If I could leave a lower review I would. Absolutely horrible experience and I would never recommend them. I should’ve seen the red flags. They quoted me one price early on, and then about 6 months later when I said I was finally able to move forward and ready to get started, they jacked up the price by over $2k which just so happened to eat up almost all of what insurance was providing to put towards the roof. The first rep who quoted me said they would price match if it was same brand shingles used, then second person who came out when I was ready said the first guy lied, he doesn’t work for the company anymore, and they won’t match. I had found a company who would do it for about $2k less. Adjustpro had my insurance money though so I felt stuck with going with them. The second rep also pushed very hard to get me to buy solar and when I repeatedly told him I wasn’t interested he finally gave up and then gave me an attitude the rest of our interaction. Moving ahead to actual roof replacement, it was an even worse experience. The roofers caused holes to be made inside on my ceiling which Adjustpro refused to fix. The roofers broke multiple sprinkler heads in my backyard, which again was not fixed or replaced. And to top it off, they left me without air conditioning all weekend when it was 90+ degrees outside because they lost a part for the AC when they shut it down while working on the roof. No compensation or reparations for that either. Complained about all of it to multiple people and they stopped responding, and one who said they would take the complaint back to see what could be done never followed back up. I’ve also attempted to email them to try to get a copy of my detailed invoice to provide to my insurance company, and they won’t respond to my email. Now, not even a year later, my ceiling has water damage after a recent storm and part of the ceiling is breaking apart and falling to the ground. How is that even possible if the roof was installed correctly?? This company has done absolutely nothing up to this point to show that they care about their customers and the service they receive. Very strongly considering reporting them to the BBB.

We met AdjustPro about six months ago. They took a check, came back 4 months later under the excuse that the check was isued to the wrong company... and that that had been the cause of their delay fixing our roof. So we issued another check which they cashed within the same month. They also had us change the color of the shingles we had already picked. They were very nice to us while they got the money, but now, they don't answer our calls! So, AdjustPro, I do not need you to come without previous notice or destroy part of my property, as I just read in previous reviews, I want you to call us, set a time and day to come fix our roof, and treat us professionally! I will change this rating when I feel like a happy customer...

I’m dealing with this company I just want to say I had Shawn come out I went up on the roof with her. She was amazing. We walked through the whole thing. Found a lot of stuff that when I sent a claim out for my homeowners insurance and they only quoted me such a small amount, wanting to patchwork it together. I had this company come out Pro solution adjusters. They went to bat for me and my husband, and got to find out that my roof was not up to code. Long story short it took a little bit of time, but that time got me the money that I was waiting for to get my whole roof repaired and fixed. Thanks to these guys. I recommend them highly and Shawn she is amazing Props to her and everything that she did for us. I highly recommend them Thank you Shawn

I want to start by saying that my roof looks great, and the gentlemen that replaced it were hard working and professional.The process to get to the roof replacement was a headache. I'm not sure what is going on with this company, but they have a huge issue with communication. First, I was completely ghosted when the insurance money finally came through. I tried texting, emailing, and calling. Nothing. I thought I got scammed and they kept the money. The only way I was able to get someone to contact me was by leaving a 1 star review.After everything was finally set up and scheduled, a truck came to my house at 6 AM without ANY prior notice to drop off some roofing material a few days before the schedule date. They backed into my mailbox and dented/bent it. They didn't tell me and just left. I contacted them in a calm manner to make sure they were going to replace it, which they agreed they would. It has been over a month, and no one has done anything or even reached out to me about it. Roof looks great, but hopefully no one else has the same issues that I had. I'm a calm person with a lot of patience, but these guys took advantage of it.

This company is a SCAM! Do not do business with them. If they knock on your door, tell them to leave. They have our check from insurance and won't give it back. They haven't done any work after a year of back and forth. Their reps told me we were approved for a full roof several times but they sent a real jerk named Elliott out who was just trying to sell solar. Told us we were only approved for half a roof. Basically called us stupid in a voicemail because we don't want solar. SCAM SCAM SCAM!!!!

My family and I are extremely grateful and happy with AdjustPro!The process was quit long but definitely worth the wait.We have an awful insurance company that was only wanting to pay for a few shingles to be replaced. AdjustPro really fought for us to get the entire roof replaced. Through out the 9 month wait they were always communicating with us and answered all my questions. I will say at first I thought I made a mistake and thought we wouldn’t get anywhere but seeing how much they were able to get from our insurance to make sure we got what we deserved was with the wait.Once our insurance company approved everything they immediately called me and got me scheduled to meet with their specialist Elliott Tarplin.Elliott is great and so knowledgeable! I had some issues with my schedule and had to reschedule a couple of times and he was so understanding and very professional. When we finally got to meet with him he explained everything and answered all of our questions. He let us know he would be checking in with us every Friday and advised to jot down any questions we may have through out the week. He even made this experience personable by taking a picture with us for our contact on his phone. He definitely made this experience great and we appreciate him so much! Great guy to work with!We will be recommending this company to all of our friends and family.

