Arrow Roofing is a very professional company to work with. Their work is extraordinaire. The guys on the roof that actually tore it off and installed the new tiles were extremely careful and definitely they know what they're doing. I love my new roof! As you can see from the picture, I have an extremely steep pitched roof. The crew did great up there. I love the color, I love that it's perfect all the way around. Arrow Roofing did a great job replacing our roof. We had hail damage, which required Arrow to collaborate with me and my insurance company. The process was simple, price just right and I was provided options throughout, based on my expectations. Colby Shumway was my rep. He was always knowledgeable, accessible and easy to communicate with. The management team followed up to ensure I was happy with the final results. The GAF product used is of a high quality, and I went with the Gold warranty so I can have total peace of mind. The warranty is also transferable to the next buyer. Excellent company. Bill Carpenter is very knowledgeable on roofs, explains what is needed to get the job done, answered all our questions, and follow the project through from beginning to completion. The Arrow crew was on time for the project, took great care in covering the ground to avoid making a mess during demo, replaced the roof with the new shingles very efficiently and in a timely manner, and at the end they put in the extra effort on the cleanup to leave our yard without any debris or nails. Have shared Arrow Roofing as the company to call if looking to have their roof replaced. Arrow is a top notch company.

Needing a new roof is not a pleasant thought, especially when complicated by also dealing with solar panels. We decided to go with Arrow Roofing after reading their good reviews, and we couldn’t be happier with the whole experience. Dave was our representative, and he led us through the whole process. They let us know when the materials would be delivered, when the solar panels would be removed, the day the roof would be done, and solar panels reinstalled. The roof was done in one day and when the crew left, you never would have known they were there. It all went like clockwork. Price quoted was the price we paid. They did an excellent job from beginning to end, and I would highly recommend them!

Very professional and kept me informed during the entire. Our roof was different because it had to be done in two phases because of a addition that was scheduled. The workers came back when addition was completed. They were able to blend the 2 roofs together, because the salesman made sure we had enough shingles to complete both sections before the job started. Sometimes in different lots during manufacturing if the shingles the colors may be slightly different.

The great hailstorm July 11, 2021 will be talked about for years. Our home fell victim to it as it tore through Prescott AZ. The hardest hit were our roofs, and Arrow Roofing came to the rescue. Although we had to wait our turn, seeing this crew remove the old roofing and replace it with new the following October was amazing! Our high-pitched roof lines were challenging. Middleton and his crew handled it fearlessly and professionally. And they did the entire job in 3 days! My only regret is that I didn't stay home to watch the whole production. Lord only knows how much more video and stills I'd have for Facebook. The Arrow team started early in the day and worked 'til sunset. The roofs look exactly as they did before the storm. Arrow Roofing is the best company I have worked with. They are fast, professional and trustworthy. They had a large team working on my new roof and were done in less than a day. They cleaned up afterwards and next day someone went around the periphery of the house with a magnet to pick up any nails etc. Charlie explained the whole process and was always available to answer my questions.I can highly recommend this company

From the start of this job, which was delayed by 5 months to the end of the job, which took another 3 months , this company was a nightmare to deal with. Signed the contract in October and didn't start the job until March. Then once the job started they wanted to replace flashing that was not the correct size. They cut into the stucco of the house an then tried to repair it which didn't look or match the same as it previously looked (stucco up to high). Once we battled that situation and they finally fixed it correctly. The paint (Our paint) was spilled on the new roof tiles, which took another month to get those fixed and the paint redone to actually look like the rest of the house. Then got our final bill and went to pay the bill and they said I owed another $800.00 due to material costs going up, which was not my issue but their issue due to the time it took to get the job even started. The whole job was a disaster from start to finish. I will never use or refer anyone to this company. Update 10-15-23 The remaining balance has been mailed, but with a lot of resentment. Again your response show your unprofessional behavior . We still have not heard from the owner as requested many months ago.

Love my new roof! Everything went great! The only complaint I have is them starting at 6:30 am when Prescott Valley has a noise ordinance that prohibits noise before 7am. I had many angry neighbors. I feel strongly that no roofing company should put their clients in such a bad position with their neighbors. Arrow was very good at timely roof repair and hail damage painting of gutters. They outsourced window repair to Bennett Glass in Prescott. It took over 4 months for a 45 minute job of $285.00 to get accomplished. While the work Bennett did was quite good, Arrow needs to partner with a window repair company that is more responsive. But if Arrow wishes to be a General Contractor for many stages of repair, not just roofing, they need to be more on top of improving the timing of repair services.Service: Roof installation
