I am disappointed by my experience filing a complaint with the BBB against a large, well-known company. Even though the other party admitted fault and refused to remedy the situation they caused, the BBB closed my case with their standard automated email stating it was resolved.Sadly, the BBB is not truly an advocate for consumers when big businesses are involved. For smaller businesses they show no mercy, and hold them accountable. But, if the complaint is against a multi-million dollar company, they do absolutely nothing - even in cases like mine where wrongdoing was openly acknowledged.The BBB claims to be unbiased, but it seems their services are only effective for consumers filing complaints against small businesses, not large corporations that can afford to ignore them. To any consumers considering making a complaint, don't waste your time if the other party is a major company. The BBB will not help you get resolution or hold big businesses accountable for admitted faults. An organization allegedly advocating for consumers should not be so easily bought and paid to look the other way.

BBB did an excellent and timely job of coordinating my dispute with a car wash vendor. As a result of BBB efforts, I received a full refund for the disputed charges. Nice job by BBB considering I also disputed charges with my credit card company and did not receive a refund based on their efforts. Kudos to BBB, keep up the good work on behalf of consumers.

You've been told your whole life to be sure to check the BBB ratings on a business. I had never tried filing a complaint until recently. The whole things is a joke! All they do is provide a platform for a consumer to communicate with a company. That's it! It didn't matter whether any kind of resolution is reached or not, they don't care. I went back and for with the business 3 times with no resolution in sight. When I complained about it, they said they would close the complaint. They closed it as, "Answered - the business addressed the issues within the complaint, but the consumer remains dissatisfied.” So there really was no point, instead just wasted a bunch of my time.

I have NO IDEA about how nice this place is, an IGNORANT app thinks I do on account I was trying to get the layout of a specific geographic area (with a cramed) screen of overlays to trip our fingers on takes us places we've never been...interested or not....there is nothing Smart about these any more they gone Stupid Advertising Forgetting the are actually supposed to be... a~maP.

I have filed serval complaints with the BBB and never disappointed! They respond promptly and have solved many of my issues. I use them as a resource before I chose a vendor or company. I highly recommend using the BBB for review.

I had a major issue with a major purchase and sought BBB to hopefully help set things right. Initially I struggled: the company in question restated their policy and avoided answering for the wrongs they committed (dishonesty throughout the purchasing process while not delivering on their end of the purchase), and it appeared as though the matter was going to come to a close (my issue was automatically "resolved" just days after the company's response stating that the matter was within the realm of bylaws). However, I appealed to BBB to reopen the case in the hopes of addressing the dishonest practices to avoid future customers suffering a similar fate. Not only did they do this for me, but the company in question then changed their stance to reimburse delivery charges that they were initially not going to reimburse (it was the right call...they failed to uphold their end of the purchase through dishonesty). The company even stated in their response that they would use this incident to improve their practices moving forward!

I have used there services before, I think they are pretty good at what they do. They will investigate on your complaintsand keep you informed. This is the place to go when you want to check out any Business that Registered in the State OfArizona. When some businesses have a lots of bad complaints, they will changethere name. The BBB will also show thereprevious names. It will be a very smart move to check out a company, before you hire them. Sometimes these companies are not Registered, or License in Arizona. Check before youissues any of your MONEY!!!!!!

The BBB will comment on this and say they are "a neutral third party"but that is a lie if they get paid for giving a good grade of a company. They say that they don't even take into consideration what customers experience when giving the grade.I hope the BBB has to either change and really help not just companies but customers or they go away since we can read reviews anywhere. Camelback Toyota has an A+ rating but they don't answer complaints and they have a 1 star review from customers. So how can we ever trust the BBB? They just get paid to give a good grade. Just as much of a scam as every other company. Don't read the BBB grade -read online reviews of actual customers. BBB doesn't even care if companies respond to them they give them a good grade if they pay for it. How can that be trusted ever?

