Outstanding job - highly recommend! Our roof needed replacing due to some areas of rotting wood. Jim from Canyon State Roofing came out and gave us a quote with different options and price points and explained the scope of the work to be done. Miguel was the foreman who supervised the work and gave us daily updates on its progress and answered any questions we had. Jim and Miguel as well as their crew were very professional and did a fantastic job replacing our roof for a good price. I cannot remember the last time I was as impressed with a service provider. We had 3 companies come out to estimate a full roof replacement. Canyon State explained everything that was wrong in a way that made it clear they were far more knowledgeable than the others. They worked around the rain and made sure to not waste any time. Their crew was extremely hard working, courteous, and clean. The finished project is beautiful and clearly of the highest quality. Two of our neighbors have signed on to use them, as a result of their work. I highly recommend using Canyon State Roofing & Consulting for all of your roofing needs.

A "Rosie On The House" recommendation and I wasn't disappointed. The workers were timely, efficient, careful and thorough. They cleaned up daily and the Foreman/Supervisor Miguel was out daily to inspect and provide direction. Daily he made sure my questions were answered and always answered my phone call. I'll be recommending them to others if they are in need of roof replacement or repair.

My entire experience with Canyon State Roofing was 5 stars from my initial phone call, through every step along the way to a repaired 26 year old roof!! Miguel, the superintendent , for Canyon State, explained everything that was going on with my roof. Miguel answered all my questions in a way that I could understand. He also took before and after photos and pointed out clearly what needed to be done, and once the job was completed, showed me the photos of the completed work. Crew was great! Work looks fantastic!! Cost was reasonable. Job completed quickly. If your roof needs attention, I highly recommend Canyon State Roofing !!!

I just recently had my roof replaced by Canyon State Roofing. My experience with CSR has been nothing but a fantastic experience. From the moment I first spoke with Miguel prior to work starting I could tell that he was on top of the job, and I immediately felt comfortable. Everything Miguel said would happen happened and at the time he said it would. The workers who worked on my roof were amazingly talented and friendly. Every day at quitting time they would clean up from the days activities, and at the end of the day it didn't even look like we were having our roof replaced. I would highly recommend Canyon State Roofing to anyone in need of a new roof. Replacing a roof can be a very stressful and expensive undertaking and it's very important to work with a company that you can feel comfortable with. Canyon State Roofing is that type of company.

Hello , my name is David R. and I’m not generally one of those people who writes reviews however, I believe this is one circumstance where I feel it’s deserved.I had Jim from Canyon State Roofing over to do my estimate on my roof repair. Jim was very thorough with the process of determining the extent of the damage and repair, needed. Jim climbed up on the roof and removed several roof tiles in multiple areas to examine the underlayment. With that being said, it allowed him to come up with itemized materials list related to the repair which reflected in the bid once I received it via email. There were no surprises!I will say I did my due diligence and had other contractors come out to give me a bid as well. However, Jim’s bid was slightly better than the rest but that’s not what secured Canyon State Roofing for being the contractor for me. His honesty and integrity showed during his visit, and I felt comfortable with what I was paying for. Also they did more than what the other contractors were offering. For example, they lifted all the tiles that were in valleys, in those areas that could accumulate debris and create dams which can redirect the water allowing it flow and get into the underlayment and cause water damage. They went and cleaned all those areas out, along with replacing any cracked or chipped tiles. Miguel was amazing. Very happy with the work the crew did. Had our whole flat patio roof replaced, including fascia, and then some compromised tiles on our main roof. Looks great. They were quick but very detail oriented. Will definitely be calling them again when we need them.

We contracted with Canyon State Roofing to replace our existing roof after getting estimates from three other companies. Miguel Beltran came out to do the estimate and we could tell from the beginning that he was very professional and thorough. He kept in close contact with us, letting us know what was happening each day. The drone pictures he sent of the roof were pretty cool! The roof was replaced within three days, from start to finish. The roofers were very polite, hard-working, and neat, cleaning up after each day. We are very happy with the work that was done and highly recommend Canyon State Roofing.Debbie and Tom

Canyon State perform the re-roof of my house. Miguel was the manager of the project and was very patient, informative and available through the process. Once the date was set, there was no delay and or misunderstanding of the process. The materials showed up early, and the crew was ready to get to work also. The dumpster (Bin there Dumped that) was delivered and also professional and courteous. The project took approximately 2 1/2 days with some minor adjustments after. The crew made sure to clear the debris around the yard for nails and materials every day. Even the dumpster pick up was awesome, the person swept my driveway after loading the bin. There are a lot of roofers out there that promise the world, do your research and you’ll find Canyon State is right up there with the others and they provide a great warranty.

