So I just want to say this company has been amazing!Long short story. My Dad passed away and accidentally flooded his house in the process. I live in Texas and no idea who to call. We called Sunshine and it has just been a really pleasant process considering my circumstances. They did the water damage, all the walls (entire house), flooring and they are about to paint. Their communication is amazing! Everyone is so helpful and professional. I’ve talked the most with Juan and he has been my lifesaver and I am so appreciative. With the amount of rain and snow melt we had in Payson this March, 2023, the ground was so saturated with water that it came up through the drain in our basement floor to leave the carpet under water - a week before we closed on the sale of our house! Yikes! (Not the words we used at the time! 😀)We immediately called Sunshine Restoration. Even with all the other emergencies in Payson, Pine, and Strawberry, Jon was out to our house within an hour, helping to not only mitigate the water damage but also our nerves. He was a calming presence, walking us through what they would do, the probable time line, and the reality, which to us appeared disastrous, but to him was very routine.He was transparent and willingly talked with both our seller realtor and the buyer’s realtor, who were kind enough to come to the house the same day. He called the plumber for us and arranged for their arrival with appropriate info. Although we did not file a claim with our homeowners insurance , he would have worked with them on our behalf. It was remarkable and appreciated more than we could say at the time.Jon also provided us with a “worst case scenario “ estimate. The total invoice came in quite a bit under the estimate, to our relief and gratitude.I would call Sunshine Restoration again, without hesitation, should we ever need restoration services and highly recommend them.All the technicians who worked with Jon were competent , on time, respectful, and went about their work quietly with as little disruption as possible. Nick and Tyler came to clean our dryer vent as we were having problems with it.They called to see if they could come early as they finished another job ahead of time. We said yes and they were here within a few minutes.They came and introduced themselves and looked at what we needed done. They got right to work and were explaining and showing us things while they were doing them. Finished up and vacuumed the floor behind the dryer as well as the exhaust vent on the dryer.Went up on the roof numerous times to clean and check from up there.Very friendly, courteous, and all around great guys!They are an asset to the company that is for sure. Called and they were able to come out the next morning for a quote, and then schedule us for the full HVAC cleaning the next day. Arrived right on time and we got the auto text when they were on the way. Two man crew, both were friendly and professional the entire time. Explained everything they were doing as they went along, and were very accommodating of our nutso dogs who had to be moved around a few times to keep the barking at a minimum.