Such an excellent venue! Very pleasant and professional and in a great central location. The facilities are exceptionally clean and well stocked with coffee, snacks, free WiFi, and plenty of good resources/information for entrepreneurs. There is also high quality customer service. I keep getting complaints filed against my company for other companies that do not even pertain to mine. I am very frustrated by this as it paints the company in a bad light. I understand if I have done something wrong, I will always strive to correct it with the customer. I have never actually received a BBB complaint for my location of business. They have all been for other businesses. I am currently just trying to get ahold of someone so that they can correct their error. I would be happy to upload pictures of the fraudulent complaints filed by BBB for reference here if my concern is not resolved. I have also attempted to reach them by email as well as reviewing the BBB on their own complaints platform. I am awaiting a resolution to this massive error on their part.

The BBB is a complete and absolute joke. They are literally extortionists that hold your company hostage with an "investigation" banner on their site and call you three times a day to sell you an accredited business package, all while roasting your business for being unresponsive or having "shady" business practices. The BBB is a complete scam preying on small businesses and putting on an "authority" show. The BBB is an extortion ring disguised as a "Non-profit, third party" but they are not!

Had window shade installed by All Pro Shade Concept. Not only were they incredibly affordable, there staff was awesome. Josh who installed my shades was amazing. Knowledgeable about his work and got the job done sooner than expected. Overall great company and definitely recommend them.

My case was handled by Corey Snyder and I collected and submitted evidence to show the company I filed a complaint with had not been following up with me after I called them over 10x( all documented) , I provided the company with email, phone and availability but still my calls were only going to VM. Yet they reported that they have been unable to get in touch with me. The company told BBB they mailed me a letter with a resolution. I informed Corey that I never received a letter and if they really sent a letter to provide the tracking number. He closed out my case saying the business came up with a solution but the customer is still dissatisfied. How can i be dissatisfied with a resolution I never received?? Not only was I treated unfairly by the original company but BBB turned around and victimized me all over again by dismissing the corruption done by this company.

As a company that has been in AZ and was an accredited member before realizing the scam the only time we have an interaction is 1 or 2 customers out of 4-5000 moves makes a complaint because they do kot want to work within a legal bull of Lading g amd would rather throw a tantrum. The BBB is in archaic eAil by pass system at best with no authority and the only power is to fear mo ger businesses w a bad review. We will take our 1000s of reviews from all other Social media sites and continue to succeed in spite of the BBB. BiG BOGUS BUSYBODY

I am an engineer and i have worked with homeowners that have had horrible experiences with their contractors. I frequently encourage the homeowners to file a complaint with the BBB. I have found that their complaints almost ALWAYS fell on deaf ears. There is nothing done by the BBB to companies that do poor work and do economic harm to homeowners. Seems to me the BBB is more concerned about getting the contractors money, rather than actually addressing any issues said contractors cause to their clients. In fact, one of the worst offenders of poor work has been nominated for your "torch ethics award" several times. One of my clients recently filed a complaint with the BBB against the company. The BBB reviewed the complaint and got a response from the owner of the company. The response was completely wrong and claimed things that were blatantly false. But what did the BBB do? They continued giving this company an A+ rating and they even made the company a finalist in the Torch awards. Seems to me the BBB is more interested in money from contractors that actually helping homeowners.In response to your reply below: If you are a "neutral 3rd party", why is it that homeowners I have worked with never feel satisfied with BBB involvement? In fact, they nearly always feel you turn a blind eye to the contractors behavior. I am working on a project where a contractor posted a response to a claim and that response was completely dishonest. The homeowner even pointed out the dishonesty and yet, you guys did nothing. Sorry, but I have zero trust in the BBB because of this and numerous other examples. In fact, this same company has been a finalist in the Torch awards numerous times, but yet, that company is one of the worst for customer service, doing poor work, and charging homeowners for things that are completely unnecessary. But again, this company has an A plus raging with the BBB. But if you ask other engineers about this company, nearly all of them would give this company an F. How could your ranking of that company and the engineering communities ranking be so at odds??

All Pro Shade Concepts did another great job! Josh and Justin showed up early and replaced our shades quickly and quietly! Danny had come out last month and measured for our new shades and said it would be approximately 6 weeks, we got our new sun screens within 4 weeks! The team called just before arriving, they were efficient and nice! I would recommend All Pro for any of your shade and screening needs!

He was very personable and friendly. Josh and his coworker came out to place the sun screens. They called beforehand and arrived promptly at the appointed time. They were quick and efficient.
