We had a complete HVAC failure on a Monday Morning, and Derek was able to come out within a couple of hours to troubleshoot and help us. Ultimately, we needed a new unit, which Derek was able to source, deliver and install within 48 hours. The communication, workmanship and response were all beyond A+! After 28 years we needed our first furnace repair. Saw Qualitys 5 stars and made the call. We are so happy we did. They were at our house within hours even though it was not an emergency.Derek and Shaun spent 5 hours over two days to try to avoid us having to get a new furnace or motherboard. Both very expensive. I highly recommend this company. To anyone in the Sierra Vista, Huachuca City, and Hereford areas. Derek is highly knowledgeable and fast and efficient for diagnostics of repairs needed for your HVAC systems, we had a previous company do work on our property that didn't do a good job. Derek and his team figured out exactly what the issues were with our system and got us a replacement Condenser unit for our home as our old one was well over due for replacement. They did a fantastic job with professional installation of the unit and replacement of our thermal expansion valve as well. They were tidy and efficient. Highly recommend them to service any job you happen to have gone wrong and reasonably priced services.

What a great experience. I guess this company is very popular. When I called, the first appointment I could get was a week out. I made the appointment and Derek Coleman as the service tech and owner, showed up on time. I explained to him the problem I was having with the AC. He investigated and attempted to fix the difficulty. He told me if I had any more issues to please call, and he would return. Through no fault of his own, he did have to return. Now the problem is completely rectified. My experience has made me want to be a customer for life! Thank you!

Temperatures were rising and one of our A/C units stopped working. Called Quality Comfort and chatted with Derek Coleman who promised to come out the next day at 7:30AM. Derek was punctual, professional, and provided expert service at a great value. He needed to leave to get the part needed but was back shortly and got the job done just like that! GREAT COMPANY! I contacted Derek on a Sunday looking for someone to install a new A/C-Furnace unit that I was purchasing from Lowe's. Since Lowe's would not install their own product. Derek called me right back. I was to call him as soon as my unit arrived. The day it was coming through the gates I was on the phone to him. He came out the next day to give me a price. His price was very far. He came out the day after to install it. He was on the ball with everything . The unit was leveled into place and completely installed in about 5hrs. Qualified Comfort saved me over $4,000 . I had called several other places to do the job, but since I was not buying one of their units they would not install it. I called about an A/C being out,On a hot Arizona morning in Late June. Prior to calling Qualified Comfort I spoke to 3 other A/C companies in Sierra Vista, all were booked out over a week and only offered an after hour service call twice the price of a regular service fee. When I called Qualified Comfort, Derek was quick to respond and arrived at the house within 30 min. He had the 30 year old unit working within 30 min for a reasonable service fee (Half that of the competitors after hours fee) and parts replacement. Very happy with the service and the timeliness.

We had a great experience with Qualified Comfort Today.Today was the beginning of a June heat wave, 104 degrees, and our AC unit decided to give out. I had my original air conditioner and furnace installed in August of 2018. The new air conditioner has required service twice since then, once for leaking coolant last summer that a weld had to be rebraised and once this year so far because of the inlet valve leaking. Hopefully the leak this year has been repaired but Derek has agreed to replace the valve if it continues to leak. He has come out for both service calls in a reasonable timeframe.

Derek was amazing and while he was fixing my pilot light on the furnace I told him about my dryer vent being clogged on the roof and he ran up on the roof and unclogged the dryer vent at no charge and the cost to fix my furnace was only $250! I highly recommend Qualified Comfort!
