In the June of 2022 we contracted with ArDan Construction to transform our four very tired, vintage 1980s “necessary rooms” into the beautiful state of the art bathrooms they are today. This bathroom project was the second one we contracted with ArDan, the first being a new exterior walk deck and in both instances, we could not have been more pleased.From the very outset of our bathroom project, ArDan brought a “can do” attitude to work. We had a really good experience with ArDan in our project to replace cabinets and countertops in our kitchen, powder room and laundry room. We live in a high rise condominium and ArDan worked well with the logistical issues plus the home owners association requirements. During the pre-project, design and construction phases things were transparent and we found ArDan to be focused on getting things the way that we wanted them. Scheduled an Appointment with a girl at their office - both myself and my wife took off work early to meet this person who never showed up. I called the company at 4:50 (10 minutes after our Appt time, and 10 minutes before they were closing for the day,) but no one answered it went straight to voicemail. This company just called me back to say we 'we must've spoken with a different girl there, and she never 'confirmed' we actually had a 4:40 appt... I said I wouldn't have just misunderstood her and taken off work to meet someone. They also had the audacity to say that my project wouldn't work in the budget I'm looking for. It really sounded like they were trying to cover themselves for THEIR mistake / oversight in scheduling, but the nerve to say you can't do a project (you haven't even seen) - for under my budget I find ridiculous. I have had 4 other contractor estimates telling me it's plenty do-able in my current budget, so I don't appreciate the disrespect over the phone. It's obvious since I'm not a big ticket project, that I didn't have the attention of this company. We were excited to meet you - so we're highly disappointed to say the least. Wouldn't use them even if they called to reschedule, just from the disrespectful phone call, and obvious internal scheduling issues.

ArDan came to our home to fix some issues (including a leak of unknown origin) after our original remodeling company failed on several occasions to do so.We worked with Ron specifically from ArDan. Ron easily figured out what was wrong in regard to our leak when several others at Patterson Remodeling could not. He always showed up on time and as promised. Ron was quick to come up with a plan of action, how much it would cost, as well as schedule a time for it to be completed.Ron was extremely kind and professional. He has such a talent for the work he does and his experience and love for his job truly shine through. His professionalism was exhibited through his communication, respect for our home, children and pets. They always responded with a positive attitude and was extremely conscientious and thorough, following up on all details. We had a rather unique addition made to the front of our home that Ardan worked closely with us in creating a functional design that met our design esthetic. We have done multiple remodeling projects through the years on our various homes and Ardan is at the top of our list for the best crew we have ever worked with! The organization and communication from their team was very professional and we appreciated the daily email updates from our project manager. Our point man was here daily on-site and was very responsive to our questions and concerns and made sure everything was done to our specifications. Love this company! Our upstairs balcony was unsafe and had to be rebuilt. 12 ft cantilever beams supported it and 8 feet of the beams were above our dining room ceiling.ArDan met with us to discuss the project which sounded elaborate to me. They explained everything in detail which eased my concerns.We left town during the project and came home to find everything in back in place and their work was beautiful.After that we hired them to remodel a bar in our home. Again, wonderful job. They are professional, on time and very nice people with tremendous follow through. Highly recommend!

My husband Paul and I moved to Scottsdale from Florida to to be near our daughter’s family in our retirement...with one four year old grand daughter and a new arrival this past November!We bought a home that had potential but was in original condition. We recently moved to Phoenix from out of state. Some modifications to our kitchen were needed, and we did not know who to contact Fortunately our developer recommended ArDan to do the work. The planning of the project was done remotely, and a schedule for the project was presented to us. Shortly after we arrived the work began and moved along as smoothly as we had been promised.
