My upstairs neighbors washer broke and was leaking in my roof. Blake at Jenkins Restoration was able to give me a thorough evaluation of the damage and was able to work with my insurance company to get the estimate of what it would cost to fix it. He was able to set me up with several experienced professionals such as a demo crew, Mold Experts, and laborer to help fix it all. I was so happy I went with them, super easy to work with. Highly recommended.

I had water mitigation done with Tyler and Josh and they were both great very friendly and imformative! This is our second time working with Tyler and both times he walked us through the steps of what we needed to do next and answered all our questions honestly. Our home sustained water damage as the result of negligence from a plumbing company. Our homeowner's insurance provided us with a list of "preferred contractors" and we elected to work with Jenkins Restoration, specifically Blake. Blake did an exceptional job of working with our insurance company to get us the replacement compensation we deserved (not what the insurance thought we deserved!) and we are very happy with the work he and his team have done thus far. He has been extremely patient and his communication has been excellent. He is always quick to respond and keeps us up to date. Excellent restoration process!

Such a great company to work with. Can’t recommend them enough.My situation was no easy one with coordinating with the owner upstairs and getting the them to fix the leak before we sealed up the hole. Yet this took many months they stuck with me through it all. Mario started the job and took the extra time to figure out how the tub was leaking. Blake then took over to help with the repair work. Their level of communication was excellent. They were easy to get ahold of and texted me with updates.

Jenkins Restorations definitely came through on their word! Blake Spanko rode it out with me through thick and thin. He remained patient/calm and came through on all of his promises. My house dealt with severe water damage. I know I was a pain to deal with due to the urgency of having my house back to the way it was. Blake made sure everything was put back together properly and it even turned out looking better than before. Give this man a bonus! He definitely deserves it! I highly recommend Jenkins to anybody needing a company that they can depend on!!!

Had a water leak in our Scottsdale home. Quickly realized that the problem was more complex than I could handle and thus contacted our insurance company. The insurance company recommended Jenkins for the demo and dry out. After I saw how thorough they were and the great ongoing communications with Mike with Jenkins, I decided it was imperative that I use them for the entire restoration project, especially with me being 1500 miles away. All has gone as smoothly as I could have asked for, all the way down to a thorough cleaning when they were done. Nice job Jenkins! And again it has been a pleasure working with Mike on what could have been a real nightmare!

Wow! Jenkins was amazing!Sprinkler system leak in unoccupied house. They responded immediately and worked hard to clean up, dry out, and secure the situation.