These guys were awesome! I had some roof repairs that needed to be done and they nailed it. They were super professional and efficient. I researched a number of companies to replace my roof after storm damage. I was impressed with Canyon State Roofing A+ rating from BBB, the Rosie on the House endorsement and the transferable warranty. With my initial inspection and estimate, the owner took the time to answer my questions and explain the process. Throughout the roof replacement, the men were professional, considerate, worked very hard and cleaned up the area at the end of each day (Impressive!). I recently had my underlayment and battens replaced by Canyon State Roofing. Jim, Miguel and the crew did a good job with the installation. Miguel communicated well with me and showed various pictures of the install's stages including areas that needed some extra attention such as "dead valleys." They replaced some of the fascia board and did a great job matching the old tiles with newer tiles because the tile company no longer made the tile on my roof. They were on time and up-front about the costs. I would recommend them for replacing the underlayment and roof repairs.

Miguel Beltran from Canyon State roofing inspected my Roof after I had a leak from a rainstorm in early August. He was very knowledgeable and gave me information in a way I could understand. Afterward Jim McClain provided me with a contract which covered everything. I signed the contract and the work began. They kept me fully informed and asked if I had any questions. The workers were all polite, respectful, and worked extremely hard. At the end of each day they cleaned up the outside areas on my home. As changes needed to be made, i was notified what to expect. I can't thank them enough for a job well done. I would highly recommend Canyon State Roofing & Consulting to anyone. I felt very comfortable and trusting to have them work on my home. they also did everything in a very safe manner. I didn't need to worry about anything!

I contracted Canyon State Roofing in November to replace the roof on my house. I chose them because of the detailed quote I received and the competitive price for the work. Jim answered all my questions about the materials used and the timeline for completing the work. He also gave me separate quotes for lower and higher priced options.The quality of the work was outstanding. Migel's crew arrived promptly and worked diligently through the day. At the end of each day, the crew cleaned up around the perimeter of the house and Migel would contact me to confirm that everything was on schedule. When there was an issue with matching the original tiles, Migel offered me sensible options that did not impact the cost of the project.I am very happy with finished work.

I had a fantastic experience working with Miguel and his team at Canyon State Roofing (CSR). I had received a handful of quotes from other companies before I reached out to CSR and the customer service difference was why I decided to go with CSR.I reached out to CSR on a Saturday and had a roofing inspection with Miguel that same week. He was extremely thorough in his inspection. Upon completion he sat down with me and walked me through everything that needed to be done to update my roof and took pictures to show me what he was seeing.I recieved a quote within 2 days for the job and Miguel gave me a call to walk through the quote. I particularly liked how the quote was itemized and included everything that CSR was going to be doing to my roof with step by step descriptions. Other quotes I had received did not go into this much detail and it gave me a lot of confidence to start the job.CSR was able to schedule me within 2 weeks of approving the quote, and they were very up front about the job schedule and plan. I really appreciated that they do a pre job meeting to go over everything one more time.My roof took 5 days to complete, and at 35 years old, it was in pretty rough shape. Miguel regularly sent me picture updates of the job progress at significant stages. His team worked extremely hard, and I was really impressed with the quality of their work.The final product is really impressive and it is such a relief to have the roof updated as it was getting to be a significant concern based on its age.I am so glad I decided to go with CSR. Very happy with how quickly and cleanly this project was completed. Great communication throughout the process from start to finish. Canyon State Roofing! What a great company from the owner, office manager and the crew. Jim quoted a fair price compared to three other estimates. Robyn was excellent in coordinating scheduling and follow up. Miguel was excellent as the crew manager. The crew began early on a Monday and was finished by the following Saturday. They cleaned up the site every day. The temperature was between 115-119 degrees that week. How it was done so timely, I do not know! Please call them if and when you need a new roof or repairs. Jim, the owner of Canyon State, came to my house and patiently answered my list of questions. Miguel, who oversees field operations, later came to my house with the estimate and also answered my remaining questions. The crew worked at a steady pace and were friendly & courteous. We had a leak that was starting to come into our home and after they repaired the area with the leak we had two rainstorms since and no signs of leakage at all. These guys are professional, they get back with you right away, and the quality of work was legit. Not to mention the workers were very friendly. This team showed up on time every day, worked long days, and left our property pristine before leaving each evening. Great attention to detail. When tiles needed replacing, they didn’t settle for a close match. They looked around and found a near exact match. Heavy rain delayed completion by one day but pleased to report no leaks! Canyon State Roofing did a great job replacing my tile roof. I liked how the supervisor kept me up to date on the progress. Also, Canyon State paid attention to details, like using the upgraded birdstop, putting up a sample of the birdstop to make sure I liked the color and cleaning up their work area at the end of every shift. I would highly recommend them.
