Xavier with Mission restoration has been great to us. From start to finish he has been a great help with the whole situation. He filed my claim, and did all of the communicating with my insurance so I didn’t have too. The whole process went very smoothly and quick.Materials were delivered on the date that was promised. No delays or availability issues like some places. Delivery guys were very fast and respectful as well.The day of installation was very impressive. My roof was completely removed and ready for replacement before lunchtime. (Not to mention there was two layers of roofing already on my house that I was not aware of.)Not only did they do a great job on the roof itself but they went out of their way and replaced some rotten/damaged fascia boards and underlying wood underneath the shingles.Xavier and his crew did an amazing job. I am very happy with the work that was done. They also did a great clean up on my property. We had a great experience with Mission Restoration from beginning to end. Shane Foster our project manager was a real god send from the very start. He patiently explained the whole process starting with the application to our insurance company to get the hail damage to our roof repaired through the various steps leading up to the start of work and was there checking on the progress of the work through to final completion. We had several hick ups delaying the start of the work all due to our insurance company but Shane and the support staff at Mission were there to resolve the issues created by our insurance. We were scheduled to have the work start on September 13th but Shane called us just before noon on the 12th to say that the roofing crew had finished another project early and would we like to get the work started today which we did. Pedro and his amazing roofing crew arrived at 1:30 PM that afternoon and went right to work. By 7PM they had the old roof off and the new roofing paper down on our roof. They started again the next morning before 6AM and had the job completed and the place cleaned up by just after 1 PM. We are extremely please with our new roof and the great crew from Mission Restoration!

It was the most amazing experience. I knew I would need a new roof in the near future, so when we got a call from out of the blue from Mission Restoration offering a free roof estimate, I said come on out. Shane Foster and his partner Jennifer James showed the next day and started inspecting my roof. Shane found hail and wind damage to my roof that apparently happened back in May of 2023. I didn't recall a hail event so I must not have been home at the time. Shane and Jennifer called my insurance company and got the ball rolling. The insurance adjuster showed up a few days later and agreed that the damage was from a recent hail and wind storm. The insurance company paid for the replacement less the deductible. Shane and Jennifer,(angels sent from God), stayed involved through the entire process of scheduling, getting the equipment and materials delivered and keeping me informed. The installation crew showed up just before 8:00 AM and went to work. It was a crew of about 8 guys that worked exceptionally hard and seemed to be having a good time as they were doing their back breaking work.The job and the clean up was completed by 3:00 PM.Thank you so much to the entire team at Mission Restoration, especially my angels Shane and Jennifer who went overboard to make it an exceptional experience for me.I would recommend them for any type of job they might do.

Bryce Corbitt, Project Manager has been very helpful and great to work with. He has been able to get us a new roof for very little out of pocket expense. The company has been very professional and customer oriented and great to work with. I would highly recommend them if you are considering a new roof.

My roof was damaged by hail. My insurance company came out to look at the roof and they declared they will cover the cost of a new roof.I contacted Mission Restoration to give me a quote for a new roof. Aiden Lattin who is their project manager for Sedona area came to do a bid.I don’t believe that I ever had a one-on-one service like I did with Aiden. He is extremely polite, patient and is responsive to my many questions.I was here in my home when the workers came on a Monday at 7am to remove my old roof and to but the new one on. They did this in ONE day! Noisy, yes but that was fine. I wanted to be home at the time. There were 8 guys working on my home.The roof looks so good. As in the photos you will see I have a pitch roof and flat.

Tyler was great, stayed in touch and communicated throughout the process. Things went smoothly. The crew was great too. They took the time to clean up everything very nicely, some areas were even cleaner than they found them. Great job all around.

A few months ago Landon showed up at my house and said his company was doing storm damage repairs in our area. I allowed him to check out our house and shop roofs. He found damages. He explained very well, how he and his company work. Landon called my insurance company and set everything up. His crew came out when he said they would, and finished the roofs speedily. I worked with Cameron, he fought the insurance company, who only wanted to cover half of our roof, for us. Once he got the insurance company to cover the entire roof, our solar was removed on one day, the roof torn off and replaced the next, solar back on the third day. I want to give great big Great Job to Kyle Cummings and his team for a reproof of my home, shop and shed. This was a complete replacement repair caused by hail damage. Adam Tronnier did a very detailed inspection at first. Following my insurance approval, Mission Restoration obtained the correct materials and in two and a half days they were finished, inspected and cleaned up. They even returned one of their experienced roofers to correct the installation made by an HVAC crew.I would have no hesitation in recommending this company for any job. They're skilled and very professional.

Mission did an excellent job installing my new shingles. The workmen were fast and professional, and they cleaned up everything once they were done.Of particular recognition is Kyle Cummings the project coordinator. He provided great customer service, and communications! I needed my roof replaced in the worst way. Mission Restoration happened to be in my neighborhood and stopped to see if they could look at my roof. It was my lucky day! They took pictures and more pictures to show my insurance company and worked with my insurance to get the new roof approved. Xavier kept me informed of everything and saw the project through to the end. The group of highly efficient roofers worked skillfully until the job was completed. I never heard any complaining from a single one of them, and it was over 100°. They were courteous, friendly, talented and extremely hard working. Adam Tronnier with Mission Restoration helped us and kept helping us for a whole year when our insurance company wouldn't cooperate in paying for storm damage that created hail and rain damage on the roof and inside ceilings. He gave us advice and met w/ the insurance adjusters several times until State farm finally paid for all the damages. He helped w/ pictures and covering the roof w/ tarps. Finally Statefarm paid the whole amount. The work was then done quickly and the roof and inside ceilings are looking better than ever. Thank you Adam and Mission Restoration.
