The owner, David, should not be running a business. There is so much more to this than I can write but him and his team are condescending, rude, and extremely unprofessional. Our (overpriced) roof started leaking a couple weeks after it was installed. The leak was getting into the attic, ruining wood, insulation, and the floor it was dripping onto. When we called to get someone out we were cussed out. They came out to “fix it” once. Still leaked. Months later, the owner went to our house to look at it while my husband and I were at the hospital in the valley delivering a baby (which he knew). He called and cussed out my husband using very loud and aggressive language (which he continuously denies even though there were several witnesses), telling my husband it wasn’t his roof it was our house and the siding (where no water touches) was the problem. He wouldn’t come out to fix any of the leaks so we had to contact the ROC. At this point we have gone through the ROC and fixed one of the 5 leaks that is still going into our house. When a different roofer came out everyone found that no flashing was ever put down in that area. It’s pretty ridiculous that even under a year warranty, David and his team will not fix our roof. They could care less about quality and their customers. They get the check and go. Over the past YEAR we have put in too much money, time, and effort, to get Bowtie roofing to fix the new roof that they put on extremely poorly. We will be contacting more competent roofers to fix what they apparently, are not capable of fixing.*UPDATE we have continuously had leaks pop up over the past 2 years due to the fact that the roof was not put on right. Other roofers have had to fix what they were not capable of doing.Services: Gutter installation, Roof installation

I have had three different house get new roofing from Bow Tie Roofing and I am absolutely impressed with the quality of the shingles, the installation and the clean up. We had a very steep pitched roof in Pine that needed a new roof and his crew was amazing! I was so impressed that i used Dave's company at my Mother's home as well as our other home in Mesa. My Mom was so impressed with her and she has had several compliments from her neighbors. At my Mesa home a neighbor across the street had her roof replaced a few weeks ago. She compared the looks of our roofs and wondered why ours looked so much better. I think it is the quality of the shingles, they look thicker and hardier. I had no communication issues and anytime I did have a question, Dave was quick to respond by text or phone. I can not recommend them enough, if you have a roof that needs to be replaced your best bet is Bow Tie Roofing!

The actually roofing portion of the job was OK, though communication was a problem throughout the job. Then, when it came time to finish and do the gutters, I made a 200-mile round trip and wasted a whole day because the gutter guys (sub-contractors to Bow-Tie) were no-show... in spite of the fact that I called Bow-Tie the day before to confirm. I was assured EMPHATICALLY that they'd be there. The owner of Bow-Tie was not only completely dismissive wasting my time, he actually got mad at me for complaining! Then he got mad again because I was waiting for him to amend the invoice so I didn't have to pay for gutters I didn't get.Service: Roof installation
