AA Brite repaired the parapets on my roof and painted the exterior of my home. In October, they will also coat the roof. I am so pleased to have found a company that is thorough, responsive, skilled and reasonably priced. Cruz and his crew, Litzy and Jennifer, are outstandingly competent in their communication, attention to detail and skills. There are solar panels on my roof and gutters so it was not an easy job to mask every thing off. They expertly repaired the stucco on the house and patio walls. The three color paint job is the first rate. AA Brite recommended that the garage door be painted in semi-gloss instead of the flat. A huge improvement. I don't think I've ever done business with a more professional company!Every one of their personnel that I dealt with knew exactly what they were doing and left me with no questions whatsoever.From the first inspection and quote the gentleman took 21 photos of the roof and emailed them to me and went over the situation with each photo. We knew the roof needed resealing. But we were unaware of the parapet damages. We had two other companies give us reseal quotes and none of them mentioned the parapet at all. The gentleman went out of his way to make sure that we got a hundred percent perfect repair. They actually came in lower than the initial quote. Then came back and painted the parapet with HOA approved color. I thought I'd never see a company go so above and beyond.And then it happened!We had a huge monsoon hail storm. Damage to roof and skylights on our neighbors houses. We said to ourselves boy we got it resealed just in time. One neighbor had over $9,000 of roof damage. That made us be concerned that maybe we had possible damage. We discussed that possibility and thought we'd give AA BRITE a call and get an inspection to make sure.We didn't have to do that. The next day AA bright called us and said they wanted to schedule an inspection when they had people in the area because of the possible damage from the hail storm.Yesterday I got a call from AA Brite to inform me that there was some damage to the roof. They said there was some minor damage and they went ahead and repaired it at no charge to us. My spouse said the gentleman was on the roof for 45 minutes to an hour!WHO DOES THAT!!!AA BRITE IS THE COMPANY YOU NEED TO CALL FOR ALL ROOFING SERVICES!Services: Roof repair for storm & wind damage, Roof repair
