The crew from Harvey’s was great. They were both personable and friendly while maintaining a high standard of workmanship. They went above and beyond in my case. They performed work that helped move the reinstallation of my solar panels sooner thus saving me money on my electric bill. Their work caused a minimum of disruption to the lives of the people in my households on my little compound here. Getting a new roof was a big scary deal for me. So glad we called Harvey's to do our roof! They helped with the insurance and solar company. They delivered the roofing materials the same day the solar panels came off and replaced the roof on the house and garage all in one day. Their team put in a 12 hour day! The owner, Mike, was here at our house along with our insurance adjuster after a severe hail storm. Mike's professionalism, knowledge, and experience helped to get our repair job approved under our homeowner's policy. When the calendar reached the dates for our job, the Harvey's crew arrived on time each day of a four-day job on our house and barn. These guys were fast, polite, neat, and efficient. My wife and I are extremely pleased with the completed work. Our neighbors have all complimented the appearance of the job as well. I just want to give a HUGE shoutout to EVERYONE on the Harvey's Roofing Team. My mom had some pretty extensive roof damage from the last big storm we had and the insurance was only going to cover to have half of the roof replaced. It was very clear that the last company that came out did not do a good job installing the shingles. Mike and his team came out and inspected her roof and quoted us for the job. Due to them having a full schedule, it wasn't going to be until after the holidays before they could come out and complete the job which was very understandable. My mom is currently on hospice, so this was a stressful situation for her. They gave me a call this week to see if they could come out and try and get it done before Christmas. They gave me a call and were able to have it done within 24 hours and ALSO did some other repairs and replacing other shingles on the other part of the roof at no charge to my mom. There are not enough stars in this review for me to put for this company! I give them tons of stars for their amazing customer service, the empathy they had toward my mom and her situation and great work they provided. I am eternally grateful to Harvey's Roofing and I recommend them to EVERYONE!!!! Thank you so much Mike and Team!!! These folks are local and simply the best!! We had an insurance claim for hail damage and they walked us through it, handled everything very professionally and despite the large number of roofs affected, were able to get our job completed according to our schedule. They take meticulous care to clean up the yard and work area afterwards and Mike, the owner comes back the next day with his entire crew to comb the area a final time for any fasteners or nails left behind. This is a family owned and operated local business. To me, that means they have "skin in the game" so-to-speak. It is clear that their reputation in the verde valley communities they live and service is important to them. As such, I cannot say enough regarding the professionalism, courtesy, and customer relations they extended to me a single senior female. The crew completed a 1400 sq ft roof replacement and sky light in less than 7 hours including one hour of cleanup. The following day a crew came out to review the work and make sure the cleanup was to my satisfaction. Even my neighbors commented on how fast the job went and the size of the crew. Very impressive. I chose GAF Timberline HD shingle. It comes with a 50 year guarantee and a one time transferrable ownership (good selling point for future home sale). Our roof was damaged in a microburst hail storm along with hundreds of residents in Rimrock. There were dozens of out of town roofing companies trolling the neighborhood for our business. After weeding through them, we decided to wait months for a local company (Harvey’s roofing) and boy was it well worth the wait!!The first thing they did was inspect our roof and waterproof it from leaks until they could get to our project. Mike, the owner was always responsive to us and our inquiries. They’ve gone above and beyond to make sure our project was done right. We were out of town when they did our roof and when we got back it looked amazing. Anyone can install a roof but what happens if there’s issues after it’s on and you’ve paid for the work? There were a couple of details that I asked to be addressed and Mike and his team reacted immediately and resolved our concerns (doubtful that would’ve happened with one of the fly-by-nights).The professionalism, workmanship and integrity of this company is unparalleled. I just had two roofs completely done by Harvey's Roofing on two homes here in Sedona. Having worked with many roofers in the past and having gotten many bids, I can say that Harvey's Roofing was one of the most professional, excellent priced, and friendly crews and companies I've seen/worked with in the business. With all the rain and snow we had, our roof leaked!!! We called a few different companies in town, we won't name names, but no one returned our call. We called Harveys and they were out to us within a few hours, same day, and put up a tarp to slow the water down. It actually stopped the leak through the rest of the weather. On monday a crew showed up as promised, they fixed the leak and the cost was more than fair. Mike was very helpful on keeping me calm and informed through this nightmare. This group of guys are the best around, they made me feel like my problem was top priority. Great customer service. I wouldn't waste my time calling anyone else. Highly recommend and will definitely use again!!

After waiting 3 months for work to begin on new metal roof, the owner (Mike) informed me that he had to fire his crew for metal roofs. Been waiting for a refund of my deposit. as of today still no check. I was told that it was mailed last week and today I was told it would be delivered by UPS???? Not sure what to believe from this guy anymore. I had to get the police involved just to get this far. I will edit this post and let you know if I ever get my money back.Got the refund. Strange it was dated 2/26 and not the 23rd like he told police. Can not deal with people that have no honor.
