I am writing this review to warn others not to do business with Mr. Lonny Casanova or his company “AZ Roof Repair Guy”. Mr. Casanova is not licensed, does not have a bond, indicates on his proposal that he only accepts cash, and has no address for his business on his proposal. I should have known better than to do business with him after seeing all these warning signs.After inspecting the flat roof portion over the garage/kitchen of our paradise valley home, he provided a proposal to reseal all the existing bull work. On the morning that he arrived to do the work I asked him to show me a sample of the material that he was going to use. The material was a match to the adeso self-adhesive membrane that was already on the roof, so I told him to proceed. He told me it would take 3 men all day for the installation. An inspection of the roof after his repair revealed that Mr. Casanova did not replace any of the old material and only applied some tar at various spots and was only at our house for two hours.Service: Roof repair
