We traveled two hours for our appointment from Las Vegas to Laughlin. Our owner of the shopping center was also there and traveled two hours. This was a total of four people that were paid to be there, myself, and an assistant, our handyman and the owner of the commercial property.We had an appointment today, April 25 at noon, this appointment was made with John or Mark per the conversation with Nikki in their officeWe arrived at our appointment scheduled time and called their office.Redmond construction stated;"oh sorry no one called you to tell you we don't have anyone to send there to meet you.I wanted to post this for anyone making appointments. Keep in mind you cannot depend on them to be there..Thanks for listening that was a long trip for nothing. Redmond Construction you can do better!

Today 4/18/23 was a gift from God. This is not about seeing or doing construction. Today my husband and I were at BHC City Hall, we just moved here from California (2 months ago), as we were getting ready to leave my disabled husband slipped on some loose gravel by our car, and slipped out of his wheelchair as we were sitting on the ground, I was calling 911 then out of nowhere came our gift, a very tall Redmond Construction guy asked if we needed help I said yes please he literally got behind my husband and picked him up and helped him to the car. We know that everything happens for a reason and timing is always right. I don't know his name, but we are forever grateful for his kindness. We Thank you from the bottom of our hearts. Be careful when using this contractor. Be sure you get everything in writing. Especially any changes you request verbally after signing your contract. Request a written change order showing additional costs and any reductions that should be taken off the original contract. Otherwise, you will not get what you wanted and you will be charged for items that were not done. They will not provide an itemized billing of the charges and credits for the changes after the fact. They will say they will come back and correct cosmetic problems, but they will not. Small insurance claim should have been done in a couple of months but took 9 months. Would not recommend.Service: Home repairs

I love in Riverview RV Resort. We had a fire in our Grand room from a lightning strike. They are the contractor hired by the insurance company to repair the Grand Room, kitchen and laundry room. All I'll say is if you hire this company be prepared to wait a very long time to have the job finished.Service: General construction

Redmond is supposed to install a patio door purchased from Home Depot. They have simply not shown on 2 separate appointments, without a call. We finally called HD who is looking for a different company to do their installations because of numerous complaints. We ordered the door in January of 2022 and it is still waiting in our garage in September 2022.

Ordered a security screen door and had Redmond Construction do the install, my home is new construction so I was worried about the finished job. Everything went well, they are very professional and did a great job. They cleaned up when they were finished, excellent work. Would recommend to anyone.

Worst job EVER! Has taken almost a year and a half to build a carport here at our Condo. Paint job is a joke, outhouse in our parking lot for months, left his equipment, {lifts} parked in the parking stalls, for a year! Still not done and no sight of workers. He needs to be turned into the construction cops, which will be my next move.Service: Steel building construction

Started out by ordering 14 windows for our park model through Home Depot. A week later we are told Home Depot fired their subcontractor who installs windows, and the new subcontractor was not on board yet, which would be Redmond.So...3 months later, Home Depot still has our windows, our $4600, and still no one to install, and we have nothing. So Home Depot reimbursed their installation fee of $2008, which of course has adders in the price so their subcontractor makes a fee and so would Home Depot.So Home Depot offers to contact Redmond to see if they could install the windows directly. So of course Redmond goes to Home Depot, finds out what they charged us for installing the windows and lo and behold...guess what their fee was, $2008. So, right off the bat, they are getting more money than should have, if they had bid it directly as they should have. I was caught between a rock and a hard spot.Now... Redmond did install the windows, and did a nice job...however, they did NOT complete the job. There was one window they were not able to caulk around due to it raining. They said to me twice they would be back in a couple days to complete the job. I went to pay the job, and was then told there is an additional 3% charge for using a credit card. While that is legal in AZ, they are legally required to inform you of that from the beginning, which they did not do, and they are legally required to list separately on their invoice the 3% surcharge they are charging you. They do NOT do that. They just up your price by 3%.I told them when I paid, I did NOT want to have to call them again for them to come back and complete the job, and caulk the window.It is now over 2 weeks later and they have NOT come to caulk the window. So...I am not calling them, and I have caulked the window myself and it looks great.This is not how to run a business in my opinion, and while the windows look nice, it's these business practices that I lowered their score.

Paige from their office called said they'd be over at 12 the next day. Dave came at 12 on time!! installed my new doors and did a wonderful job cleaned up afterwards took all the garbage with him. When he was done the doors looked and worked GREAT!!!Very professional and courteous I couldn't be happier. Thank You 😁

I work at rio del sol in needles ca. 14 months ago our pool house burnt down. Redmond was hired to do the rebuild. They were also hired to remodel some rooms. Construction has stopped the building is unfinished. We can not get them to come back to finish, we have cancelled the there contract to remodel rooms. And we are currently looking for a new contractor nobody at best western or rio del sol in needles ca wil recommend them to anyone for anything very unsatisfied with how they do business.

So I purchased through Lowe's a whole front door assembly it needed some extra love just due to the way my place was built Redmond construction sent to guys out they did a wonderful job they were professional patient with my out of town family sitting outside why they were working it looks good and I'm thankful that their guys were very professional I will use them again.

You will be very sorry if you hire this contractor!!!!! Workers are hired off the street and they appear to have a substance abuse issue. Ripping off the elderly is a common practice with this company. Complaints filed with contractors board by casinos.
