Just having purchased a new home in the Phoenix area from out of state, Phoenix Roofing and Repair was recommended to us. We had discovered on the inspection that the roof was beginning to leak and replacement needed to happen. Phoenix Roofing was extremely responsive to our request for quote and when we accepted it, they were able to get it done quickly. They went above and beyond to accommodate our schedule and our needs. Phoenix Roofing was professional, prompt and fair. We happily recommend them!

Amazing company! We had a possible leak at our home and I had four separate roofing companies evaluate the situation. Two companies suggested unnecessary repairs in excess of over $20,000. I think they were counting on me filing an insurance claim. A third company suggested some general maintenance repairs, but were inconsistent in their recommendations and pricing. Phoenix Roofing Company from the beginning was top notch. They made multiple visits to the home with their foreman to evaluate the situation, suggested HONEST repairs to improve longevity of the roof, explained why the work was needed, guaranteed their work, and had the most reasonable quote. Even after receiving the quote I asked them to include one additional minor repair and that they did not increase the original price. Then after the work was completed and I had paid in full, I noticed one VERY minor thing was not completed and they returned to the site within a day to fix it. From beginning to end Jeff, Carrie, and Lawrence were communicative and friendly. Exceptionally high quality work from an HONEST, caring, communicative, and friendly team! Thanks!

Recently, this company was contracted to replace our tile roofs in our condo complex. After the job was finished there were several tiles/nails left on my flat roof with some nails embedded in my flat roof. The ductwork to my AC had been stepped on and crushed which needed repair. My AC condensation line was unhooked. There were shards of tile and nails left everywhere. I would not use this company. I believe they hired day laborers to do this job, not trained professionals.

After reaching to many roofers that provided me quotes, I didn’t know what will be the next step. Phoenix Roofing and Repair is a very professional company that focus on the consumer benefits. I was impressed by the fact they deployed another team to review the first findings. Again when the insurance sent an adjuster, Phoenix Roofing and Repair was there. With my consent they called the insurance claims department to get the roof to be replaced. Not everybody is knowledgeable about everything. I’m grateful to have known them and the service rendered to me at this point. The insurance has approved the roof replacement. Many thanks to Phoenix Roofing and Repair. I highly recommend this company to anyone. They are professional, customer centered, knowledgeable, friendly. They don’t give up on their customers.

I had an amazing experience with Phoenix roofing and repair. They fought hard to make sure insurance would understand why it should be covered. They went above and beyond to keep following up with the claim, as well as kept me in the loop with frequent, unprompted communication. They did the entire roof in one day with a fantastic and thorough clean up of the place. The roof looks great and they did a walk through with us to make sure we had no further questions or concerns. Would highly recommend.

We had five different companies come out and give us their proposal and estimate, but Phoenix Roofing and Repair was the only one with a proposal that actually made sense. We had a leak that caused water to run down the inside of an exterior wall and flow into our office. Every other company's proposal suggested a full roof replacement or repair areas that we not even in question. Phoenix Roofing and Repair's proposal was to fix the problematic area and perform a tune up on the rest of the roof. They performed the work quickly and to my satisfaction for a very reasonable price. We have had several heavy rains since and everything is completely dry. They will be the first roofing company I call if the need arises in the future and have highly recommended them to others.

I've used Phoenix roofing several times now and consistently have Great pricing and great communication and the quality of the job has held up to all this recent rain. I've had such an issue with contractors lately not showing up or being ridiculously overpriced. Jeff has been super easy to work with and very accommodating. Professional and honest in a nutshell. My roof was damaged by 1 inch hail; the Insurance company originally denied my claim. They put all the facts together, and consequently the insurance company agreed to honor the claim. The roof looks amazing with a great warranty. Additionally, they found some damage to the air conditioner wood support and fixed that too. Bottom line, You will not find a better roofing company than Phoenix Roofing & Repair.

Bök with Phoenix roofing and repair had rave reviews on Nextdoor so I sent him a text and he called me immediately and scheduled an inspection and quotes for the next day! What service! A few days later crew started work on the flat porch roof removal and replacement with high quality brand match and color with the same as the original shingles. Really happy with the end result color, fit and finish of the trim and drip edge. Phoenix Roofing & Repair provided a competitive and comprehensive quote; they were easy to work with and communicative throughout the process as there were weather delays and the roof was in worse shape than initially thought. When additional repair was needed that would have raised the cost, I was blown away at their decision to honor their quote. I requested service for a vent that had become damaged in a wind storm. Within a day I received a call back and service was scheduled for the following morning. Devan came out this morning and he was awesome! Climbed up and checked our roof thoroughly and fixed the vent issue in about 5 minutes. Afterwards he wouldn't accept any sort of payment. Devan stated it was a simple fix and just to think of us next time. If anyone needs anything done on their roof, don't hesitate to call him or Jeff. They've been awesome!

Called this company because I wanted a roof inspection done during the inspection period of the purchase of the house. They said I would have it within 2-3 days. Never received it. Phoenix Roofing is an amazing partner. As a high-rise condo manager, it can be challenging to find vendors willing to take on a roof at 23 stories up, but these guys took the job and did a wonderful job. Not only did they repair and reseal the roof, but they also took care of a planter that was leaking into my garage, and they de-rusted and painted the support structure for my three water towers (on the roof, too).If you are in the HOA industry, these guys are true partners, and I couldn't have asked for a better experience.
