Did some drywall work. Used our garbage (and yard) to dispose of the trash. Left drywall in our side yard, front yard, all down our driveway and to the street then stopped showing up for a week. Said they would show up at certain time and didn't show up about 6 time theought project. Communication and respect for my home would be great. A 2 day project had been 2 weeks and counting. Do your research everyone.Update. Finished the project. Gave me mismatched shingles without a heads up. Not sure if this is standard but thought others might like to know. I understand the original shingles are faded but the base colors are different. This will not fade out and look better.

These people came to my house to fix a leak in my laundry room. They put a hole in the floor, & when they finished drying it, they threw a board over it with 2 gaping holes for the snakes, rats , scorpions, & all the other vermin in the world to enter my home. They never told me when they were coming. They'd just show up.

Amber of the Phoenix office, scheduled a diagnostic visit. The technicians showed up a little earlier than scheduled (rather than later like other companies). They diagnosed the issue quickly and solved my water leak. Professional and experienced. Well done!

Currently working with this company after the condo complex I live in had major water damage. Only on day 3 with them and it has been a nightmare trying to get any information. Day 1 I signed their papers to do the work, was told they would be in my unit that day to pull up soaked carpet and check the walls for moisture. No one ever showed up, no phone call, no email, no communication of any kind. Day 2 After apologizing for not showing up on Monday, (they said they thought I went with another company even though they had SIGNED paperwork from that very morning) told me they would definitely be at my unit first thing Tuesday morning. 11am Tuesday I still had not seen or heard from anyone-finally they roll in at 11:30, I have to wonder what company believes "first thing in the morning is almost noon?! Day 3-Was told they would be here to remove wet drywall-guess what, nobody shows up, no phone call, no email, no communication of any kind. I call Jason at 3pm he says he will call me back in 15 minutes. Big surprise, no call back. I call again at 4pm and he offers no reason for the no-show today, but assures me they will have people here at 9am tomorrow. I'm not holding my breath. Hoping day 4 goes better, but at this point I could not ever recommend this company to anyone, and I will be making sure my neighbors that are considering using them for the rebuilding process hear this story. I understand if they are short of staff and getting work done may take longer, I'm fine with that. But be honest, tell me you can't make it today, tell me we need to schedule it for another time. Constantly being told lies, or simply not communicated with at all is not a very good start, apparently they are not too concerned about repeat clientele. I'll be happy to update this review should they decide to rectify this situation.

Go To Services were FANTASTIC to work with! They were extremely professional, responsive, and most importantly DID THE JOB RIGHT. We hired them to "fix" a tenant improvement that our landlord's contractor performed that was not to code. Go To Services fixed the issues and did amazing work. Pedro was especially conscientious and a highly skilled worker. I would recommend Go To Services for any building maintenance repairs or tenant improvement needs you may have. They get the job done right, on time and for a very reasonable fee!

This company's quality of work is fine but the business side is shady! I was lied to by my project manager about fake emergency my "crew" had to go to as an excuse for why no one arrived to my house when they were scheduled. My "crew" of 1 drywall person showed up the next day and had no idea about the emergency call he was supposedly on. The drywall person said he was given no information about my job from his boss so he showed up unprepared with no products. I was told that they would add extra guys to my crew to get the work done that day but the only other person who showed up with a person to measure for the cabinets which had already been done with the initial walkthrough (he also had no idea idea of the emergency call he was supposedly on). Apparently they hadn't even started making the cabinets. The guy who came to measure said based on the workload they had it would be another 5 days before it was ready. My project manager tried to make it seem like he was giving us special preference and working things out to get the cabinets ready quickly when I had already be quoted the same time frame from the guy measuring the cabinets. Were my cabinets ready on time...nope! A few days later the cabinet installer finally came and finished the job (he also had no idea idea of the emergency call he was supposedly on). Then I got the bill...they charged me to replace vinyl flooring that I never had and that they never installed!!! They also said they didn't keep track of labor hours! Don't believe a word they tell you and watch your invoice closely.

I called Go To on Friday morning 2/22. Their tech, Jason called me within 10 minutes & made arrangements to see me on Saturday so he could assess what happened where my ceiling had fallen. He was there on time - in fact he was there before I arrived. He cleaned up the mess & told me he'd be back Sunday morning. He showed up 15 minutes early (which I greatly appreciated). He brought Gary with him and there was another example of the great people that Go To Services hires. Gary was warm & personable - he shook my hand & got to work. I was very impressed with him & Jason.Jason took the bull by the horns & was so willing to help me through figuring out how to handle my insurance & he stayed with me through that call too.Thank you Go To Services!!! I had severe damage from winter storm Uri, and was out of town when the damage happened to my home. I arrived late at night to find a disaster zone in my house. I filed my insurance claim and they contracted Go To Services to do my mitigation work.Jason and his team were prompt and professional at every step of their work for me. They looked for every possible issue and hired very trustworthy laborers to do the demolition work on my home. I just wish they were a local company so that they would have their entire team available to complete my job from start to finish.All I can say is they are a quality team, and God bless them for coming all the way from Arizona to help us here in Houston. I don't know how long we will keep them here, but I and others have been sharing their business cards with our neighbors and hope their families will forgive us Houstonians for keeping them here a little longer. Go To Services is OK but the sub contractors vary from acceptable to poor. Amber T. was fine in communication in a somewhat difficult insurance roof and interior claim with repairs in excess of $40,000 so far. Catastrophe. Now leaks are back and the blame is being spread around.16 months of buckets and now collapsed drywall ceiling and split drywall ceiling in the exact area of the claim.Reviewed to soon..even after 17 MONTHS of work we thought this would be handled better HOWEVER the original estimate was incredibly inept (not Go To Fault). Now my roof is in less condition in someareas than before the claim. Fighting with Insurance and I AM THE AGENT !I have met some of the 5 star "reviewers" as they are employees of Go To Services.

