This is my second time utilizing Pinnacle Roofing; first time was to replace and install a foam roof on my 14x32' patio, and just completed using their services a second time for a complete roof repair, reusing my existing concrete tiles. My roof was close to 8-10 years overdue for repairs and as a result, contained bad sections of roof due to water damage that needed replacement.Pinnacle Roofing is a very professional company with very knowledgeable employees/roofers. They made modifications/changes to bring my roof back to new, modifying original design/installation flaws for when the roof was originally built.They were a pleasure to work with and their office staff is very pleasant and professional in handling the payment process. They have may vote for first-in-class!

I was in a hurry to replace my roof because Tesla solar was installing my system and had moved up my installation date. Pinnacle was able to bump up my roof installation a few weeks in order to accommodate my solar install. I really appreciated this. Everyone with whom I dealt was professional. Had plywood and surface damage on a large 400 sq foot second story 29 year old walk deck/balcony. Pinnacle Roofing did an amazing job repairing existing plywood, adding a second layer of plywood and applying a four step Polycoat coating. The entire staff was helpful and in constant communication with me. I recently used pinnacle roofing to replace he underlayments on my roof. The job itself appears to be well done, however they left a mess behind when they were done despite the contract stating that they were responsible for cleaning up all debris.As background, I was scheduled to have our roof done in mid July, however pinnacle called me in late June to see if I’d be interested in having them come early. I was going to be on vacation was assured it was no problem as they did not need to access the house.The mess started they day before I left for vacation which was the first day they started working. After work, I came home to find our pool filled with debris and nails that could’ve wrecked the pool cleaner. When I called pinnacle to explain the issue and my concern given that I’d be out of town, they told me that the pool should’ve been tarped and that they would take care of it.I returned home from vacation after the job was complete. I immediately found ~10 large nails in the driveway that could’ve easily wrecked my truck tires. I also walked to the backyard to find all of our plants dead and the pool water dangerously low. I later discovered that the water to the house had been shut off while I was gone and not turned back on.I called pinnacle about this and while they did come out to inspect the quality of the roof work itself, I received no apology for the nails or the water being turned off. Instead I was told that they didn’t turn the water off to the house and that it must have been someone else despite them being the only ones at the house that week. When I asked to be refunded for the $200 we paid to replace the dead plants, they would only credit $100 (this was a $12k project). Their lack of accountability to the sloppy cleanup job by their team makes me think this is a common experience with this crew. If I were to do this job again I would use a different company.

Scott and Sydney were very professional. The crew were very professional very clean and did a great job. I needed them to fix something and Sydney came back out the next day to correct the problem. Would recommend them to anybody they were excellent very professional great job guys.

Called for a review of our roof due a leak. Calling to schedule was easy and Nathan was on time. Nathan was very nice but couldnt figure out where the leak was exactly. He had ideas but wanted his colleague Brandon to come take a look. He said he would call Brandon with our info to come out and look for a second opinion. Following day no calls. I text Nathan and he said he would follow up. Friday still no calls. Therefore I called the main office who took a message and said they would get back to me. Again no calls. The experience started off positive but ended poorly with lack of call backs or assistance. At this point can not recommend this company.

We have used them for two repairs now. Happy with the quality of work. At times feels like they are a bit slow to communicate but it may be because they are a smaller company. Other than that we recommend them to all who ask us.
