install. Never showed up ! I called the company X2 to find out what is going on and they keep saying...."We will call you back" Guess what: never called back. They are not even listed in the top 10 installers in the valley.

We are very happy with the rain gutter that was installed but had problems immediately with scupper extensions. I contacted the company numerous times asking for someone to get back to me about the issue and despite assurances I would get a call back I never did and I finally gave up.

I requested a quote online and they got back to me pretty fast. However, the communication was only via email and it wasn't very professional. The lady only responded at 1:00am each time I wrote back and used abbreviations such as "Thx". The email correspondence also seemed to come from a phone or personal account, and not a company email.