They don't seen to know when insurance claims get approved. I met with Randy on 11/5 and had to make over 6 calls over 2 months, just just to get an update on the estimate.I was told on 12/16 we were waiting from.state farm yet state farm approved it on 12/7!! Their response was it was state farm and sedgwicks fault .they got their check and cashed it on 12/16. This is without me even knowing the price.Today I get a call to tell me they have to now get a new contractor to come look. When I ask why , I'm told they will need to see the types of materials they'll need. When I asked if that's in the estimate she told me they don't give the workers the estimate.I asked how does that contractor then know the estimate to stay within? She then tells me I refused anyone to come out and hung up! I've waited patiently for over 2 months just for an estimate. my frustration, doesn't stem from having some one out to repair it. My frustration is this company doesn't seem to want to fulfill the job they've been contracted to do and paid for! I'm happy to receive a refund back to the insurance company for the work not done but I have a lack of faith that they will even refund it timely seeing as it took over 2 months just to communicate an estimate! I see by other complaints they've done this to others recently.

They were seriously incredible! I had a massive flood on the second floor at my commercial property in Old Town Scottsdale. It was a nightmare when I walked in (water running for 7 Hours, completely ruined an entire office and the showroom below it). I called the first company I saw online and luckily it was Go To Services. They showed up within 30 minutes and reassured me that they would handle everything. Within an hour there, more than a dozen people showed up to save the day. I have a vivid memory of them all walking in with smiles on their faces and letting me know that it would be handled before I knew it. My blood pressure dropped immediately.It wasn't long before they had cleaned all the water up, had fans blowing, dehumidifiers running, had plastic everywhere, and we were discussing how they could put it all back together. Which they did....in record time! Not only was I happy but my tenants all raves about them over the coming weeks as they put things back together. The finished product was on point.I have been in real estate for 25 years and it was hands down the best service experience I've had to date. I have Go To Services on speed dial in my phone now!!!!

If you experience a disaster of any kind to your home or business Go To Services, Inc. is the best! My business flooded from a burst pipe and having had bad experiences with a prior service company I asked a friend who i should call. Go To Services arrived within 30 minutes with an army of skilled workers carry massive amounts of equipment to handle the job. They knew just what to do and even helped me through the insurance claim process. I was able to keep my business going and was fully operation by the time the insurance adjuster had arrived! Thank you all so Much!!!

We had our kitchen cabinets painted by Jason and his team. Jayce was the lead painter and his attention to detail, quality of work and knowledge were all above and beyond! They were professional and personable as well. We will be doing additional home improvements soon and GTS will be our “Go To” for sure!!

I have to start off by saying customer service is spectacular! From start to finish Holly and Bill stayed in complete communication. I had a water leak some years back in my bathroom, the people that came and "took care" of it did not really take care of it. I recently replaced the vanity in that bathroom and notice black mold behind the vanity and on the walls. I called Go To Services and they had someone out to my house the next day. They came in and removed the dry wall about 3/4 up the wall and sprayed Kilz on everything in the wall. The people prior did not properly air out the water and causing the mold to grow. BUT this was not the only time Go To Services helped me out! I recently had a room converstion done, adding extra storage space to my home and they were able to put a wall, drywall, and paint in less than 3 days....it was AMAZING! I highly recomend this company and everyone that is involved! way to go GO TO! you have my business from here on out!

After they cashed the check from the insurance company they asked for a deposit of 50% and deductible. We have only been waiting since EARLY November to get the work completed. They are unorganized and unprofessional!! Holly the VP is a complete Karen. They canceled the contract because they were questioned on their shady practices!! Yeah, this will be a complaint to the ROC. This company shouldn't be working with the public especially anyone grieving from a loss of a family member!!!

I recently purchased a condo downtown and was shocked when my painters found mold behind some loose molding in the master bathroom. My husband and I were putting so much money into our new home and mold mitigation was never a part of the budget. We called several companies and got a lot of opinions. Fortunately, Bill Kelty the owner of GoTo Services answered our call and made time to evaluate the situation. The first thing Bill did was put us at ease. I was truly heartbroken when we discovered mold in our perfect new home. Bill went right to work to test the area and concluded that the mold was in fact contained to the wall behind the shower. Him and his technician removed the insulation, rotted sheetrock and sanitized the area and water tested to make sure there would be no repeat issues. The poorly grouted tile which was the cause of the problem was re-grouted and the wall re-enforced and patched - all done very quickly, professionally and without inconveniencing me or my husband. The price was reasonable and very well worth it considering it was handled with one phone call. I recommend GoTo Services to anyone who has water damage and needs it resolved quickly and without hassle.

I can't say enough about the company, the staff, or the customer service. My home and barn were hit by a microburst and suffered unbelievable damage. The repairs, the rebuilt barn and the extra touches are so much more than I expected. My neighbors are impressed with the quality of work and I am in love with my little ranch. Has nothing to do with their services but I've seen their company car went fast by a school bus as kids were getting into the bus. Do you know the definition of a stop sign coming out of the bus side? News of children dying because of impatient drivers as yourself?
