We had a very difficult and messy water leak under our kitchen sink, which meant a challenging project. We ended up replacing everything in the path of the leak - cabinet, drains, countertops and even the kitchen sink! It turned out beautiful. While I was out of town I got a call form my landscaper who told me there was water coming out of my front door. I Had a great experience dealing with this company. They were very professional over the phone and had someone at my property within the hour. Everyone in the company I spoke with answered all my questions and took care of the mess. I called these guys when my kid left the bathtub on and overflowed the bathroom when I wasn’t home. It started leaking into my hallway and my master bedroom. I told them I needed someone to repair the water damage that had built up. One of their techs came out right away and got everything done quick. They had a team of 3 or 4 guys come out and dry everything out, set up their machines, and we had a good experience with them.The whole time they had asked if I had any questions and they answered them no problem. I had no clue how to handle my insurance stuff but they helped me through that as well. These guys are pros and know what to do, and they made me secure in knowing they had everything under control. Call them if you have any situation like this, you’ll be glad you did.

I called Cesar on a Sunday. He picked up and actually stopped by an hour later to check out my project. He showed up the next day to re-drywall and re-texture an arch I had removed. He and his colleague were professional, kind, and courteous. It was a small job compared to other projects but he was responsive and took care of me and my condo. They made it look like nothing ever happened and cleaned everything up! I’m very thankful to have this done and thankful to work with honest, reliable, trustworthy people like Cesar and his crew. If he can take care of my small project , I’m sure he’ll do the same for the big projects too! Water Fighters to the rescue!

This is one of the worst companies my wife and I had to deal with. To preference is, we did not have work done on our residence by Cesar and Brandon, but we dealt with them in Dec 2020, on a bid to repair water damage. Cesar has since apologized for Brandon and himself, but we feel we needed to post a review, so others are aware of our experience. Long story short, it started with Brandon being pretty aggressive over the phone, he pressed to get our home owners insurance policy number and sign a work order even before he got to our home, when initially it was a phone call to understand what the damage was exactly. He did not appreciate my rebuttal and refusal to do so.The three of them show up 45 minutes late, unannounced, leave their loud truck running outside with the trucks lights shining on the neighbor’s home/windows, super awkward and enter our home. They go into scare tactics of the amount of mold present (no proof) even after it was a small water leak, that was turned off right away by the way. They talked about having to tear out the downstairs wall, get some fans on it to dry it, it’s a serious health risk, etc. The kicker is, they go upstairs to inspect the bathroom, my wife who is clearly pregnant, was winded when they got to the second level, as well as the others, and they asked, “Are you bloated?” Unreal. While upstairs, they said they’ll have to tear apart the tile, inspect the under flooring and that it’ll be about a 1 month job and cost between 5-10,000 dollars. We were flabbergasted at these happenings.Brandon and Cesar called me the next day, asked what my thoughts were and if I’d like to move forward. I said no, listed off what happened above, in particularly the poor taste comment towards my wife, and he said, it was an ice breaker, it was a joke. That he’s also working on Brandon and helping him become more professional. Well, my wife didn’t think so. I then explained to him and laughed in doing so, that you gave me a 5-10,000 bid, that it’s such a huge difference, and continued to laugh about, it’s not like it’ll be 2,500 to 3,000 and that you didn’t even write out a bid or email me a bid like the other companies did. At that point Cesar said, “You have some sort of demons or something? I’ll pray for you tonight.” I couldn’t believe it at that point, on exactly what I just heard and it was over with.During this all, Cesar continues to preference they have 5 star reviews, but I’m not buying it, if you look, they’re mostly from users posting for the first time or second time. I get the feeling they’re paying for fake reviews. But what do I know, you be the judge, but I’m just honestly telling you what I experienced.I had the whole 5-10000 dollar bid, fixed for $550, a week later by a trusting small business, who couldn't have be more honest. And he said there was no mold! ha ha

Cesar and his crew did an excellent job painting the exterior of our home. We have received multiple compliments and have been asked by several of our neighbors for his name and contact information. He and his team have also done retexturing, painting and plumbing jobs for us as well. They do great work.Thank you Cesar!

This company is one of the worst companies I have ever dealt with!They would not sign the proper paperwork for the mortgage company so they repairs to my house could start. Even after repeated calls and email from me. They finally signed the right paperwork after I threatened to go to the insurance company and insurance adjustor. By them not signing the proper paperwork it caused a month and a half delay in getting my house fixed. To finally get everything done I have to get their billing company involved because Water Fighters, namely Brandon and Ceasar, could not figure the paperwork.Now we have to keep calling to get any work done on the house. The house should have been repaired already. But there inability to plan and supervise their employees properly the house is still finished being repaired. In order to get them finish we have to keep calling and calling.This company talks about how great they are and what a good job they will do. If I was a customer looking to get get my house repaired I would think long and hard about hiring this company to do it.Their partner company Cardinal Clean is in the same boat as they are, not professional and not a good company.At the end of the day if I would not have picked this company if I knew then what I know now. You can bet that I would never pick them again should the need arise to get my house repaired again.So to add more to this they finally finished the job, three months late I might add!The ,manager, Cesar, is a foul mouthed person and very unprofessional. I would never use this company if they were the only company left that could do the job.Beware if you hire them, they are really nice so they can get your business and then they are not slow at doing everything and you spend days chasing them to do the job that you hired them to do.Service: Fire damage cleanup & repair

Water Fighters Restoration painted the kitchen cabinets, entire main house and master bedroom, as well as put up composite fencing to hide my air conditioners and pool equipment. They also changed out all my lighting fixtures. They were courteous and professional. I hired them a second time with the same great results. I plan to use them again in the near future.

We had a custom entertainment wall constructed by Water Fighters. We had a concept that included a stacked stone center, with linear fireplace and mantel. Two knotty alder cabinets on the sides and floating shelves with lights. The end result was better than we expected. Cesar and his crew were amazing. I called these guys last week when I found out I had a crazy flood that started from under the toilet while I was at work. I came home and realized there was tons of water all over the floor and I needed to act fast since the water was going all over the walls and down the downstairs. When I called these guys they came and got here fast! They set up machines and had to remove damaged walls and areas that the toilet water touched since it was sewage water. My house is almost back to normal but I wanted to thank them for everything they have done so far. Recommend them definitely.

At the house of where a tenant was living, the ceiling started leaking water and I sent in a handyman to look at it. Hours later he tells me that there's something wrong with the air handler and the area is flooded. He told me that he knows someone that he can refer me to that fixes this type of problems.I am just glad he referred me to these guys with experience! Brandon and Cesar would take this task off my hands and update me from start to finish with the progress. All I needed to do was to file the claim through the insurance and they would take care of the rest. We hired water fighters to fix damage caused by a leaking window. It must have been leaking for years because the wood was all rotted out. They took care of everything including replacing damaged wood, repairing the stucco and painting. They did an awesome job. It looks brand new. I'd definitely hire them again
