Could not be happier with the work Done by Dean and his team. Very painless process, my fascia was coming apart on my patio and starting to warp in other areas around my home. Called up 3 roofers and got the run around from the other two trying to upsell me on a full reroof. Dean however, pointed to the problem areas and identified where the work was needed. He quoted me, and we agreed. His team showed up when they said they would, left the place clean after every work day and after 3 days the work, all was completed. Highly recommend Dean. My first contact with BCS was when we had a leaky roof on our house that required replacement about 6 or 7 years ago. We found that Dean and his crew were thorough, efficient and made certain the work was done right.Later we had a roof leak on our garage and I called Dean. He did a repair and did not charge us anything but asked that when we eventually needed permanent work that we would remember him. Three years later when the roof exceeded it’s life he returned and did an exceptional job in repairing it, just as he did with the house roof.Since then we had two patio roofs constructed by Dean and Kenny; one on the upper deck and now one on the 1st floor patio.. The quality is so outstanding that several of our neighbors also had patio roofs done by them. As a residential architect, I am very selective as to who performs any work on my own house. I vetted several companies through the Better Business Bureau and met with multiple contractors. Both the tile and flat roofs were going on twenty years and needed replacement while the back patios needed repairs due to water damage.Out of the several contractors I met with, Dean by far exhibited the most experience and pointed out about half a dozen items that the other companies had missed (the major ones he identified were incorrectly installed flashing details and the missing flashing on top of exposed structural beams that were beginning to rot--which would cause a nightmare down the road). Additionally, his pricing was very competitive, he answered all my questions very clearly, and he was able to work the project into his schedule in a timely manner.I couldn’t be happier with the outcome of the work. The difference of the patios is night and day: the new fascia wood was installed with a level of craft and precision that I was amazed by. The details on all the roof types were executed wonderfully and seeing the progress photos for each major step for the roofs gave me even more reassurance that I selected the right contractor for the job.Overall, Dean went above and beyond in terms of the level of craftsmanship and communication. He was wonderful to work with and I’d *highly* recommend him.

We are very happy with the work Dean and his crew did on our house. We needed to replace the 20+ year old underlayment on our pitched clay tile roof and replace our flat garage roof due to leaks. We also needed stucco repair on some of the exterior walls, and we also wanted the house exterior painted. After getting 5 estimates Dean and BCS were the clear winners. He specified Westlake Tile Seal underlayment for our clay tile roof, which is the gold standard for clay tile roofs, with a 30 year warranty. His crew did excellent, professional work on the roofing, stucco repair, and painting. The crew cleaned up the work site every day and were friendly with me and my dogs. We selected BCS Contracting in large part because of the great reviews. I am adding my positive experience with BCS so others can use it to guide their choice in roofers. Bottom line: This guy does great work at a fair price. This is the only guy I will call and the only guy I will recommend for exterior painting and roofing in the future. Dean and his crew replaced my tile roof and then painted my ceiling to cover two water stains from a leak in the roof that resulted from shortcuts that were taken when my home was originally built. Dean was responsive, quick to provide a reasonable quote for both jobs, and then was quick to schedule the work. Both the roof and ceiling work were even completed ahead of schedule. I'm very happy that BCS Contracting Services was my pick of 3 different contractors. Their work is fantastic.

Dean just completed a roof repair project for us. First of all, when I requested a quote through Yelp… He was very quick and responsive and got back to us right away. He got us on the schedule in a timely manner. I did not end up using Dean and BCS for my roof, but I thought he deserved a positive review anyway. Dean was very helpful and patient with a solid plan and reasonable price. I would have been quite comfortable using BCS for my roofing project but ended up going a different route. Don't hesitate to reach out to BCS.

Dealing with BCS is a waste of time. I recommend steering clear of BCS and finding a reliable roofing contractor.I initially hired BCS to repair a roof leak, and there were no problems with their work. Recently, I asked BCS for a proposal to replace my roof tiles, and Dean timely followed-up with a proposal. It is now late September. Since mid August, I tried to let Dean know that I wanted to accept the proposal numerous times in both email and phone calls, but Dean won't answer his phone, won't respond to voicemails and return calls, and has not responded to any of my emails. I had no conflict or any problems with him or anyone at BCS, he simply won't respond.Service: Roof repair

Dean and his team did a great job replacing some wooden posts and beams that had rotted with the patio roof ready to fall. Two of the posts were integrated into the barbeque. They figured out how to replace with minimal damage to the tiled barbeque area. Dean was great to work with and didn't try to "upsell" which happens for often. Highly recommend.

We hired Dean and BCS to re-coat our foam roof, fill in some low spots, and install metal facia trim. Our project was not easy, and we had a number of issues and problems that came up that Dean handled professionally and expertly. Dean and his crew came out on two occasions (after final payment was already received) to problem solve and correct the problems. This guy does good work and stands behind his work. I give him a very solid endorsement and recommendation.

I had an asphalt flat roof and a tile pitched roof and Dean was instrumental in explaining my options for style and energy conservation. I went with a foam flat roof and a tin pitched roof. Dean was great about returning a phone call and showing up for the estimate (trust me, many companies could not do either). He was quick to respond with a quote and due to his communication skills he was awarded the contract. He arrived on the day he said he would and completed the job quickly. Dean and his crew are the best. Our older house needed some MAJOR roof help and updates. He had great ideas, did an awesome job, and the price was more than fair. FYI, we have a flat (mostly) roof, and that is not easy. BCS did so well, we are using them for painting and for pergalos later this summer. Some many great ideas, such excellent work, cannot recommend enough!

This contractor, Dean in particular, embodied all of the qualities you hope to find in a contractor but rarely do. I would recommend him without hesitation. His estimate was fair and he detected the cause of problems that none of the other contractors even mentioned. He was always on time, personable, honest and sincerely wanted me, the homeowner, to be completely satisfied. He went above and beyond what the contract called for by repairing items not covered under the contract and didn't nickel and dime me. This is a good guy worthy of anyone's consideration.

I guess the job was too small? I called and spoke with Dean due to damage from the last storm we got. I lost shingles off my roof. He came out the next day, was pleasant and quick to get on my roof to check the extent of damages. He gave me a quote and went on his way. I called him back only a short time later to let him know we would like to hire him to repair our roof. He let me know that he would be able to come the following week and would call me a day or two in advance to make sure the time worked for me. Here we are 2 weeks later and I have not heard a word from him. I chose this company from all the 5 star reviews. It's rather unfortunate.

My wife and I LOVE our new patio cover extension by BCS! The wooden and stucco patio extension is identical to the existing patio and makes the home more luxurious. Finding a skilled and honest contractor to build a patio extension took me many hours of research. BCS used high-quality materials and created the new patio in a reasonable amount of time and price. I highly recommend BCS for your construction project. My home is now 20 degrees cooler, and my family protected against the hot Arizona sun in a SAFE patio cover.

We had an absolutely fantastic experience with the guys from BCS. They were timely, very professional and cleaned up as if they were never there (which is extremely rare)! We had pretty bad exterior wall damage from a crazy TV repairman, as well as loose tiles on the roof. The damage is not visible any more (and we could not be happier), and my roof tiles are as good as new. THANK YOU BCS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
