In 2017 a new roof put on by the previous owner. It started leaking within the first year. Talked to Rick at Command and they came out and fixed the leak and repaired the drywall damage. 2 years later another leak revealed itself. Rick himself came out to inspect the leak and had the drywall damage repaired again. They "fixed" it, but you could see where a piece of flashing had not been replaced when they replaced the roof. Fast forward to summer of 2022, a rainy summer, both previous leak sites are leaking again. Current status, our roof has the same leaks in the same spots! Called Rick 3 times, he keeps saying "we'll send somebody out took at it" but now my 4th phone call with him, he now stayted its no longer under warranty! Even though it's the same leaks that they had repaired years prior. Very disappinted. Would not recommend due to very poor customer service and warranty issues.

Would never recommend this company . We have been waiting on our Roof on our new build for about 4 months . They keep telling us they are on their way to complete the roof and they are a no show . Then they told us they received the wrong color and would install in 8 days . Still nothing . No response and All lies . We can't move forward with our build until they complete the roof . Finding a roofer can be so hard. I had spoken to a few different companies and just didn’t get a good feeling about them and none of them seemed to be able to help stop the current leak until a roof replacement was done, and were not very thorough. I had heard from multiple people about Command Roofing and they came out and gave a full inspection and pictures and were able to stop the leak from causing any further damage until the roof replacement. Not only were they professional, but I could tell they were kind, honest and genuine. They hold themselves with integrity and it shows. I will continue referring them to others, not only for all of that, but the roof is beautiful. The quality is phenomenal. Their crew was clean and respectful with no trash or nails left behind. The communication was on point. Thank you, Command, for providing such a wonderful service to my family and I on such a big investment. And as I told you, I teared up when you guys finished the roof. Don't waste your time with this company. Shawn inspected my property in September but I didn't hear anything from them. I called Shawn the beginning of October and he told me he would have a report ready the following week. I have not heard from him. I have tried to call but no answer and no return phone call. If you don't want the business then don't waste my time and yours by looking at the property.

Shawn & the Command Roofing team stepped up to the plate and came through getting the roof installed earlier than the original date we were advised and at a very reasonable price. I had a 5-star review in here for months but honestly I can't leave it like that. Did a good job, the workmen were great, they use quality materials and kept things clean while they were working. When they were done, it was late in the day and they left a mess. They said somebody would be over the next morning to finish the cleanup. Eventually, after a couple of phone calls somebody came by and sorta cleaned things up. Then it snowed, and we had a leak in our living room- buckets on the floor and the whole nine yards. After many phone calls and broken promises, I just gave up. They eventually showed up to collect the balance due. I mentioned the whole series of things and explained we still had a leaky roof. At any rate it is now 5 months later and I did finally pay them off but I don't know if our roof is still going to leak or not. Our range hood had a bunch of riding materials in it blocking the hood.... So much potential for this company....

The only reason I gave them one star is I could not have left a review. I purchased a new home in Prescott Valley and Command did the roof inspection for my realtor. I have solar and they obviously knew that. As soon as we closed escrow I called to schedule repairs that they said I should address. First guy I spoke with explained to me that they needed a document from the solar company in order to do the work and not void my warranty. I immediately got the aforementioned documents and emailed them to Command right away. I received a return email stating that they received it and someone would call me. After 2 weeks and no call, I called Command once again and was told that they were still waiting for the document they requested from the solar company. I emailed it once again and was told someone would call me on Monday to schedule the job. After I did not receive a call, I called once again and was told that the solar was a problem. I explained that I paid a lot of money to have the entire house painted and would like the work done. The guy on the phone, who I was told was the boss, asked me who authorized the house to be painted and asked how they were supposed to find the leaks now. He also advised me they don’t do solar. MORAL IS STAY AWAY AND DONT BELIEVE A WORD THEY SAY!! I now have a roofer who has a clue.

I live in Dewey and had to have a complete new roof done. After getting quotes I chose comnand roofing because they were willing to work with my insurance company and me. They were very professional and had several types of samples of roofing for me to pick from. I was told it would take two months to start because of being backed up but started 3 weeks ahead of schedule. And we're done in two days. The workers were professional and quick. As was the salsmen who came to my house. I am very happy with the work done.I would recommend command roofing again.Patricia LakeDewey

A representative was here when the insurance company did the inspection. They both agreed the roof needed to be re-shingled. They made sure the house was weather tight prior to reroofing. The crew completed the job in 3 days. They were pleasent, if I had any concerns they responded right away. They cleaned up daily, no debris on the neighbors property, even cleaned out the gutters. All the sight lines are straight & clean. If you need roofing I can reccomend their services.

They were the 4th company I had out for an estimate. The only one that said I had hail damage and could go through insurance. I went with them. They called,insurance for me, came back out and met with adjuster. I live in Ash Fork so that is no small task. My roof was done during the week they had communicated. The only notice I did not receive was when supplies would be delivered, truck with crane and supplies just showed up one morning. Have had rain since job and no leaks.

After checking the internet and local offerings for a new roof we checked into Command Roofing. We were very happy with the entire process from the initial contact through the final inspection. Mr. Jim Long was our personal representative and he was outstanding! He always arrived on time, looked into having our roof replaced through our homeowners insurance based upon the weather related damage and assigned a crew that was very respectful of our home, landscaping and roofing needs. The delivery of the materials was on time and complete even before the work crew arrioved. The complete tear off of the old roof was completed with no trash left on the ground, they even used a large magnet to ensure that no nails were left in the yard. Any changes to the original contract were discussed with us and received our approval before they were implemented. The enire roof on the 1,700+ sguare foot house was completed in less than three days. Even with a few minor changes to the work request the job was completed and well within the original estimate. Jim Long did not just "sell" hios product he was there daily to check on the progress and meet with us to check on our satisfaction. I can not thank you enough for your professionalism and committment to excellence. I would definitely recommend Command Roofing to my neighbors and others in the area.

What a joke! I asked for an estimate on some work. The guy that was suppose to meet me at a set time called and said he had to help out a buddy. He shows up several hours later to give the estimate. I was not home by then thinking he blew me off. He calls me and i figure ok it seems fine. But when i call him back never hear back. I decide to call the office and get a hold of a person that said they were in charge. I told them the situation and i wanted to get the work done. He said that He would look into it and get back to me. He never Did and i decided NEVER AGAIN !! I HEAR THE COMMERCIALS ON THE RADIO AND WANNA LAUGH AT THE BS!!! IF I COULD I WOULD GIVE A HUGE ZERO...NO GO!!!

My parents are in their 80's. Back in October 2021.they paid $4000 up front to install a new roof. They said were backlogged it would be sometime in November before they could do the work. Its now ALMOST MARCH. THEY TOLD US THAT THE SENT SOMEONE OUT TO TARP THE ROOF UNTIL. THEY COULD START THE JOB. MY MOM CALLED THEM THE DAY THEY SAID THEY'D BE THERE. NO SHOw .my mom called again they said the tarp was put up, but not tarps anywhere in the neighborhood. They are lying to you at every turn.I WANT THEM TO REFUND THE MONEY WITH INTEREST SINCE THEYVE HAD THE MKNEY SINCE OCTOBER.Service: Roof inspection
