I hired Elk Drywall to complete some drywall repair work for me. The price that was quoted to me was much higher than I expected for the work being done, but Elk Drywall had come recommended by a friend and owner and local painting company in Payson so I went with it thinking that it would at least be done perfectly. Alonso and his team completed the work quickly, but just 9 months after the repair work had been completed, a portion of the repair began to fail. I reached out to Alonso because he had told me that he guaranteed that the drywall wouldn't have any issues for years to come. When I reached out with photos and a description of the issue, Alonso quoted me a fee to repair. I told him that I had already paid him thousands of dollars for drywall repair and reminded him of the guarantee he gave me. He agreed to come out and repair it, but then never showed up to the appointment he scheduled. I called him and we rescheduled again, and now he is telling me again that he cannot make the appointment to repair the work that was failing. It has been weeks of back and forth without Alonso actually coming. I would not ever use Elk Drywall again, and would not recommend them to my friends or colleagues based on this experience.

I bought a house in Overgaard and had very hard time getting someone there to repair a bathroom drywall and two other walls from which I took the old heaters out. I couldn't even get anybody to give me an estimate. I called Alonso and he called me right back, I sent him pictures of the needed repairs and he gave me an estimate on the same day. He was at the house on the day and time he said he would and started working right away. His crew of 5 people finished the job in about 3 hours and I couldn't be more happy with the work they've done, my walls look like they never had a hole in them! Even the texture matches the one already existing on thecwall. I was very impressed! I highly recommend Alonso and his crew, they are indeed professionals and good at what they do. Wish more contractors would be as reliable as him.

We had a small patchwork drywall repair needed that we thought was too small for any busy drywall contractor. AJ and crew were fantastic!
