We had an office building in Prescott in need of a new roof and a new deck surface for a solid surface deck. My husband called several roofing companies for estimates. He chose M&M Roofing. Reason: good service, good quality of work, fair price. Lots of personal attention. But also, good people to work with. They explain everything, give you lots of options for the type, look and cost of various rooting materials and you chose what you want. They saved us money by advising that the old tile roof could be replaced with tile looking asphalt shingles that will last a long time and be easier to service in the future. They came back at no extra charge to fix any problems and just to be sure we were happy with the results.In checking online reviews, pay attention to recent postings. Old postings may have been with a different owner or different employees who are no longer there.Do yourself a favor, call and get a free estimate from M&M Roofing. Hint: Ask for Gary, the owner to call you back. And remember that construction is booming, good roofers are super busy, so give them time to get back to you. Don't go with the first roofer who calls you back, they have time to come out first for a reason: they are not busy and need your work.
