I had my roof done just over a year ago by these guys and the rains in mid October flooded an area that was under my "new roof". When I called for the warranty work I was told that the "old" company that did that work was not around and the "new" version of Paul Rich was not going to honor the warranty. This unethical business behavior cannot be rewarded. Use someone else. I cannot believe that I now have an office flooded under a new roof and a company who has reincorporated DBA Paul Rich Roofing

Filled out the form on their website, then a few days later left a message with the receptionist for someone to come give me a bid on a roof repair/new roof. Two weeks and no call. I'll update if anything changes.
