Deceptive, greedy, selfish: they lied, saying the service would be $600-$700 to get me to cough up $175 for an "inspection", but, afterward, the estimate was +$15k.Had we known the real cost could even potentially be that astronomical, we would not even have wasted $175 on an "inspection", because we would've known we couldn't afford it either way.Obviously, they know this, so they intentionally omitted that information in their initial pricing.They can turn around and say "Well, we didn't lie, because the inspection was $175, and the service is $500... it's just that we didn't tell you this other thing we would have to do would be $5k, and the other thing we would have to do would be another $5k, and this other thing we would have to do would be $5k... so, TECHNICALLY, when we told you it would be $600-$700, we weren't lying, because that is the cost of THOSE PARTICULAR SERVICES... but we just didn't mention these OTHER SERVICES we would have to do in conjunction with those services."So, they are trained liars. They are just going around lying to people to collect that $175 "inspection" fee. They have no shame. They are disgusting.

Ramiro's team mad a potentially painful situation drama-free and easy. They were very responsive in getting to me for an inspection and estimate, which allowed us to get the repairs scheduled and completed quickly. Both the field teams and office were easy to deal with. When the work required less materials than expected, they adjusted the final invoice accordingly with no drama at all. I'd use them again and recommend them to anyone that needs this particular service!

They re-leveled an older mobile home that was off level by 4 inches. They explained what could happen as far as structural issues when raising a home that much but aside from minor cracks and a couple doors that need to be adjusted (which is very usual) everything went great. We had a minor delay due to weather but they quickly rescheduled for the next day. I truly enjoyed working with Cynthia. She was very polite and quickly responded to any questions I had.

My manufactured home was not level and the equipment holding the home up was sinking due to moisture leaking under the house from extreme rain. They came in and stabilized the home adding all new stands, secured the home to the ground. They thought they’d have to dig out and seal around the outside and under the stem wall due to the leakage of rain, but though I expected them to do that, they said it didn’t need the extra work, so I wasn’t charged for that. I wouldn’t have know if they’d done that work or not, but they were honest and I appreciated that. The woman I spoke to, Cynthia, was so kind and knowledgeable that speaking to her was not a problem, and she kept me updated regarding status of the work and any other details. I was very pleased with all of my interactions with this company and highly recommend them and their work.Service: Exterior structural repairs

Waited over 2 hours for them to get here at 8am when they were scheduled. Husband called the office to double check dates. The answer from the recptionist was that they are knocking at our door and nodody is answering. Double checked address. Yep, they have the right address, but I'm sitting right here. No one is knocking on our door.2 seconds later, they drive up with the explanation that GPS doesn't work out here. So 2 hours later, they can suddenly find our place after we called to inquire? Interesting...Amazon, FedEx, and UPS have no trouble finding us.By this time, we are furious because we don't believe their excuses so my husband told the losers to get lost.We will be looking for somebody else to relevel our house.

My wife and I hired HomeTech to get do everything from permits to final installation of our new manufactured home. Any new build is a stressful time, but Ramiro and all of the employees at HomeTech did an amazing job of keeping us up to date on progress and were the most responsive contractors I have ever worked with. Anytime I called, emailed or texted with a question, I heard back the same day. Impressive. From developing a site plan to installing/hooking up utilities to final installation of the home, we are 100% happy with the work HomeTech provided. Ramiro even came at the estimated price! It was a pleasure to work with HomeTech and after almost 6 months in our home, everything is working great and we love our home. Thank you Home Tech!!

We purchased our home from Ramiro in 2019. He failed to uphold his end of the contract, holding our home warranty hostage over couches he left in our home after we closed that we ended up paying his son for as neither he or his son came to pick them up. After a several months and repairs not being completed, we started to be blamed for issues that should have been repaired under the warranty. We never got our floors fixed, the foundation fixed, the home leveled, our door fixed, cracks fixed or our final walkthrough after the year warranty was to end in February. During an inspection that was being completed by the Department of Housing- Ramiro Admitted that he should have fixed various items and admitted to holding our contracted warranty hostage. This company is terrible and I would caution anyone doing business with him. He lacks honesty, integrity and all around decency.

Home Tech came out within a day of requesting help. They inspected the issues, went under the house and found several seriously loose jacks. Fixed it and reinforced a couple of sections. My husband and I felt the difference immediately. They video taped the whole thing. Awesome service and "Beto"? was very knowledgeable. Will definitely recommend them and use them again.Robin Burke

I am not familiar with companies in Prescott Valley and was apprehensive when I needed my mobile home re-leveled! I took a "leap of faith", selected HomeTech from their website, and am extremely pleased with their service! The staff is extraordinarily patient with my questions and most professional in their work. Because I also needed new "skirting", their installer did a BEAUTIFUL job! Even visitors (including my family) have commented how nice the skirting looks, I will happily recommend HomeTech to anyone that has questions!!

I contacted Home Tech to relevel a modular home. They told me that for my size home it would be $600. The guy who came out, said the piers needed to be on pads rather than on dirt. That sounded reasonable, so he took pictures and left. The estimate came in at $1980. I said no thanks and please refund my $600. They called and said I would be charged $175 for the service call. He was there less than half an hour. He did nothing but take some pictures. The gal tried to explain it away by citing the travel from Prescott Valley to Sedona (don't say you service Sedona if there are extra charges for doing so) and the work involved with the estimate. I will bad-mouth these folks every chance I get.

I contacted this company for an estimate on checking and repaairing the foundation on my doublewide. They sent a man out,he quoted me a price,we scheduled it to be done,he came out with 17 piers,put them under the home in 3 hrs, I paid him. Still had some concerns afterwards, so I called him and he told me he would come back out. Never came, never called, so when I called the office again, they knew nothing about him doing the job! It was done without his boss knowing. Nevertheless, Home Tech (Romero)the owner, said no worries, that he would make it right, apologized, and quoted me no more that 1300 more in $ to correct the damage/poor job done by his employee. Now, a few days later, he is backing up,reneged on his word, and wants $3300 more from me to correct the job!! This is not a company who stands on their promises. Beware!!

They replaced the jacks under the double wide. Resided the full exterior. Some repairs to the stem wall and misc. I would highly recommend anyone using them. Everyone is helpful and courteous. Recently had Beto an Employee of this company come to my girlfriend's house to do an inspection of our Manufactured Home, He obviously does. Not know his job! Said there were no tie downs and gave a quote that was ridiculous! First of all, we have a certified letter from a creditable Structure company that inspects the foundation's work that was created!!! Do not Trust this Company!

Called them about skirting/framing on my manufactured home. the frst time they came out, the guy said someone would call me back with a price. The next day they called and gave me a quote of 2 ,480.00. Lady said that didn't include framing. The next day two people showed up and took the measurements, then left. Never heard back.
