Anthem roofing STAY AWAY I was referred to anthem roofing Wayne by my neighbor, who is getting their roof done. I was very excited to get an estimate from anthem roofing so I contacted Wayne on Saturday, February 3, 2024 he didn’t answer so I left him a voicemail. I heard back from Wayne the following evening on Sunday, February 4, 2024. I let him know the house is in Glendale on 55th and cactus Road and provided the address. On Tuesday, February 6, 2024 Wayne reached out via text asking for the address. Which I immediately provided for the second time. I expect to receive a quote in a timely manner. on February 7, 2024 Wayne asked me for my email address which indicated to me that he was going to send me over the quote very shortly. I did not hear back for quite a while. Due to my neighbors recommendation, I wanted to give Wayne’s company a shot. On Monday, February 26, 2024, I followed up with Wayne asking him what the status of the quote was. I received a response on Tuesday, February 27, 2024 with Wayne telling me they would need to replace all the tiles on my tile roof, saying that they would not be reusable. As a general contractor, I know that what he stated was false, and that the tiles can be reused, which to me is a representation of anthems roofing’s, lack of morals, character and ethics. As documented Anthem roofing did not respond in a timely manner buyer beware.
