I would highly recommend Estrella Roofing LLC.I had a repair to our roof done by another contractor about 8 months ago. My roof started to leak again from the same area after a storm this past November. Called previous contractor and for the last month kept getting the run around. We'll be there, we'll be there tomorrow to take a look, blah blah blah. After trying unsuccessfully for a month I had to do something before another big storm comes thru and causes more damage. I will say I am no roofer and can't be certain but I can only state the leak was in the same area. Previous contractor choose not to re-evaluate or communicate so here I am.So I called Estrella Roofing on 12/13 and Bart came out on 12/15 to inspect the roof and also to give an estimate. Bart was on time was very thorough and gave us a detailed estimate on what they would be doing and what the cost would be.The roofing crew showed up today 12/20 and got down to business. I was not at home while the repair was being completed. I got home later, took a look and could already see it was a more indepth and better repair than what was previously done by another contractor. Alex emailed me a link to pictures of before, during and after the repair was completed. I'm no roofer but I can tell you the area that was repaired looks really good and the craftsmanship was top shelf. There was no mess left behind either which is another plus.I plan to have Estrella Roofing perform an annual inspection and perform repairs as necessary. Our roof is 20 yeas old so a completely new roof is in order in the near future.Can't say enough about Bart, Alex and Estrella Roofing LLC in general. Give them a shout and you won't be disaappointed.

While purchasing a home in Maricopa, some roof issues came up in an inspection. Estrella provided an estimate, and seller got a second opinion. We chose Estrella, even though their bid was a bit higher, because their description of what was wrong, what repairs were needed was so much more thorough, and came with a 5 year work guarantee when the other vendor only guaranteed their work for 2 years. We will definitely use tEstrella going forward for annual roof inspections, and when it's time to replace.

Everything about Estrella Roofing was great! They did a beautiful job on a neighbors home, but it was also price that mattered to me. I had a few other estimates, and not only was Estrella less than the others, they included everything other roofing companies were going to charge extra for. The warranty was also twice as long as the others. The crew was amazing! In 100 degree temperatures, they worked 10+ hours a day, and completed the refoof in just a few days. Everyone was a pleasure to work with and I am very happy I chose them.

After receiving several quotes for re-coating our foam roof we decided to use Estrella Roofing. They were not the lowest price (and not the highest) but we felt much more comfortable with how detailed and specific the re-coating process would be. They then returned several weeks later for an inspection and touched up a couple spots. I'm a get up there and see for myself person, so I did. The workman ship is excellent, and everyone I spoke to was nice and responsive. We are very happy with the results. Highly recommend.

Great work/fast very timely! Juan came right out the day after we had storm damage. Very professional and you could tell he took pride in family business. We didn't even get a second opinion because you could feel his pride how he took the time to talk to us. We signed their agreement 4 days later my roof repaired. Raul and his team did Excellent job! Excellent work not only did they fix broken tiles but also took 3 rolls of tiles off to replace roof paper below to make sure it wasn't damaged. I had a great experience! Estrella Roofing is a family business that takes great pride in their handiwork. My new tiled roof is gorgeous and was expertly re-designed (tile rows, drainage) where needed. Adilene in the office answered the phone directly, was patient with questions, and kept me informed. Stephen inspected my roof and pointed out (with photos) where the builder could have done better. Juan, the owner, provided a detailed estimate soon afterwards, updated it after I raised issues, addressed my concerns throughout the process, and visited me in person a couple times so we could discuss the roof. The price was competitive. Within 3 weeks of signing the contract, the supplies arrived and work began! Juan emailed me photos of the daily progress. The roofers were professional, polite, worked hard 10 hours a day, and cleaned up without fail. They even replaced a backyard floodlight bulb that was accidentally broken and kindly replaced my original roof pigeon wire. I am looking forward to many years with my cozy new roof. I highly recommend Estrella Roofing LLC. This is the second new roof they have placed for me. They are professional and friendly and answer any questions you have. I had an old roof that had many leaks and there had been water damage. They worked with me on the scheduling so the another company could remove wet drywall and mold. We experienced water leaking near our skylights and, based on a friend's recommendation, we used Estrella Roofing for the repair. The inspector did a thorough review, showed me photos of the damaged areas and we got a quote the very next day. We scheduled an appointment and they arrived on time and worked straight through for several hours. I have to give the workers credit, it was a cold damp day and they worked until the job was completed. We then got pictures of the repairs. Overall, a very easy experience for us. Recently I had several roof tiles fall off the east center roof line of my home. A neighbor of mine had recently used Estrella Roofing for her roof repair and was very pleased. So, I requested an estimate from ER. A Mr. Lopez came out to provide this estimate and also suggested it would be a good idea to inspect the entire roof for any unseen issues. He did so and discovered several broken roof tiles to be replaced and several whose cracks needed caulking. Note: The damaged area of my roof also included replacing several supporting line boards and wood surface boards and proper drainage support.The work was scheduled and completed within 4 weeks/yesterday. The two gentlemen who arrived to repair my roof were very pleasant, professional and as it turns out, very good at their labor. Wow. Simply wow!!! We started with Bart and had a great experience there from the get go. Then we met the crew who redid our entire roof working from as early as they could until 4 and even 5pm on a couple days. These guys did an amazing job from beginning to end and I would recommend them to my own family and friends if anyone needed a roof repaired or redone. They all did a great job in communicating when they would be here and even sent us photos of any damage found that needed to be repaired. Then, when finished, Bart stopped by to go over everything done and make sure any questions we had were answered. Again, we have worked with a couple different roofing companies over the years and this is the first one I've chosen to write a review for because they went above and beyond from beginning to end. Couldn't have been happier to have had them work on our roof.

After researching 12 different roofing companies in the Phoenix valley I only found 2 that had all 5 star reviews. I settled on Estrella Roofing even though they were not the low bidder, but because of the repairs and the work they were going to perform. This company also gives you a complete contract with the total cost your roofing work will require so there are no hidden fees that come up as a surprise near the end of the job. The office staff, the estimator and the crew are all very easy to work with, speak english and explain exactly what they are doing so the customer knows what they are receiving as a finished product. I was impressed when one of the owners showed up to do the estimate and knew what the problem was from a picture he had seen on Google Earth. He's been in the roofing business for 25 years and was able to explain in great detail exactly what the problem was and how to fix it. As a home renovator for 19 years (with limited shingle roofing experience) it was obvious he knew what he was talking about. Where other companies recommended replacement, Estrella roofing was able to do a thorough repair in the area that needed it and I found out that the rest of the roof is actually in decent shape. Bart the project manager and his workers were very friendly and compassionate about their work. Showed up early and started right to work. They did an excellent job of repairing my roof for leak and debris in the channels. They doubled the size of the channel’s, repaired broken tiles, and replaced the rotten wood. They also cleaned out the other channels on the roof so those wouldn’t start leaking thru the roof. I had another company come out and they immediately told me I needed to repair the whole roof. We were dealing with a storm that hit our neighborhood and caused some damage to the roof. I called a few roofing contractors, but none were as responsive as Estrella Roofing. I was able to leave a message and they called me back the same day to schedule an inspection. Bart came out and inspected the roof and took pictures.