They are supposed to represent you but they have been ghosting me since August of 2023. My insurance company can't even get a hold of them. I can't use another company since they basically have you sign over your ability to use anyone else but them. I finally got a hold of someone yesterday and they said they would call me back later in the day with some information. Well, it's a day later and still no call. I assume they collected the proceeds from my insurance company and no longer care about getting this done.It seems many others have had this experience as well. I doubt many of the higher star reviews are real or at least paid for (probably with insurance proceeds lol).What a horrible company.

This company is a scam. I got a check from my insurance. Before hiring them but my insurance would only pay for half the roof. So these 2 men from AdjustPro Solutions came. Promise to get the whole roof pay for blah blah blah. Told my boyfriend so many lies. The contact got signed and then I never heard anything. Until I fired them and then some lady was rude told me it takes 4 weeks to fire them. Then they still sent a man to my house. He came on my Property after they were fired and came on my roof. Again without my permission. And now they are trying to money from us when they didn't do anything they said and money they didn't even help get. This is a Warning to everybody that wants to hire than. Be careful and don't rely on anything that the people they send out. Say, go with your gut.

We have had the worst experience with this company. Do not sign anything from these door to door adjusters! I signed August 1st and it took 2 months for a "sales man" to come out and tell us our roof options. Trying to sell us solar. I was told we could use our own contractor if we didn't want to go with one of theirs which was the only reason I signed with them. That was a joke. Now it's been 6 months and we picked our roof color 2 weeks ago and we still haven't received a call back from the build department to schedule the roof replacement. I spoke to my insurance company USAA and they said the check for over 15k Dollars cleared way back in September 2023. Biggest mistake I've ever made going with this company. Now it's rained 2 times and supposed to rain again tomorrow. I've called the company many times and the "answering service lady" keeps telling me it's a vigorous process to have a hire up manager call me back. It's been over 2 weeks and no manager has called us back. We are about to call 3 on your side.

they came to me and made a lot of promises. they filed a claim on my roof and it took 4 months to get any where. any time i wanted to get the status they did not have answers for me.They were not event here when the insurance adjuster came to check the roof. how are you supposed to fight my claim when you don't even show up when the adjuster is here?now after the insurance denied my claim i am trying to get a calculation and they said it was going to take 8 weeks. And my hand are tied to reopen the claim until i get the cancelation letter.this company is terrible and uncommunicative.

If I could I would give a lower review. My claim has been opened since August. Adjustpro took over the claim in September and honestly I fell for the well taken care of everything. I do not know how there are so many 5 star reviews.The communication has been horrible especially since I requested to speak with a manager on Jan 9th who called back and promised to call me back in 2 days with an update. I have called the office several times no answer and leave a voicemail with no returned call. Do not I mean do not use this service they are more headaches then worth. Oh and my roof is still not fixed I mean it's only been 5 months

They knocked my door in January 2021 and told me they would help me with my insurance to get them to pay for my whole roof. They could only get my insurance to cover a repair. This company received a check from my insurance company without letting me know and still have this check to this day. I struggle with dealing with my insurance and this is still an issue I am running into in! I try to cancel but they claim they're entitled to 25% of the money my insurance issued and refuse to answer their phone.They finally reached out after 2 years to try and get me to sign a contract. Horrible company who takes advantage of people and their struggles.

I wish i had the option to give 0 star to this company. I started with them in July and it November now and nothing has been done yet. I The contractor they assigned me to fix my roof never reached out and after I called Adjust pro, they said they are no longer contracted with that contractor. My insurance has already released the money to them and all I am asking is to release the funds to me so I can have my own contractor work on my roof. I have called them million times and every time they give me a different excuse and ask me to wait. Its been more than 4 months that I have been left hanging in the middle. This is very frustrating and stressful. This company is horrible and I am not sure when am I going to get my funds back that my insurance has given to them. They don't even bother to give you a call or text to update you on what is going on and how long do you need to wait for. I feel that I am being scammed. We are new to this country and this is a very bad experience we have had so far.

