To say I am happy with the work provided by Jake and Cares Home Services would be an understatement. Jake provided a reasonable estimate, arrived to install our new a/c unit in a timely manner and provided A+ customer service throughout the process. He was extremely professional, patient and understanding. Moving forward I will only use Cares Home Services for heating and cooling. It is a blessing to have found a local company providing amazing service with integrity . If you are in need of heating and cooling services I Highly recommend Cares Home Services. Jake is awesome. Very caring and knowledgeable with HVAC work. I had an emergency situation with the blower motor of my A/C system and he made some time for me same day over the weekend and helped out. He didn’t rush his service. Will definitely be calling again for his help with any future issues.

Jake with Cares Home Services is such a great guy. When we were in a time of crisis and our AC unit went down- he was fair and honest; where other companies tried to take advantage of our situation and up sell us, Jake showed us all the options and helped us weigh what worked best for our situation. Now fast forward a few years and our unit is still going strong, (it's amazing how much more efficient your unit is when you get one that's actually the correct size for your house! *builder put one too small, which is why it only lived half its life expectancy) our electric bill is historically less, and we keep up on the maintenance check ups and again- he never tries to up sale or convince us of "things" we need. Veteran owned and operated, professional and honest, just good people through and through. If you're in the Marana area, reach out to them and they will make sure you are taken care of!

I won’t bore with a long story.Just know, our A/C went out at 5pm on Sunday, called a few places to no avail, our neighbors suggested this place, called up, nicest gentleman named Jake arrived around 8pm, and an hour later we had cool air again.Basically, they were responsive when at least three other places that claimed to be 24/7 didn’t even pickup the phone, quick to find and fix the issue, and though it did cost a lil bit…it wasn’t near as much as we feared it would be. Ended up signing up for their yearly servicing and know we won’t regret it.

Highly recommend!Before Cares Home Services I tried the big name AC guys (Alaskan) and they wanted to charge me $2k for a minor “leak” so they said. Turned out there was no leak, so that proved they are just out to take your money. My husband and I moved into a new home in Oro Valley on July 25th. The rains began a week later and we had a leak, so we called Jacob because he had put in a new AC/heating unit that week.Jacob called my husband back immediately, showed up that day, and worked in our attic at least an hour during an extremely hot day to test his work.
