Cesar and his team did a great job for an entire re-roofing job in Goodyear! This company is reliable, communicates well, and has affordable options to those of us who ain’t got that kinda money in this economy! Cesar is attentive to your situation and to what you want done to your roof. He will do exactly what you want for the best price without cutting corners.Long Story: Ive had noticed leaks in my house. In 2021 I had multiple roofing companies, big and small, come to inspect my roof and quote me for repairs and an entire re-roof. N.1 Roof Care was the most affordable.I actually went with a bigger company for repairs in two areas because I decided to be cheap about doing a whole re-roof. Well I regret that. Over the next very few rainstorms we got LEAKS AGAIN.Fast forward to 2024 I called Cesar to quote me again for a re-roof. I decided to go with him and not even call another roofing company because Cesar was able to explain well to me what was needed and what was causing leaks, that other bigger companies had not. It gave me good confidence to go with him.Cesar was onsite day one to spray my patio roof. Over the course of the next three days Cesar’s crew worked on my roof. They were very nice and courteous. They even gave me notice to bring in my dog because they didn’t want something to fall on her, and paused when I asked them to for 30 mins for an important business call I had. They had no issue with it. At the end of everyday they cleaned up their mess.When the job was complete I walked around and inspected the house myself. I had questions/concerns regarding a few areas. Cesar was more than happy to drive across town to come in person and go over the areas I was concerned about. At no additional cost he fixed it all on the spot.For the affordable price that I paid, I am very happy with the job. Although tiles are different colors in the back of the house it is not an issue for me. I just wanted a functional roof that doesn’t leak anymore without breaking my bank. If HOA has a problem with the back tiles being another color I’ll paint it with a gallon or two of paint.Overall I am very pleased with my experience with Cesar’s company!
