I had a disappointing experience with America Roofing. Initially, they provided me with a bid of $6,000 for my roofing needs. However, after submitting the bid, communication from their end completely ceased. I attempted to follow up to discuss the details and possibly proceed with their services, but my efforts to reach them went unanswered. This lack of response left me in a difficult position, as I needed my roof fixed urgently.Eventually, I was forced to seek out other service providers and astonishingly got the job done for just $300. This stark difference in price, combined with America Roofing's failure to communicate, raises serious concerns about their business practices. It's unfortunate, but based on my experience, I cannot recommend America Roofing. Their inability to follow up on a bid not only demonstrates a lack of professionalism but also shows a disregard for potential clients' time and needs.

Super impressed with the tile and asphalt roofing repair on our home by Ulises Flores and Vincente Flores from America Roofing! They were professional, thorough, tidy, easy to communicate with, and kept us informed on the progress. They worked tirelessly in 2-days of 102-degree heat to get it the project done. We are very happy with the attention-to-detail they gave with matching tile, asphalt ... even the whirlybird .. with the existing roof. Had Mike come out to give us a quote on repair/replacement. We had 5 tiles come off during a storm and he insisted that all they could do is replace the entire roof. I let him know that there were no leaks and only a few other tiles that were cracked, but he wouldn't even quote for a repair. So, if you have minimal damage but $20K laying around, this is definitely the company to call.

I bought a new build and they used this company for the roof and within a year there was a little bit of wind and it moved and broke my roof tiles and they said it’s not covered due to wind damage!!! Crazy one little windy day and my roof is destroyed!!!! Poor quality you would expect a roof that last longer than a year and especially here in Arizona where we get monsoons. I’m very disappointed and feel like it’s poor quality. Make sure you don’t use this company in the future unless you don’t want a roof in a year or so.

If I could give them zero stars I would. Our builder used them so when the storm hit in July and tiles were damaged I thought they would be the best company to go with since they put them on initially. It took them 5 weeks just to come out, when I called to get an update, a couple months later, they had no record of coming out so They sent someone else, happened to be the same guy and he told me he never turned in his service notes the first time, so that’s why they had no record. I Called two weeks later to confirm that they got the service notes this time and they still couldn’t locate my account and had no idea what I was talking about. Called for roof deck quote early August 2021 someone came out to measure and was told quote would be in 2 days max well I am still waiting to get quote in september. If i could give zero stars would be appropriate.

Called this company TJ came out a few weeks later for an estimate. He said I would get it in a few days. A month later I had to reach out to him to get the quote. I followed up with a few questions. No response. I guess they don't want my business. Save your time and call a company who cares.

My only complaint with this company is that after sending them blueprints of two large projects I needed proposals on and after being told three times that they were interested and would get back to me, they never contacted me with a yes or a no? Would have been professional to at least tell me they were too busy.

Cons:The estimator was 4 hours late.The paper estimate didn't come until I harassed them for a copy.The repair was rescheduled twice. (Emergencies kept bumping my appointment even though I was scheduled?)The repair guys laid in the middle of my driveway while they waited for more parts to be delivered.There wasn't any communication at all from the business's end. I only found out of the rescheduling, payment options, estimate copies, etc because I called each time. (No proactive measures were taken)I was talking to my S/O and used the phrase "I feel like I'm begging them to take my money & do the work..."Pros:The price. They came in well under-budget and blew away four other estimates, once by well over a grand.The repairs were done quickly and efficiently.Invoice/payment was all online and simple to complete.Electronic/PDF documents (estimate and receipt) via email.I assume that the quality is pretty good (there are no more birds on my roof, there aren't any leaks and the plywood looks new).No dust, debris or mess was left - it was all cleaned up as promised.Overall:If you have the time and energy to be your own advocate with this company, I say go for it. If you're out of town or unable to manage the procedural aspect that will be required of you to actually start the process, I'd recommend checking a few other places out.

America roofing worked with my insurance to fix my roof completely. They replaced the front half as wind had torn off a great deal of my shingles. they did an excellent job and took their time cleaning up. I was very pleased with using America Roofing and would be happy to use them again.

Two weeks ago I scheduled a roof repair with American Roofing your company. I am beginning to think that was a bad choice. Today was the day someone from your company was to show up between 7AM and 4PM to complete the repairs. I called this morning and spoke to a Ashley in customer service to find out what time the roofer could possibly show up. She said they would be there between 7AM and 4PM. At 2:30 I called back because your hours are from 6AM to PM. All I got was a voice mail. No one returned my call in fact it is after 4PM and NO one has shown up or called. I would call that VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. Especially because I took the day off from work to acommadate their schedule. I would rate your company zero today but there is a space for zero so I guess I must give you a ONE. Hopefully this email rating will be read by other people who like me expected PROFESSIONAL SERVICE AND FOLLOW THROUGH. Oh it's Friday so now I have to wait until Monday to see if anyone from your company actually reads these responses. Good Day

America Roofing did an amazing job on our roof! They came out on time and got the job done quickly. They cleaned everything up when they were done (more than they even needed to- my yard looked cleaner when they were done than it did when they started!). Their customer service was great when I called to schedule and pick out the shingle color. I couldn't be more happy with our new roof! I highly recommend America Roofing.

We had a little yellow stain in the ceiling of our room and called America Roofing to come and check it out. Ended up not being a leak from our roof but Ray ended up putting a little extra caulk around some of the pipes on the roof and told us it was likely a drip from our AC. Absolutely loved the honesty, whenever we need to redo our roof or there is another problem, absolutely going to go to America Roofing first.

Just completed finalization on the entire replacement of our 24 year old tile roof.Very pleased with their service and quality of work: from the beginning contract bid process by their Project Mgr Charlie Ethington , to the concluding inspection required work from Supt Luis Batres.Everything was done as scheduled, resulting in a great appearing new roof.The pricing was competitive among other estimates received.For the COVID-19, concerns, was able to keep a safe social distance, particularly since the work was done outside.Would highly recommend America Roofing for anyone considering roof replacement or repairing attention.

Noticed a wet spot on bathroom ceiling after storm the previous night.Jay came out and reattached a vent that had been dislodged from strong winds from the day before. He was up on the roof for about 10 minutes and came and told me that would solve the leaking problem. I was amazed because two other companies came and gave me estimates of 700 to 1400 dollars to fix the problem.

attempted to charge for work not done.then charged 100.00 dollars for gluing 2 tiles on roof that my son could have done if given the option.this was all done without an estimate or option given . invoice received about 4 months after work done.
