Not what I hoped for. I got a "notice that if the balance wasn't paid within 10 days a lien would be place on my house and I had 10 days to dispute discrepancies, they hadn't even began my roof. After waiting for a date for my project for 5wks I requested my deposit back. They found time for my roof, they left after 2 days with my roof incomplete, of course it rained then so I had to cover my roof. A week later they called me and they didn't realize my roof wasn't done. They came back and finished. They didn't replace the 10 sheets of plywood I signed for. They left trash around my house and a cigarette butt on my roof, some fasteners were left exposed. I didn't get a final walk through or anything when they were done. They didn't recognize a $5k payment until I pointed it out. They made everything right in the end but I had to supervise them at each turn. I tried hard to like them. Communication and professionalism were not present through my experience.

*UPDATE 9/6/22*Changed to 3 star. After speaking with the new customer service manager who reached out to us, they apologized for their previous response and sent out a team to do a thorough inspection of the roof and they will be sending a company out to fix the inside drywall damage.*UPDATE 8/7/22* we are still dealing with the terrible workmanship of this company. In addition to the section that wasn’t sealed properly, there was another section that had a saw mark straight through the underlayment and into the wood. Hopefully, they’ll do the right thing and do a complete inspection to identify any other problem areas under the tiles.Very disappointed in the responses I've gotten from their customer service. Diversified did the roof on my new build that was completed in 2018 and already in 2021 there is a leak due to a section of the roof not being sealed properly. First of all, to only respond that they will charge $95 to inspect and that I'm out of warranty and offer no other explanation when I submitted pictures to them is completely unprofessional. Second, since I had another LISCENSED company come out and do an estimate to repair their mistake, they say that even if I was under warranty, it would now be void. Initial roof installation on my new home 2017. Leaks noted from the get go. After Diversified “fixed” the cause, four months later a massive leak was seen.Then the master BR ceiling had many leaks but Diversified blamed Tesla’s solar panel installation. I paid Tesla to remove their panels and inspect the site - the cause of the master BR leak was away from the Tesla installation and was due to errors in the original 2017 Diversified install.Diversified refused to remediate. I got three independent roofers to inspect my roof - each found problems with Diversified’s install. I hired one of the new roofers to completely redo the roof over the leaking areas - I wanted Diversified to pay for the repair since they caused the leaking problem.Diversified refused to cooperate.They are unresponsive and are a terrible company. If you have a Diversified roof, run away to a qualified roofer immediately.I was sorry I could not rate Diversified zero stars.Service: Roof installation

With Diversified the only guarantee I received was that my roof would continue to leak. I had a house on the Jersey Shore where it was subjected to massive storms and a weekly deluge of rain but no leak was ever seen. Here under my Diversified tile roof on a new house, water pours down like a fountain…..it’s Ok if you like indoor waterworks and a mold problem.Diversified said they were not at fault even though they put on the roof.Service: Roof installation

Some doctors have complications just as some roofers make errors in installation. Diversified made an error in my roof install but rather than correct the problem, they state they have done thousands of roofs without a problem.In other words, they have no process to deal with a problem due to their error.Avoid Diversified which stands only behind its reputation but does not stand behind its work.Services: Roof repair, Roof installation

One of the Best, I take that back...the BEST roofing contractors in Arizona. They now do re-roofs for all those homes at the 15-20 year mark.Get a hold of them, I worked with John, one of the Residential estimators there. From the minute he showed up until the final cleanup of my property it was all communicated to me daily, status of the job, issues they came across and lastly the Final walk of the roof with photos so I could see the results and attention to detail these professionals have. Absolute Nightmare dealing with their service department. Doing business with this company should be avoided if you have any alternative available. I need some repairs done for my roof due to some strom damage. Was routed to their service department but no one ever picks up the phone. Called at least 10 times and left countless voice mails over a two months period and no one ever returned the call. On one lucky day I got through to the manager of the service department and he tried to help. But it still required 5 separate phone calls to chase him down just to get an appointment for someone to come take an initial look (at a cost of $380 just to give an estimate, which I agreed to because I was tired of the phone game). On the day of the appointment, no one show up. I left work early and waited for 5 hours during the appointment window for nothing. No one called to let me what was going on. Called the office find out and of course no one answered. How can you treat people like this and still be in business????

A number of tiles were blown off my roof in a recent storm. I was referred to Diversified by someone that had recently used them to re-roof their home. I had a great experience with their service team. The communication was great and they showed up right on time. The cost of the repair came in below what I was expecting. We are so happy with our beautiful new roof on our custom home we are building. This company has been wonderful to deal with since the bidding process. The original guy I dealt with, Bill, was super friendly and helpful and answered all of my questions. Steven and Amanda were also great to deal with throughout the entire process. We kept running into weather issues and they were always responsive and helpful and went out of their way to make sure we were taken care of. We had about 4 other quotes and this company was not the cheapest nor was it the most expensive. We went with them because they were thorough about what they were including in the price and were able to complete it in a timely manner (they actually came on a Saturday to do the final touches). From the time workers arrived, they were professional and courteous in regards to needing gates open, cleaning up after themselves, and letting me know if they were done for the day or planning to return. Our home builder used Diversified to install our tile roof, and Diversified did a great job. Since 2019, we have used Diversified to perform an annual inspection for weather related roof damage and cleaning of the roof and gutters. The inspection includes numerous pictures of any damaged areas or areas of concern. Very pleasant to work with. On the most recent occasion, I had a leak from the roof above my closet. Power was out. My wife walked in the closet in the dark, slipped, fell, and broke her kneecap! It was weekend. I called Steven first thing Monday and he came out the same day to get it fixed since my wife now needed surgery and could not have managed without the use of my bathroom. In an emergency, Diversified prioritized my need above others and came to our rescue. He was very responsive even after the damage from hurricane Harvey, too.
