I came into the store with no Irrigation experience and Braxton put together the exact system. I needed to install my new rose hedge. He explained the function of each of the components and helped me calculate the proper number for each. My landscapers were relieved to find. I had everything as they had a long day and it was late in the day when they arrived. Thanks for the great service Braxton.

First time going to sprinkler world. I told the guy I don’t know what I’m doing. He said tell me exactly what you’re doing so I can help you. Long story short he explained everything in detail what I need to do where I need to cut. Provided options on purchasing new parts Or if I could rebuild. He gave me options. Very knowledgeable staff eager to help novice people like myself.

These guys were great. I had a leak on my drip irrigation system and went to Home Depot but they didn't have the parts. So I went to sprinkler world where I unfortunately bought the wrong size part, which was my fault. I went back and they exchanged my part for the right size, free of charge. Unfortunately, I needed some extra irrigation line which I hadn't anticipated. I went back a third time and they gave me a couple of feet of the line at no charge. I was at their location three times, which was my fault, yet in total I spent a little over a dollar. What other business do you know that won't actively try to take all your money?

A very helpful staff both on the phone (Ruben) and in person (Andrew). They have everything you and/or your contractor need(s) to install irrigation and garden lighting systems. An excellent resource right in my own back yard (practically, just a couple of miles away).

Called to place an order and was directed to the counter sales, four minutes on hold and the secretary apologized for the wait and paged them again. Four minutes later and the secretary again apologized and tried a different department. After 14 minutes on hold I hung up. This was only my second experience with the store but will be my last. If you’re busy and can’t answer the phones take a message and say we’ll call you back. 14 minutes on hold is ridiculous.

STAY AWAY!! I had these clowns design a sprinkler system for me. They put together a parts list with all the items they said i needed. I paid them 550.00 for their efforts and the parts. I installed the system last week and found they sold me around 150.00 worth of parts i didn't need. Including some copper pipe. I went to return the unused parts and they will not return the copper. When i explained that the only reason i bought it was because they told me it was necessary, the manager became incredibly rude, raised his voice and spoke over me the whole time. BEWARE: Once they get your money they no longer care about the customer or customer service. I will tell everyone I come into contact with about this horrible experience!

Always helpful staff. Good prices. They work directly with contractors all day so you can expect to hear some funny jokes while your passing through.Don't get your feathers ruffled if you hear something less-than-professional

Over half a dozen dudes behind the counter (and only 1 other customer in the store) and none of them were willing to put in even the smallest amount of effort to help me work through what fittings I needed to buy to create a drip irrigation system. They just put their hands in the air and told me the only dude who apparently knows anything about anything was off that day. Glad I drove almost an hour round-trip and wasted the coolest part of the day on that helpful service. Guess I'll figure it out on my own and buy what I need on Amazon.

Although my needs are simple and minimal, the staff is always helpful and treats me as an important customer just the same as those who buy items by the cart full. Small orders can turn into big orders when customers are treated well.

These guys are about the least helpful when it comes to customer service... Went in with questions regarding supplies I would need for a design I already had put together, they essentially refused to help me. So I said thanks anyway I'm going to home depot then.

I have been using sprinkler world for 27 years and they are the best. The expert staff can help troubleshoot any challenge and they have on hand more material than their competitors. Just got here at 11:55 on Saturday, was near impossible getting into the parking lot due to the very small amount of parking space in the front of this business. Walked up to the door at 11:58 and it was locked with a man holding it and knocking on the window as if to tell us that they are closed two minutes early on Saturday. Couldn’t even come out Tell us face-to-face.. going to Home Depot now, which is where I should’ve gone in the first place. Bad location, terrible hours, subpar customer service and no pricing on any of their products in the show room

You can't find a more complete irrigation supply place under one roof in the valley. The majority of the sales staff are very knowledgeable. Not to mention they have guys in the office who have been around since irrigation was popular in the valley. A must have resource for any contractor. Keep up the good work guys!!!
