Hired Granite Basin to repair a leak in my roof which failed to fix the problem. The owner Greg came back out to re-evaluate the situation and provided little to no direction or recommendations to remedy the problem. I got the clear impression that he was un-interested in job, and informed me that the cost of the failed repair was non-refundable because the repair was based on his best guess of the problem.Granite Basin's staff and front office were fantastic - very professional and kind. However, as the face of the organization and business, Greg gave me the impression that he didn't know what the cause of my leak was and that it wasn't worth his time to actually pursue it and deliver the high-quality result that they tout. Furthermore, he imbued little to no concern over the fact that he might lose my business over this issue.I hired Granite Basin due to their reviews and recommendations from a few personal colleagues. Their promptness in response and kindness of the front office gave me confidence in their work. The failure of Greg to stand by the work of his business, to reinforce my confidence in his product, and to actually care about earning my business is what drove me to produce this review.I am a small business owner and have complications and failed results from time to time - we all do - we're human. I try my best to stand by my decisions and work, and do everything possible to remedy what I can. My impression of Granite Basin Roofing is that their decision to fully deliver on a job is dependent on how much they want the job, and whether or not it is worth their time.I would recommend another roofing contractor for any repairs.

Storm and wind damaged our roof (lost 27 shingles) while we were on vacation. Requested quotes from several roofing companies and THIS company was prompt to review the damage, honestly estimate the work and materials needed, put everything into one quote and delivered it the day they said they would, performed the work really well, billed me and we coordinated all of this via telephone with Hailey and via email with Jamie. The coordination and support received could NOT have been better. The work was done professionally and ON TIME.  Exceptionally responsive and solid repair. Our security camera captured the date/time of the repair, which was 100% on-time.  THANK YOU!  5 STARS!!!

They were one of three estimates I got. Cheaper by a few thousand. Which makes them popular! I had to wait much longer then, but well worth it, the crew busted their butts & were done in a day. My house almost 2400 s/f. Even my neighbors commented they never seemed to take a break. I can vouch for that as I was home the whole time comforting my pets. Granite Basin has done multiple repairs plus maintenance on the 20 year old roof at my work, Arizona Highway Safety Specialists. They are always prompt and thorough and very affordable! I was quite impressed with Greg's approach to a leak we had. He throughly explained the problem, but suggested trying something more simple without removing many tiles since he was reasonably sure where the source of the issue was and access was pretty direct. If indeed the problem persists as he said it might, we will certainly call Granite Basin back to investigate. RobertService: Roof repair

Zero respect for wildlife. Watched a worker deliberately drive around our stopped vehicle and run over an animal in the road. When confronted all he could say was "I wasn't sure what you were doing". Avoid this business if you have any respect for the wild we live in.
