I had MBM Roofing and Coating, LLC, repair and coat the roof on my mobile home and my addition this week. I was very impressed by their work ethic and their process. Mr. Perez and his team came early and he shared their process with me, as to what they would be doing and approximately how long it would take. There was no standing around or wasting of time...Mr. Perez and his team got right to work for about five straight hours nonstop. He then told me that they would be back the following day to complete the job in two sessions starting at 9:30 am or so. On the following day they started at 7am and worked for about an hour and a half. Mr Perez told me that they would be back at about 1pm to put on the final coating. They were back about 11am and they finished about 2pm. At each stage Mr. Perez showed me pictures of the whole process. He even trimmed my tree that was rubbing on the roof and he disposed of the branches. My roof looks bright, white and beautiful and it is guaranteed for five years. This company is fabulous and I am so impressed by their workmanship...not only did they do a beautiful job, but they even cleaned up after themselves and treated me and my property with great respect. I would highly recommend this company to anyone that needs their roof repaired. MBM Roofing & Coating, LLC, do exactly what they say they will per their contract, their pricing is very good, and they guarantee their work. I am a very happy customer and I highly recommend them.

Can't say enough good things about MBM! These days it's really rare to get extremely high quality work done at a reasonable price by someone as respectful and knowledgeable as Manuel and his crew. He's truly an expert on roofing in Tucson and took the time to educate me on the materials used and how best to apply them to my roofs. They restored a big roof that was in pretty rough condition, and introduced me to the idea of properly applying elastomeric cool roof coating on old shingles on another house. Definitely saved me a lot of money compared to full replacements that I was getting quoted by other companies, and I'm confident these repairs and coatings will hold up as for years to come with proper maintenance.
