We had roofs installed by Tecta with a warranty. We need a service call for warranty work and I have been calling since March 2024 and it is now May 2024 and I have left over 10 messages and nobody has called me back. I get passed around from voicemail to voicemail every time I call. Would not recommend this company when they cannot make a simple call back to a customer with a warranty.

MOMA's House is a Non-Profit in Phoenix that assist women who have been victims of Domestic Violence and Sex Trafficking. I reached out to Brett Reichard to discuss repairs and he and his Team came out and did the repairs in a timely and professional manner. We were very blessed and the Women of MOMA's House are very grateful! I highly recommend Tecta America Arizona for all your roofing needs!!!