When the Adjust Pro Solutions rep Zachary Ayers came to our home we were told that this would be a complete roof replacement including the shingles and elastomeric roof coating, we even pointed out a small leak in the elastomeric coating during the consultation, and we were assured that this would be included in the estimate. We never received the agreement that we signed prior to the work beginning on the roof, which should have been a warning sign. Adjust Pro Solutions contracted Nerd Restoration & Solar to do the actual roofing work, but they did not do the elastomeric roof coating portion of it, which we were made to understand by Adjust Pro was included in the project. When we talked to Nerd Restoration about the elastomeric coating we were advised they were not contracted to do the elastomeric portion by Adjust Pro. This was quite a surprised us as Zachary A. the Adjust Pro rep was quite clear during our consultation that this was a complete roof replacement/repair, including the elastomeric portion of our roof. From this point on communication became very poor, there were no return calls, and when we did finally get ahold of someone in the Adjust Pro office we were told that they would make it right, but they did not. Furthermore, it's been over a month since the work was "completed" and we have still not received an itemized invoice to submit to our insurance company, Adjust Pro seems to have ghosted us, not answering or replying to our phone calls/emails - so now we are having issues with our insurance company because they have not submitted a finalized invoice from Adjust Pro. This experience has truly been a disaster for us, and now we will be paying more out-of-pocket as we look for a contractor to finish the elastomeric portion of our roof as Adjust Pro straight-up lied to us about it. I would strongly discourage anyone from doing business with Adjust Pro Solutions.

Great company to work with. The process was quite simple and appreciated then negotiating with the insurance. The wait was reasonable started paperwork in February and by September we had a new roof. Very professional and Petra was beyond amazing and offered great help. Will recommend to friends and family can't go wrong with AdjustPro

Only leaving a 4 because I literally just started the process today.. however.. I'm really baffled by some of the reviews where people are complaining that a roof wasnt put on in 2 mos. I just spoke with Robert who was VERY clear that this is a long process.. and I imagine longer if your insurance company is a POS that previously denied a claim. Working with insurance companies is not a fast process under the best of circumstances let alone situations like that. Furthermore, once the check is cut, build teams would need to be scheduled, materials ordered, etc. Robert said right up front this can easily take 4 mos.. and im tacking another 2 on simply because I've dealt with the insurance company and know how they are. It seems pretty clear to me a roof isn't going to magically appear the day after the check is cut. And they have a portal for customers to log in and see where they are in the process. For example.. I know they have reached out to the insurance company already.Hopefully the experience will be positive and I can update the rating to a 5 ( and won't have to drop it to a one). More to come but folks need to be realistic.

What can I say, I couldn’t be more happy with AdjustPro. I submitted a claim with Statefarm back in October and was denied. My roof had a ton of missing shingles and I had pieces of my roof all over my patio. The adjusters were able to fight Statefarm and get me a brand new roof . The only issue I had was it did take around 3 months to get the roof replaced but it was with 0 out pocket besides the deductible. Very grateful for the people at AdjustPro.

If you are looking for a place to fix your house, this place is terrible, they changed my roof and 3 days later it rained and water got into my house, it wet my TV, my carpet and furniture. They were not responsible for anything and they kicked me out of their business. I paid for everything. I don't recommend them at all

Do not do business with this company. They will stall, not answer phone calls, and they will not answer any questions. The only time they were quick was to gather a check from the insurance. Stay away. took a month to get a call back.Then they said they did not know when someone could meet with.Me. Do not sign anything

Build date kept on getting pushed back the work was pretty good but they broke a skylight took 2 months to get fixed. Still not even the right size for the opening but went ahead and accepted because of how long it was taking to get done. Communication between contractors and adjust pro employees very poor. Very frustrating experience nothing got done when they said it would.

Good company to work with. The process was quite lengthy but simple and appreciated then negotiating with the insurance. The wait period was long, we started the process in October 2022 and Adjust Pros negotiated with our insurance company for months until a full roof repair was approved. It was completed September 2023. They were professional and communication was good.

Met a representative of Adjust Pro Solutions canvassing the neighborhood in July of 2023. Our roof is 16 years old and could be replaced. I live in a duplex and share a shingle roof with the neighbor. Because we own our solar this seemed like a one stop shop for the repair. We received several calls from their telemarketing department while out of town and they were not able to come to an agreement with the neighbor. Her insurance adjustor advised against using this company while my adjustor already wrote them a check in excess of 17k. So we were unable to reach an agreement and I cancelled the contract with John in November 2023. As of January 30, 2024 and several calls to the company I have not received a refund check. The contract states they are entitled to 30% and I am ok with that, but the refund would be great since I have already paid for a solar removal/reinstall and new roof. Buyer beware to do your do your research in which I didn't do. Work with a local company and not a third party like me.

The rep came to my door in September and promised to get my whole roof approved and GUARANTEED I would not pay a dime. It is now February and my roof is only half approved. They won’t let me cancel without taking 30% and will only do my repair if I finance and buy solar panels. I have called the rep multiple times and no answer. They had me sign something that allowed them to directly collect my insurance check and now refuse to cancel or do my repairs.

I had an issue in the beginning and the owner of the company was amazing in handling it and ensuring all was rectified and actually cared about making things right! I would definitely use adjust pros in the future
