Reimagine Roofing is the way to go! Awesome to work with. Leo Pacheco and the crew are fantastic! I had many issues trying to deal directly with my insurance, but ReImagine Roofing took care of everything and I couldn't imagine trying to do all they did by myself. They are very knowledgeable, professional and have a fantastic work ethic. Leo and crew showed up early morning and got to work. I left for my work and upon returning home -- I had a complete new roof! You will not go wrong with ReImagine Roofing!

What a great company to work with! The sales rep Dan was super helpful during the process, Leah was our virtual project manager and she made sure we knew step by step what was going on and even sending us pictures through the install! The roofers who were here did a phenomenal job, super efficient and made sure all our outdoor furniture was moved and or covered which we were super grateful for, the yard looks exactly how we left it would never know we just had work done! Really impressed with everything! Definitely recommend!

James + Matt did an amazing job on my standing seam metal roof in Sarasota, Florida. They took the time to explain the construction process and executed the job to a T. Every last piece of debris was taken off my property at the end of the job, leaving my house looking brand new! Cannot say enough how great their customer service is! Not only did they give me the inspection and estimate I asked for, but they gave me 2 more estimates to fit my budget and my property use. Kudos to Patrick, Sarah and Jade. They went above and beyond sending me before, during and after photos, phone calls and texts to let me know where we were at in the scheduling, material delivery and completion process. Reimagine Roofing was fantastic to work with. Ty, Dustin, David, Maggie, and Holly were great at communicating with me throughout the entire process of replacing my roof. They paid attention to detail and responded quickly whenever I had a question. Ty was always available by text or phone, and Dustin went over and above to make sure the job was done well and my property was cleaned up. I even received a call from David, the company's overall project manager to check on how things were going. I highly recommend Reimagine Roofing if you need your roof replaced. Great company!

Took moments to notice the 4.9 star review average and they proved true for us. Derek was super great, professional and honest over the phone. Patrick was quick and very knowledgeable showing us what we needed for the leaks we had and what they would do during inspection and quote. The crew was also quick, professional and clean. All in all this is an absolute great choice for your roofing needs. If not for the weather they would have been done in less than a week, but despite, finished and after the last snow recognized no leaks. Boom.

I had a great experience with re-imaging roofing from day one when Leo contacted me Inspect the roof he Was on hand when the insurance claim adjuster arrived To inspect the roof. Then, everyone who I spoke to on the phone working with my insurance company walking me through when they would be here how long it would take. It did an excellent job. The workers who removed the And then install the new roof worked very hard and did an excellent job a day and a half to remove an install Overall, I would give them a 10 out of 10. These guys did excellent work. Anthony was very professional and informative. I had a slate roof replaced so that I could go solar. The crew was very respectful of the property, and attentive to detail. They painted my chimney and other vent pipes black and even removed some old dishes and an antenna that was no longer in use.They cleaned up the area thoroughly after they were finished with the job. I can honestly say that the company takes great care of the people they going to be serving starting with calls from Derek explaining in details what he was going to do. His text to let me know the next step. He def made me feel very comfortable with informing me of what was going on. His knowledge was def a plus especially when the customers doesn't know anything about roofs or solar panels. Also Tyler came over to do the initial inspection and he showed me pictures of what was wrong he def took his time and explained in details what was going on. I cant forget to mention the ladies behind the emails letting me know each step of the way when they was coming to do inspections and follow up thanks Laura and Hazel def a great company with people that care. 5 Star rating - would use this company again.My family and i had a roof done in 2012 by home depot which was done HORRIBLY and caused significant damage to our home. This caused us to be displaced from our home for a time causing significant hardship on us. Reimagine worked with us through every step and even went above and beyond in some cases.Tom and Jeff were our representatives who helped us through most of the paperwork and coordination of services to make this repair quick and done right.Brian (Oregon Based) came out and did a complete and thorough inspection documenting all of the damages, was onsite to inspect the work crews, inspected the completed work when done, and even helped us with a little after work on the home, within the contracted repair agreement with the company.I will recommend Reimagine in the future for roofing repairs and installations.Services: Attic venting repairs, Roof inspection, Attic venting, Roof repair, Skylight installation, Roof installation, Attic venting installation, Roof damage repair

Reimagine replaced my corrugated steel roof, furring strips and underlayment. Passed the first test immediately with the recent heavy rain. Appreciated the pictures during stages of construction. I highly recommend this company. I was very impressed with the materials and craftsmanship. An ice shield was used under the shingles which impressive. They cleaned up while they were working as well and made sure no nails were on the ground so my dogs wouldn’t step on them.

I had one of the best experiences ever with Reimagine Roofing. Great quality, fast service and very good attention to detail. The keep in contact with you ever step of the way, all the way from start to finish. They did a great job in dealing with the insurance company as well. I highly recommend them for anyone who needs roof work. It took them two days from start to finish on my 4 bedroom home. The job was a 100 percent reroofing. They started from scratch with new decking and finished it off with highly rated shingles. Cleanup was even done very well. You can’t even tell they were here, except for the new and great looking roof! Thank you again Reimagine Roofing for a great experience! New roof December 2022. I was extremely happy with the prompt attention and the job. And when it leaked less than a month later, it was promptly resolved, although I was concerned about a leak less than one month after the install. HOWEVER, here I am only a little over 2 years into my new roof. I have had FOUR leaks in the past month (January 2024). One of the worst pars has been the customer service. Each leak, they send a different person. Each time, that person has to be brought up to speed by me. The most recent leak (February 1), I was told by one of the senior production managers that he was sending someone right out. Three hours later, I asked for an updated ETA, because no one had shown up. He then said they were finishing a job and he would update me shortly. That was 24 hours ago…the company did not follow up or anything- it has been all me following up and having to voice my frustration each time to get anyone out here- and even then they haven’t stayed on top of it to see if what they did fixed the issue. They apply a little caulk and say it should be good. I felt all the wonderful feelings about Reimagine Roofing in the beginning. But getting a roof installed is far different than how the company actually backs their work when the product fails. I have a Two year old roof, FIVE leaks and counting and no confidence that they have enough workers to get to me before it rains again. But worse than that, all the great customer service in the beginning is obviously only for new customers, because I’ve gotten some of the worst customer service I can imagine since my roof started leaking.
