My technician was exactly on time and did an absolutely amazing job. Including an hour parts run due to living in Buckeye and not having a local supplier warehouse, he was still able to remove the old water heater and install the new one in just under 3 hours.Price was a little on the steep side but I am not an experienced plumber so I know I’m also paying for their knowledge as well. In the end the job is done and the technician was very informative as he was doing the work.I appreciated the quick same day response and professionalism they provided.

This was my first time using Deer Valley Plumbing and they were amazing! Remington was easy to talk to and very open and honest about everything. Likes to share his findings and knowledge which I appreciated. Had a few things to be done and one thing ended up turning into a big issue unfortunately. Everyone treated me great and moved quickly to get things prepped and a temporary water line ran for me. Martin came and jumped in. He had just about all the trenches dug and prep work completed on Friday so the new pipe could be laid Monday. Everyone was friendly and had great personalities. I always knew what was going on. They were really good at updating me and telling me what the next steps were. I would definitely recommend!

Jared W is the best plumber I have worked with, hands down! He helped my wife and I to remove an old vanity, install a new one and all the troubles that come along with it like replacing hot/cold valves, setting up new faucets, and caulking. Another great job by the Deer Valley experts! Today was an all-day appointment to install a new tankless hot water system. Remington was awesome as usual, and he brought along Jared White for his specific expertise in tankless systems. Jared was very courteous, answered all my questions, and both he and Remington walked me through how the system works and what work they performed for the installation. It seemed the two of them worked very well together, and it was obvious they are proud of their work.

Remington at Deer Valley Plumbing has been taking care of our plumbing needs since the house was purchased four months ago. The house’s plumbing was in disrepair and Remington has worked diligently with us to help overcome the many leaks and complete needed upgrades. He is extremely knowledgeable, personable and conscientious. Deer Valley Plumbing is a bit pricey but we are willing to pay for Remington’s expertise and workmanship. I highly recommend Remington at DVP.

We had a leak in our front yard, causing us to have to shut off our main water supply. We called Deer Valley Plumbing and were extremely pleased with their work. Remington took the lead and was fantastic! He and Martine were so great to work with. They are such hard workers! They found the leak almost 5 feet down! They reconfigured our pipes and added a valve so if we have problems with our irrigation line in the future, we will still be able to have water to our house. I cannot express enough how pleasant these guys were to work with. I would definitely call them again if we need any plumbing done in the future!

Miguel assessed my situation and helped me find a replacement toilet from Home Depot which saved me a lot of money. Not all companies would do that and I certainly appreciated it. Jared was extremely reliable, an excellent communicator and he knew his stuff. I received three quotes for the same price but ended up choosing this company because of their excellent technical knowledge and their excellent communication skills.I should also add - they "get it". They know how to properly walk on a roof (though he was able to avoid this) to install the vent.All brass plumbing with beautiful square corners, retention straps and nice 90 degree angles everywhere. A very professional looking install. Also they were very well aware of the need for the neutralizer on the effluent that keeps the concrete from degrading over time. The other two companies had no idea what a neutralizer was, and they use ugly pex and have no idea what a square corner looked like.I have no hesitation recommending this company and fully intend to continue to retain them in the future for our properties in the valley.

Remington was amazing, very friendly and professional. He removed and installed a new toilet. When I had to shop for a new toilet he was kind enough to provide recommendations. When installing, he provided me some education on what he was doing and what to look out for in the future. Highly recommend deer valley plumbing!12/22/23 Remington came out once again to help me this time with my shower. The cartridge was stuck and anyone else would have told me a new valve was needed but he was persistent and able to get the job done and save me over $600. I couldn’t be more happy with the service and the education he provided me! Thank you so much Remington, you’re the best!

Your technician, Miguel F, encountered a very difficult plumbing issue at my house. He methodically analyzed the problem as he tried to repair it and worked very hard to successfully do so. He was very conscientious, keeping things tidy and dry as he worked. He was efficient, courteous and resourceful. If I have another plumbing issue, I will request Miguel to fix it.

He also considered all company options for billing to provide the least expensive cost to us.I consider Deer Valley Plumbing service to be an excellent and valuable home service provider.
