Arizona's Finest Roofing recently installed a new shingle roof on my house in Phoenix. I interviewed seven prominent roofing companies in the Phoenix area. To help with water management around my house, I previously had gutters installed. Coming from the midwest, and being from a third generation custom home construction family, gutters are never an issue when putting on a new roof. For some reason in Arizona, roofers do not like it if you have gutters. Almost all of the seven roofers I interviewed wanted nothing to do with my gutters. They said I had to have them taken down and then reinstalled after the roof was completed. I knew this was absurd, but I talked to a gutter company just to inquire about the cost. The cost would have been $400 to remove them and then another $400 to reinstall them. And they said the gutters could very likely be damaged in the process. Then I read some favorable reviews of Arizona's Finest Roofing. So I had owner Danny Clark come pay me a visit. I told him about the gutter situation and he assured me I was right and gutters for his crews are not an issue. Danny's team helped me with the insurance claim process. As soon as my claim was settled, Danny's crew went to work tearing off my old roof and installing my new roof—leaving my gutters in place and unharmed. The process took two days and his crew was knowledgeable, efficient and extremely hard working. Special thanks and appreciation for Foreman Glen and Crew Chief Felipe! There were not any final bill surprises, either. Now the fun begins as I start to paint the trim around the house! Getting a new roof is not a fun task. If you are in need of a new roof, make sure you call Arizona's Finest Roofing. I don't make a lot of recommendations, but I am strongly recommending them!

Problem solved! This company has helped me fix multiple issues with my flat roof. Everybody who has a flat roof should use Arizona Finest Roofing.Danny was honest and addressed my concerns with past issues. It started with great customer service from his office, always communicating and explaining what they were doing and why. His employees were well trained and professional.I’ve always paid attention to how a company treats its employees and equipment. iIt’s a sign of quality and pride in their work. His employees seemed happy and well taken care of. The trucks were clean.At end of the job, Danny (the owner) did the final inspection. He has pride in his companies work.A rare gem these days. I will be sending my neighbors and friends to AZ Finest roofing.

My 80 year old mother's roof started leaking at the vents during the last storm about a month ago. She is on a fixed income so I wanted to do everything I could to keep costs down. I called 3 other local roofers to get an estimate. The roof was 27 years old so it was time to be replaced. All three estimates were in the $20k range without replacing the 2 skylights and 2 sun tube lights which were also about the same age. None of the other three estimates even acknowledged that they would need to be replaced, even though they were obviously cracked. I figured I would get one more estimate just to be sure these prices were in line for our home. Danny came out and spent 30-45 minutes on my mom's roof. When he finished he went to his truck and wrote up the rest of the estimate. His price was about $1500 higher but it included everything. He is the only company that would take off the gutters and replace them. He noticed the cracks in the skylights, also the old taller vents, which were the cause of water leaks, were to be replaced with low profile vents and the roof turbine vents were not working so all were replaced in his estimate. Danny reconfigured the roof vents and turbines make the roof breathe better. He gave me options to keep the cost down and a partial cash discount as well. We were given multiple before and after pictures too. From Tabytha in the office to Glen on the job site, they made you feel like family. His crew started the job the following week and had it finished in two days. They were clean, efficient, and competent. Danny is very personable and honest right up front and I really appreciated that. The other companies would have run up the bill on all the skylight and vent issues after already giving us a quote and that would have crushed my mom. I would highly recommend Danny and Arizona's Finest if you want an honest company to trust with your home or business.

From the initial call to ask for an estimate to the end of the job, everything went smooth and easy. Matt came out within a day or two of my first phone call and did a complete roof inspection (provided photos of all the damage) and quickly identified where the origination of my roof leak started. He was very good about explaining the issue and already had a plan for the remedy.He explained what he was going to do, how long it would take and how much it would cost. Arizona's Finest Roofing lived up to their name when they removed the tile, replaced all the under materials and replaced the tiles on the tile part of my roof. They also recoated my flat roof and patio roof. Laurie and Dawn was so helpful and keeping me posted and in working with the work crew to ensure strict HOA rules were not infringed upon. Matt explained the scope of work in layman terms and made me feel comfortable that I made the correct choice in choosing Arizona's Finest Roofing.Felipe and his crew even took away my umbrella that had been damaged beyond repair by the recent winds. Felipe also was kind enough to let me know when they finished.Every person that I was in contact with, either my phone, email or in person were professional, caring and patient. The photos that were furnished were very helpful and appreciated.

Consulted with several roofing companies to repair a tile roof leak and replace a flat roof on a covered patio, and to my absolute satisfaction, ended up using Arizona’s Finest Roofing. Throughout the entire process, Danny, April and Dawn were very professional and provided outstanding customer service. Danny arrived on time to provide the initial estimate and walked me through his findings in great detail. Within 48 hours, I received a written estimate itemizing the cost, repairs and materials to be used. DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY FOR YOUR ROOFING PROJECT.1. They told me they prided themselves on being on the job on time. I had another appointment the day my roof was scheduled to be installed and had to cancel my appointment because they were an hour and a half late.2.. They left 2 large nails sticking up, on my front sidewalk. I went out to take my trash out and one of the nails went through my shoe. Luckily I did not puncture my foot. I have pictures to verify this.3. They wanted a check first thing but I asked them if they would hold it for 3 days until I transferred the money into my bank account. They promised me over and over they would not cash it but they did. I was charged bank fees and it was a big hassle for me to get it straightened out.4. I purchased the most expensive rubber roof system. They took the tile off of my patio roof and did not put it back on. Instead they installed some rolled shingle type material. The seams are not even so I texted Danny, the owner of the company 3 times (which he stated was the best way to get in touch with him), and did not hear back. The fourth time he responded. I complained to Danny that I was not happy with the way my patio roof looked. I don’t feel he has any customer service ethics and NO integrity. He said if they reinstalled the tile then the 20 year warranty would not be valid. He basically just argued with me.5. Danny told me to wait a year for the shingle material to cure and after a year he would coat it with Elastomeric rood coating to make it look better.**NOTE** He claimed that this would cost him $300.6. I called him a week ago, Tuesday, February 26, 2019, and he chastised me and said; you have waited a whole year to call me back about this. That is when HE told me to call him back.7. Then he said that the cost of coating my patio roof with elastomeric would cost him $80. So he wasn’t truthful with me a year ago when he complained that it would cost him $300. I don’t know about you but I don’t like dishonest people.

Today was the second occasion that I used AZ Finest Roofing. Both times it was a very pleasant experience. They came on time to do the estimate and the work. They emailed their estimate, the date and time of work, and a receipt. The quality of work was excellent, they cleaned up upon completion, and didn't try to upsell me, plus everyone was personable.

We have used Arizona's Finest Roofing for both roof repairs and a full roof replacement. They will let you know what condition your roof is in and what repairs are needed. If you need need your roof to be completely redone they will provide you a range of options to fit your budget and needs. Danny has been great to work with over the years.

I was driving on E. Southern Ave. And Ellsworth when one of your drivers was heading into the turn lane with no turn signal. If I didn't break hard he would have just hit me and pushed me into the curb. As we reached the turn onto Ellsworth he still did not have his turn signal on as he continued on his way. Please talk to your employees on safety while driving on the road.
