From beginning to end Spencer personally made sure everything was taken care of, the best customer service I have seen in years!!! Spencer pretty much handled the insurance claim for me and got me a brand new roof ! The installation team was courteous, very efficient and did an amazing job. HIGHLY RECOMMEND! This is my first time Filing an insurance claim, And to be honest I didn’t have to do much. My contractor, Hayden Hobbs took care of everything for me! From inspecting the roof, to filing the claim, meeting with the insurance adjuster, Getting my roof approved and making sure that the remaining items that were left out of the insurance companies estimate were accounted for correctly ( preventing me from incurring any out-of-pocket expenses). I was completely blown away because my roof was not only brought back to pre-storm condition but up to building code! Thank you again, Mr. Hobbs, You are a true professional! Anytime I had a question or a concern, it was taken care of swiftly and professionally.If anyone needs THE BEST roofer, I highly recommend ARC Roofing Systems, and I suggest you call Hayden Hobbs If you want the job done right!
