I’m extremely happy with the service I received from AZ Shingle Pros. Mike gave the most thorough inspection and quote of any of the 5 companies we had look at our roof. They offered the best materials and updated all of our attic venting while still being priced lower than anyone else. The team showed up on time and completed my entire roof in just one day. The team leader Jr. sent photos of their progress every few hours to let me know how things were going. At the end they cleaned up my entire front and backyard. It looked better than when they arrived. The final bill was exactly what they quoted, no extra fees or charges. We had new shingles installed Nov 9,2023. From the beginning , the estimate, to the finished product, we were kept in loop about every transaction. . AZ Shingles took care of every detail! The work done was overseen daily. BTW it only took 2 days, ripped off old and completed a beautiful finish! Mike and Michelle are ultimate professionals! We had to repair our tile roof after a wind storm and luckily I called AZ Shingle Pros for an estimate. Mike came over right away and made the entire process an easy one. I filed a claim with our insurance company and Mike met with the claim adjuster. We really appreciated his help since we live out of state and we wanted our vacation home repaired as soon as possible. From there on Michelle contacted us with scheduling and payment information. Mike, JR and their team were great to work with. Mike is an Ace working with the insurance adjuster too! Originally my adjuster was only going to cover half the roof but Mike worked some magic and the adjuster approved the entire roof and added on the porch roof too! Additionally had his contractor remove and reinstall my Solar panels all inclusive for the total that the insurance company was paying and even waived some of my deductible too! The solar company was going to charge almost $11,000 to do that. JR took my satellite dish down an put it in the box so I could store it since I'm moving. They went above and beyond and everything they said they would do they did. Beyond grateful!! Mike came out to my house this morning to take a look at a leak we had. I had another roofer out last week and he couldn't get to the bottom of it. It took Mike less than 5 minutes to find the issue and he was able to fix it super quickly! He was also super transparent about the quality and condition of my roof letting me know that I have more than 10 years of life on it and "not to let anyone tell me otherwise." If you're looking to work with an honest roofing company that does great work and communicates clearly, look no further than AZ Single Pros.

I am providing my review months after the work is completed and we got above average spring rains. I needed replacement of the underlayment.Mike and team were great to work with the whole way through!!The best measure of a company is what happens if something does not go exactly right. I had a couple picky things to address during install. Just about placement of the new tiles. No push back and great collaboration!Then, after being done with the job a few months a cap fell off a vent. It was an issue with the vent tube, not their work. Desire that they came out to replace it... No questions and same day. I was shocked! He even touched up a couple things unsolicited by me.Highly recommend and thanks for living up to the high ratings you already get. AZ Single Pros is the real deal!!

Az Shingle Pros provided fair and upfront pricing where others bids came in much higher. They provided pics of problems and progress through the entire process and when their workers caused some damage they immediately addressed the problem and had repairs completed promptly. All work performed came with a 5yr workmanship warranty, and limited lifetime manufacturers warranty on shingles plus you recieve a warranty card after projectcompleted & paid. Mike was very pleasant, got a quote from the office the same day he came out to inspect the roof. Kennedy and Michelle in the office were on top of everything. Everything was in writing, well organized and made me feel good about a big job like this. Junior in the field updated me with photos throughout the 1.5 days it took them to finish my roof. Very fast and good work, with guarantee on their work in writing. Prior to AZ Shingle Pros, I unfortunately had a different roofer do subpar job that I ended up needing to get everything redone. Lesson learned. Please go with a reputable company that guarantees their work and has everything organized in writing. Especially when it comes to roofing, typical consumer doesn't know what goes on up there so it's important to have a crew that knows what they are doing. Getting the roof redone is expensive, but please think twice before you go with the cheapest quote because that's what I did the first time and ended up costing me so much more, not to mention added stress. (Side note, there were other roofers in the area with higher quote than this company too. Don't get ripped off either. Do your research.)

We highly recommend AZ Shingle Pros. We noticed a neighbor replacing their roof and had talked about doing ours with the month of April. Mike, Michelle and JR were just terrific to work with during the project. Additionally, after getting multiple proposals they were by far the most competitive. Also, the on-site team did the work in less than a full day and left our property cleaner than when they showed up. Mike was canvassing our neighborhood for roofs with potential damage. He left a hand written note explaining what he saw from ground level and what he could provide in the way of an inspection. When we called he scheduled to come the next morning and offered to inspect the roof and create an insurance document if the damage was covered. He was so honest in his findings and had taken a few photos and a detailed review - turns out the damage visible from the ground was easily repairable and a there was no need for an insurance claim or replacement.He then went way above and beyond and offered to make the repairs he could using supplies he had and would return the next day to repair the wind damaged shingles. Life lesson learned! I should have found these guys sooner!! I’ve used 4 other companies getting replacements on rental properties and always looking for a better one than before, I was never satisfied with their work.I was blown away by how Mike presented the quality of the products and how they truly care about the satisfaction of their clients. Excellent job on negotiating with our insurance company to get them to agree to a full roof replacement after storm damage. I had my roof replaced a few days ago and could not be happier with the work done by AZ Single Pros. As I was collecting estimates they responded to my questions and concerns in a timely manner and clear enough for me to fully understand. The price was within the expected range -- lower than the other estimates I received, but not so low that I was concerned about quality. The day of the install the Foreman was very good at keeping me advised of the progress they were making. When the job was complete the work space was left clean and orderly. I highly recommend this company!

Very professional, kind, and helpful. I went through an insurance claim to get my roof done. My roof was so old that they didn’t even make the same type of shingles anymore. So even though it was only around 1500$ in damage, they worked hard for about 3 months backs and forth with the insurance company to get the whole roof replaced. All I really had to do was wait. They even put together an email to send to my HOA explaining why it was taking so long to get done. They really went above and beyond and the roof looks great!

We called AZ Shingle Pros because they did our son’s roof and he was impressed. Mike came out to look at our problem. He was on time and very informative. We will just need some soffit & facia repair —which has to be done by a construction contractor but we would definitely hire this company when we need a new roof.
