The people were nice to work with. They were quick to replace, repair or redo as needed those parts of the project that wasn’t satisfactory. We had two bathrooms and a bedroom redone due to water damage. Once the job was completed, it looked great. They were very timely and did not drag it out once demo was completed. Tom was great to work with and I would highly recommend mountain High Home to anyone looking to remodel or add on. I’m sure they do new builds as well.

Sid and his team did an excellent job removing a wall and reflooring our cabin living area, and Tom’s guys went above and beyond in a complete bathroom remodel. We were appreciative when he found and fixed major issues under the floor and rodent damage to our ducting and absorbed the cost in his bid. John’s outdoor team did a great job with a major renovation and paver installation at the outdoor area at the entrance to our cabin, and overcame some challenges with water drainage and slope. A lot of work and overall very pleased with the professionalism and service

These guys were great. It took awhile to get the initial appointment but once that happened things went smoothly. Kevin, Sid and the entire crew were timely, courteous, clean and respectful. Mountain High remodeled our master bathroom and did an amazing job. Built and tiled our shower, resurfaced and painted walls and put in new vanity and linen closet. Price did great work and cleaned up every day. I highly recommend this company.

Horrible experience...poor communication and then blamed it on the customer. Rep was not open to questions and acted like we were bothering him. He was not pro-active and didn't pay attention to the details. He then increased our bid because he felt did so much work on the estimate. This was the furthest from the truth. I had to do my own research. We wound up going with someone else.

Three stars for a premium price, but not such a premium project. Most of the issues suffered could have been avoided with better project management and craft supervision. The guys working on it were hard workers but not craftsmen in the paver area. However, they did a fair job. One thing that would have helped a lot would have been for the project manager to identify the sequence/schedule for the job. Maybe then we wouldn't have been without a fence for over a week and later without stairs & dog ramp off the porch for a week. Really, we're just glad it's done after 18+ months.
