THIS PLACE IS HUGE!!! No-one walks.I'll bet this company has more acerage than anyone. Every roofing need. They spend time with me, lots of time, trying to find me a few replacement tiles. Not hundreds or thousands of tiles but millions!Look for signs to find the office, or you'll get lost.

Their service and selection is excellent. But make sure to double-check the loading of the materials. I bought 40 tiles and they insisted that all of them were loaded and that I was good to go. But then the actual count was 37. I also found a broken tile tucked in between good tiles. If I had not stopped to count, I would have been forced to go all the way back (20 miles) from my home- and then even if I did go back- I am not sure if they would have agreed that it was their fault.

to say this property is huge as an understatement, I’m pretty sure it covers over square mile of Grant Street. All I had to do was show the guy on the golf cart what tile I needed he took me right to the pallet told me the color of top of his head, and I was in and out of there and less than 10 minutes. most of it was drive time. This company also will buy your old roofing tiles from you and pick them up. If you need anything related to roofing travertine coping pavers walk decks balconies or other odd and ends building materials, this is your place to go. They’ve been in business since the 60s and have only continued to grow

Went down to check on a tile and they drove me down to the Boneyard of tile found one that was close and they gave me 2 for free. Very happy but did have to drive down no luck over the phone but they are super busy and was well worth the drive down.

Awesome service! Before I could even ask for help, I was approached by a staff member who instructed another man to help me. I only needed a few replacement cement tiles, but they treated me like I was spending thousands of dollars. The staff member helped me match my tile from the hundreds of choices and took the time to make sure I had what I needed...down to the nails. You don't find customer service like this in many places!

Needed new roof tiles after the big wind storm we had a month ago. The place is huge, so got to ride in a golf cart to find the tiles I needed. Great service and friendly staff.

Needed to find replacement tiles for our roof, but had no samples with us to get an exact match. They gave us a roof tile based on a cell phone photo. It's the perfect size and shape, slightly off color, so we'll be back to get the right match. Also gave us another tile sample to see how a patio tile would fit in with the existing ones. Chewy (?) took us around, and was very personable and helpful, and knew where the items were in this huge place. We'll be back!

I work here and tell you what to expect... the best upmost service until the customer is satisfied. We go out of our way to make it that way. Time it takes to get in and out of there all depends on you. But we dont goof around. As soon as you order what you want were on it so you can get back to your busy day. Plesent atmosphere, golf carts cause our buisness is huge area wise, so you dont have to walk all over the place to look at what you want. What are you waiting for?? Give us a call or just come on down here and get the supplies you need for your building projects. Get er done!!

I've been going to RWC for years. Their prices are more than competitive when you're a contractor in the business.. The staff is more than willing to assist and help you meet your needs and goals. Prices are competitive with the industry, but the difference is you'll more than likely find everything you need to build in this place of business. Quick, efficient and well run operation. Bring your picture and most likely it can be found.

Zack was awesome! We had some difficulty with our contractor, but Zack made sure we could still get our materials. Very timely and courteous. When we needed additional product to finish our job and manufacturing was backlogged, Zack pulled some strings and got us what we needed. Also the delivery was great and the driver’s were very prompt and courteous. Thank you for all that you do. Great customer service!

Good place to work, definitely a place that is fast paced,if your not a all out team player or self motivated individual this might not be the your employer of choice. employees there get to the orders in the fastest time than any other supply shop in the valley. highly recommended for all your building supplies.

I go here pretty often for work. They also have a great selection of tile, usually can find what you are looking for as long as the tile/brand hasn't been discontinued. Staff is always super helpful as can be, even the guys outside who have to deal with the awesome A/C they have on the golf carts.

Truck number 1376, you might want to train the driver not to park on the opposite side of the road causing a road block. No one can park in front of their business. Loading and unloading trailers are across the street just for that very reason.

I went here to find 3 replacement tiles for my house and the guy with the forklift helped me. I forgot the example at home but once I saw the ones that looked exactly like mine he said are you sure and I said yes and he said you only need 3, I said yes. He said have a good day. I know there were people there with trailers loading up pallets and I only needed a few so this was extremely generous. Great company! I will definitely go back here when I redo my whole roof.

Place is ok, but upper management needs to start listening to both sides of the issue before they have made a decision on the matter, plus not to pass judgement on a person when they have never even met the person. Oh yeah whatever u do don't work with a guy name Steve, he is in transfered and the reason I ain't working there anymore. He is two face, lies to upper management to make himself look good can't trust him and one of the worst supervisor I have ever had

This is the second time I have been to the Phoenix store. I have also spent time at the Mesa location. The Phoenix store is amazing. They have roofing supplies for anything you need for your next roof rebuild or new build. If you are looking for boneyard tiles, be sure to bring pictures or samples of your existing tiles in order for them to match your tile if it is obsolete. What is even more amazing is that their customer service is amazing in their knowledge of the materials you need and where they are located on the grounds. It is impressive! I definitely recommend this organization!

This place is a rip off. Rude counter person. Trying to buy 60 roof tiles and they charge $518.00 But if I purchased a pallet of 270 tiles it’s $580.00. Once I set up an account the same 60 tiles is $150.00.That feeling when you’re getting screwed but you need the tiles now.

Bad experience! The staff was better before the new staff has no knowledge of what's in stock they sell you a product and it ends up not being in stock this is for both Phoenix and Mesa store.The forklift drivers are no were to be seen it takes for ever to get loaded even for the simplest thing I will be buying my products at ABC or ROOFLINE they are friendly and efficient.
